People call me liberal for not supporting Kim Davis. Saying you don't have to obey the law because you don't agree with it is a liberal philosophy

IMHO, criticizing the view that holds "We ought to obey God rather than man" is liberal.

I get the same response, Dude. I don't support Kim Davis's actions either. I do support her right to have her religious views and convictions, just not the right to impose them on everybody else. You can't stomp on another's freedom in the name of freedom. She simply could've avoided all of this had she just sought accomodations from having to issue them personally in the first place, when the supreme court first made its decision. She chose not to.

If you want to live in a country that persecutes homosexuals, I suggest a Muslim country like Saudi Arabia

You know how you obey God's law? Don't be gay. We are not biblically instructed to stop others from doing so.

Of course we are supposed to resist evil in all its forms and speak and stand against it ..especially in our own society

No one has a "right" to be a pervert and have that perversion approved in a society... where is the child molesters and other perverts rights?

Clearly we are being forced to approve and accept this wickedness in our society as a legal marriage ..This should be resisted and as Christians we are called to reprove this wickedness.

Are you the lady who was trying to claim you had a gay child and just wanted others to have compassion? I see your compassion and your wickedness.

That's where you have it twisted. There are plenty of things I disapprove of but that doesn't give me the right to stop others from doing it. Its called free will

You know, that's largely true! So, in that vein, I guess since so called "sanctuary city" officials choose to disregard the law, then Kim Davis can too! Yes?
