You're the only person who sent me a friend request, so you obviously have bad taste...and probably bad breath! You also need a beakjob and a birdbath!

Other than that, you're probably not so bad.

Seriously, don't let people here get you down. Some people here are just miserable and they'll seek to project their own misery upon you if you let them. Look up. Christ is Judge and His is the only opinion that will matter in the end. Jesus was regularly falsely accused and no servant is above His Master.

I posted something to you on a thread and then found out you left it. This isn't a hashing out at you. It's simply advice to take or not. (Oh and a copy-paste of what I said on there so no need to feel like you have to go back.)

Pssst, we defend for God, not for ourselves. If you stop defending yourself, life is so much easier and quicker.

You cannot change someone else. You'll drive yourself nuts trying.

This isn't getting resolved because all sides are in defensive mode.

You're the peacemaker. What does a peacemaker do in this situation?
 
Has anyone else reported some of their own posts -- or is it just me? :cool:

Sorry, I can't give you a piece of my mind.........what little I have left I surely need..............again, sorry.
 
I hope this thread has shown each one of us that we wouldn't worry so much about what others think of us if only knew how seldom they do.

Something I read when I was 22 and I took it to heart, (and started thinking like a 60-year-old then.)

When you're 20, you worry about what others think about you.
When you're 40, you stop worrying about what others think about you.
When you're 60, you realize no one is thinking about you.
 
The way I heard it,

When you are 20 you worry about yourself
When you are 40 you worry about everyone else
When you are 60 you worry if there are sufficient toilets nearby
When you are 80 you worry about the distance to the nearest hospital :p

In which case, I'm a fast learner. I got toilets by the time I was 45, and hospitals recently. lol

Why do people leave before I get a chance to talk to them. :( We had a run in but we went to the ice cream parlor and talked it out. Hope you visit from time to time. Be blessed.
