I just saw this on the news this morning. this is a direct quote from Donald Trump the book called The Art of the Deal.
"I play to people's fantasies... I call it truthful hyperbole. Its an innocent form of exaggeration and a very effective form of promotion"

sorry Trump camp, your champion has admitted to using propaganda.

I don't think you understand the term "propaganda" ... but if your accusing Trump of being a politician ...??? ok...so what?

Adolf Hitler had a similar quote...
if you tell people a lie loud enough and often enough, people will believe it.

So, because someone uses the same technique as a bad person it means they are also a bad person? The devil divides and conquers, so does every military person ever, and to a smaller degree so do parents and school principles when dealing with groups of problem children. Does that make all these people like the devil?

find a politician that never used propaganda and I'll give your post an ounce of actual thought, otherwise youre just blowing smoke like half your other threads. I mean Im not even a trump-worshipper like mitspa and I find this thread stupid.

Trump is playing on Islamophobia and people are falling for it hook line and sinker. Trump does not give a rip about Americans. He is only concerned with his own narcissistic agenda. is similar to what Obama did with the health care issues. he played on peoples disgust of ridiculous cost of healthcare ...only to implement a broken system that doesn't work.

to be fair, the healthcare omnibus isn't the plan that Obama wanted (actual socialized medicine), was modeled instead after Massachusetts system (a.k.a. "Romneycare"), which Obama had nothing to do with & was actually the brainchild of the right wing, conservative thinktank the Heritage Foundation, and it was passed by congress (not directly implemented by the white house apart from them) - and purposefully "broken" by the presidents political opponents so they would have ammunition to use against him in their own "propaganda" - which propaganda would like for you and i to forget these aforementioned facts.

i do agree with the other bit of your post tho :)

Islamophobia, what nonsense. This country sees what is going on even though the president tries to pretend he doesn't know how upset the country is. No one trusts this president. Guns sales have gone through the roof. We have schools shutting down. The LA shooter, she waltzed through a fiance visa and the president wants us to trust him enough to bring in refugees from who knows where. People are stunned at what happened in Paris and they know it could well happen here, again. The LA shooters were planning much worse. How horrible is it to be thankful they were able to kill as few as they did? Who knows what they could have accomplished. So Trump doesn't figure in to what I think of Islam, not at all. Should we wait to bring in refugees? You bet your left foot we should! Thats common sense. And no one needs Trump to tell them that.
