if i ever get married, i'm gonna have to ask my husband this question before/during our wedding vows lol!

If their teeny tiny, I sqish 'em with a tissue and give them a proper burial at sea. If their medium-size, I whack 'em with a swatter. If their ginormous, I spray half a can of Raid on them..lol.. cuz mama don't play.. :cool:

Only half? Ya need to step it up, Blue. :p I'm kidding.

My problem with bugs in general isn't in killing them, because I can do that most of the time. I just don't wanna pick it up in a tissue. I don't wanna hear/feel it crunch; it gives me the creeps. *shudders*
 
Funny story: During the first week in our new home, we found a snake who lived very close to our back porch. My mom tried to remove the snake with a rake, but the snake got away. Later (that weekend) I saw the snake, wrapped around the branches of a plant that grows right next to our home. I don't like snakes -- but I wasn't too concerned with it. Sorta like, if we don't bother it -- it shouldn't bother us. But my wife had other thoughts.

I shot that snake... in the head... with a 9mm. :P

My sister and I are traumatized for life..lol.. When we were kids, my parents had a wide glass window in the front of the house. Whenever my dad was outside mowing the lawn, or in the garden, etc, if he found a snake, he'd grab it by the head, chase us kids into the house with it, and he'd stand outside the window and wave the snake at us and say "Look what I found!" Snakes don't bother me, but my sister just about has a stroke (literally) if she sees one. So thats how dad scarred her for life with snakes. Now onto traumatizing ME with spiders. :/

My bedroom was over the garage so I ALWAYS had a spider in my room. Dad would come in with a swatter, kill it, then chase me around the house with it. I always ran into the bathroom and locked the door..lol..

So to this very day I am paranoid about spiders. Welcome to my life..

Lord, we pray our sister Marieh be energized by Your Holy Spirit and be made whole. We ask that whatever is trying to zap her strength be gone in Jesus' name. We pray a blessing of grace over her, Father. Thank You Lord for answering our prayers. You are so merciful and loving and kind!! Thank You, Lord Jesus!! We praise You!!
