If you love Trump, you want Romney to shut up. If you hate Trump, you want Romney to shut up.

Watch, in four to eight years they will dust off Marco Rubio to play a similar role after another failed bid for POTUS.

Love or hate Trump he really has been effective in shining the light of truth on what the Republicans really are.

That light has also exposed uglier elements of our culture as a whole. But who else except Cruz has stood up in the same way to party elites? Nobody.

I can pardon the American people for seeking an alternative, even if it is an alternative I find unsettling from a moral and historical perspective.

I strongly dislike Trump and his policies, but if he is nominated it will be the fault of the establishment for not living up to their promises, and the fault of conservative leaders for not using their brains and guts to a satisfactory degree. I will accept it as an historical reality, live with it, and continue to oppose the evils of socialism no matter where they appear.

Cruz is a party man. He gets to pretend he stood up to the establishment for now but he knows where his bread gets buttered.

I know party insiders and, trust me, he doesn't get his bread buttered by them. They are looking to him as a supplicant like Chris Christie and Jan Brewer are looking to Trump.

I don't know man. Cruz has some pretty close ties to the CFR and Trilaterals. We all know what they work for behind the scenes. And they would like a Cruz or a Hillary...doesn't matter...just another puppet on a string.

I want to write a book for the people in the CC News sub-form entitled

Yes, you too can be blacklisted by the NRSC and NRCC

Cruz is the only viable non-establishment Republican we have in this race.
I really like Ben Carson, but he has zero experience in the political world, and even though it sounds all rebellious to say "that's what we need"... it really is not. We cannot have a president with no political experience. Global politics and even domestic politics are just too complex to go in without having experienced it before.
As proof, just look at the buffoon that's been on a crash course in destroying our nation for the past 8 years... and he was at least a Senator... a BAD senator, but he had a little bit of exposure.
Look at Jimmy Carter.... a really good man, but ill-equipped for the big time world of global politics.

Granted, simply HAVING the political experience doesn't mean one would make a good president, but it's fairly certain that one without experience will not.

I like Cruz... a lot. Very sharp guy, and way more of a constitutionalist than any of the others in the race..

Experience? I don't like Trump, but that man has more international experience in dealing with huge powers around the world than almost anyone. What you are confusing for leadership experience is "Washington politics."

Lil Marco is a young naïve puppet, not good for president, but perhaps ideal of the Veepstakes at least.

Can the silliness. I'm serious. He has international companies galore. And he didn't just decide to breeze into those countries without having to first go directly through the established governments to pave the way. As he has consistently said, he truly knows how to negotiate.

Lol yea Cruz stood up in the way of ethics all right. Fraudulent flyers, the stuff with Carson and his voters in Iowa, even now him calling on Rubio and Kasich to drop out. Lol me and my carnal pops laughed seeing him say that, said eff you Canadian usurper, hope Trump trumpity trumps him just for that alone and will vote Kasich on the Ides of March Primary anyways lol.

So, Honesty, Integrity and Truth are thrown out the window? Character no longer counts?

The Devil himself is quite an accomplished "negotiator," is he qualified to be President?

No, seriously.......how much will we compromise our Faith to accept such a person?
