So last night I was wrapping presents and for the life of me kept misplacing my scissors. The awkward moment came when a friend of mine warned me not to lose them in the wrapping paper which is where I found them each time.

That awkward moment the security guard tries flirting with you in Chicago during the security check in, and I look at him and respond with, "No comprehendo" and run off to catch the plane.

Shine. Not a whole lot different from the usual. More job applications, volunteering at my local school, Bible study group, catching up with friends and family, church, read a few books and Psalms. Oh, and I did some career test thing with a psychologist.

That was the beginning of last week, not the one that's just been. The doctor was lovely, but I felt incredibly anxious while I was there and after the session (talking through the disappointments of life relating to jobs). Actually, for the following two days I was incredibly high-strung. It was horrible. Thankfully, mid-week we had our Bible study/prayer and worship group. After we prayed for each other and sung some praise songs, I felt much more at peace. Since then, I've been really good. I get my report and feedback session with the doctor mid-next week. I'm praying it helps me find some more direction. Thanks for asking, sister. :)
