Did Jesus have any of Mary's DNA? If yes, wouldn't He have inherited her sin nature as well? If no, wouldn't He have looked Galilean anyway?

That Colton kid later recanted and said that he made the whole story up, just Google it. Of course it's a great way to market a book and make $$$. If this is the same kid who wrote "The boy who came back from heaven" , not sure if it's the same kid.

btw, there is a documentary on YouTube that goes into the phsycial features of Jesus. It stated that he was around 6' foot tall (estimated from shroud of turin) and had dark, somewhat curly hair with olive complexion. He weighed about 130lbs.

that Asshur, father of the Assyrians, and Arphaxad, whose line
Abraham descended from, both came from Shem.

This means that while there may be some distinguishable physical differences
between the Assyrians and Israelites, both peoples came from the fair-skinned,
white racial strain of Shem.

Take your pick...

Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
(2Co 5:16)

And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.
(Rev 1:13-15)

Re: What color [is] Jesus?

1 John 3:2 (KJV)

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be:
but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

I hope Jesus is Black. That would mean a Black man loves me more than anyone else does, and I know that would forever churn the stomachs of the race-baiting, politically correct, elite.

What does it matter? Will you know Him by the appearance of His flesh? :)

2 Corinthians 5:16
Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

THIS. Why does it matter what color Jesus was? Honestly...the things people wonder about. Posing a question about the skin color of Jesus sounds like troll bait to get the closet racists to come out from under their bridges and WHARGARBLLLL each other.

No disrespect intended, Brother, but I don't see a problem with wanting to know the attributes of Jesus' bodily form while He walked the Earth. Its simple human curiosity.

It was not Colton Burpo who recanted his story. It was some Malarkey kid who recanted his story. The other one so far has not. God bless.

Maybe we should be asking what color is the Holy Spirit

Jesus is the Light of the world. Light is comprised of all colors, which when combined makes white :)
I think the OP is talking about when Jesus walked the earth in human form. Jesus was Jewish so he would have had a darker color skin than is portrayed in most pictures painted of him.
What does it matter? Will you know Him by the appearance of His flesh? :)

2 Corinthians 5:16
Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
Excellent scripture.

I wouldn't go so far as to say its a priority, but the OP is 28 years of age; you have a few years on him and are on a different level. I give him credit; his generation has little use for wanting to know God and yet he's on this site seeking answers and fellowship.
