I know this is an argument from anecdote, but I exist because someone couldn't find a safe, clean, readily available abortion.

It would be interesting though nigh on impossible to calculate the number of people who are in the same boat I am.

And so would it be better for it to live with a parent who doesn't want it, with a human being who would rather abuse and neglect it?

I don't condone it and I don't agree with it. I also don't condone smoking, alcohol abuse, or acting on same sex attraction, but people will do what they want to do. What I absolutely don't want is a government that makes choices based on what is correct as per a given religion. At face value, that sounds anti Christian, but honestly what would we do if Islam suddenly became popular? Would we want laws that respect the Koran's view of morality? No sir.

I have three best friends ..all of them have adopted unwanted or uncared for children..these are the best and most blessed children in the world ... don't feed me that nonsense about these babies don't have a place or a chance in this world...

If you cant see the difference between killing a innocent baby and these other issues..you need to talk to the Lord and get your heart right little girl.

Sure, I bet some do, but many of them are unlucky and tossed around in the system. I'm happy that your friends found kind and caring homes. Not everyone is so fortunate.

So its better to stick a sharp instrument into their head and kill them than to give them a chance in this world? Young lady..you disgust me.

This last bit was added, for which I respond with do not look down on me because I am younger than you. All sin is terrible in the eyes of God. Watching porn, lying, adultery, these things are just as awful and legal. The death of a child is terrible and I never said differently.

Again. Do not rebuke me just because I'm younger than you. You don't know anything about me. Neither do I know anything about you. But do not rebuke me just because I'm younger. God himself ordered the death of innocents in the Old Testament when he ordered the Israelites to kill everyone in the enemy camp. I believe this order was done out of mercy for the children.

God sees the spiritual while we see the physical. We see the awful death of a physical being, God sees the beautiful soul coming to him. The innocents killed in the bible...I do'nt think they went to hell (and by innocents I mean little children).

Same logic the Nazis used to justify murder..they are not people...but like animals ..and their lives are not worth the effort to love and help them... Folks who have struggles are not worth saving? Just go kill folks that are poor and struggle if that the standard.

I rebuke you based on my authority in Christ and any believer should rebuke people like you based on the truth of Christ and His apparent will ... so now you want to use the bible to justify the murder of babies... people like you will never see God unless you repent of your wicked hearts.

That's what I've always maintained while in this argument with Christians.

By our current standards of comfort, Christ really should have went about slaying the poor rather than ministering to them.

I'm going to go. I understand that your anger comes from your passion, but don't let your anger cloud your judgment as you insult a sister in Christ and condemn her for her youth. Shame on you. If you truly feel I am immature in Christ, your job at this point should be to come with love and scripture, not insults.

Some folks see these people as trash to be destroyed and thrown away (or even sold for body parts) Real Christians see a chance to love and heal for the glory of Christ.

I don't want a socialized police state. Your just lumping me in with your preconceived notions.
I would not arrest anyone, there would be no penalties when something like pot shows up in blood work for an annual test to determine pricing.

And you don't force anyone to do blood work, but you do extract a financial or some other type of penalty to motivate to be a good and compliant citizen.

you nor the devil himself could ever "reason" to me that innocent babies should be murdered ... I will reason to you the coming judgment of God and the fear that will take hold of you when you comprehend the evil you have in your heart is going to be judged and punished with Gods great wrath.

Innocent babies should not be murdered. But what do you say to God about the times when He ordered the Israelite's to wipe out every man, woman, child and even live stock?
