My favorites are :
Sparkling Water
Ice Coffee
Ice Tea
Lemon Tea (rooibos tea with lemon)
Fruit juice

I generally do not stock anything other than water, coffee and tea in my home. If I were to stock anything else I would drink it and I just wouldn't drink that much water. It's one of the tricks I use to stay healthy :) I have never made a smoothie - but I'd love to try to!

Smoothie, Green tea is one of my favourite but no coffee offered as drink but unless in a cake like black forest version, I'll be glad to eat. :)

Peppermint and lemongrass are nice. Oh, and fresh young coconut (called buco here) juice too.

I see no one has...

Anyway, i never knew avocado leaves also make a great tea, so i learned from a local website. I do not endorse the site, but if any page be helpful to anyone, and i hope so... then good.

Coffee with or without milk
Tea with or without milk sometimes add a cinnamon stick in for extra flavor/spice

If i'm sick I use this tea....

Boil Water
add some cloves
add some whole green cardamon pods
add some black pepper
add some ginger powder
add some sticks cinnamon
add some loose black tea granules
add some star anise crushed/broken apart
Optional sometimes add some paprika
Let it sit for 10 minutes in the hot/boiling water to get the full blast/potency of all spices

This helps during cold/flu to soothe the throat and get rid of mucous/stuffiness or bad sinus pressure. Also, I drink it as a preventive if I "feel" like I'm getting sick. It may not taste great/ really hot because of the spices but it does the job in shortening the duration of sickness/alleviating symptoms..

As for smoothies occasionally I like to drink strawberry and banana smoothies mixed all naturally (no sugar added) in a blender...its enjoyable as a standalone or as a "dessert"
