Politics[h=1]In the heat of a legal fight, a lawyer says he got a shocking phone call from Donald Trump[/h]
EXCERPT:

Donald Trump had a problem. He'd met two people who seemed as stubborn as he: a feisty widow whose house stood in the way of his Atlantic City casino expansion, and her attorney. Trump's approach struck his adversaries as brazen. Even though the widow was suing him for damaging her house, Trump called her attorney, Glenn Zeitz, and, according to Zeitz, tried to hire him for a potentially more lucrative case. Zeitz rejected the offer, which came as Trump was also pressing him to settle the dispute and persuade his client to sell her house. Zeitz said he couldn't fight Trump in one case and represent him in another. It would have created "a tangled web of conflicts," Zeitz said in a recent interview. ...

I like that the worst we can come up on Trump is hearsay. They actually have proof that Hillary got fired from the Nixon thing for unethical behavior and is actually under investigation TODAY....for something.....oh gee...what is that again....I forgot....anyway. And Obama....wasn't he in this choom gang thing where he dressed like a girl and snorted cocain at a bath house with a bunch of naked inner city garbage truck drivers while extolling the evils of capitalism and their hatred of America? Anyway....so funny all the Trump threads on here....I know....I know....I'm the worst offender. Lol

I'm noticing a pattern here...

Trump blasts people who use teleprompters.
Trump uses a teleprompter to undo damage he created when he took a neutral stance with Israel in a Republican Debate.
Sirk: Obama used them all the time. He could hardly talk without it!

Trump is exposed for hiring illegal immigrants and trying to buy off an attorney of a widow suing him.
Sirk: Hillary got fired from the Nixon thing!
Sirk: Obama was in the choom gang and snorted coke!

Okay, awesome story... We aren't talking about or praising Hillary or Obama. Back to what we actually were talking about ...

I put more stock in a mans substance vs his style. You seem to be all hung up on style. Although I'm not surprised being you're from the selfie generation.

Hahaha. I don't care about anyone's use of a teleprompter either. I'm hung up on Trump's hypocrisy of the use of teleprompters that you are refusing to acknowledge. It's the hypocrisy, not the teleprompter.

Speaking of being hung up on things: you're hung up on using other people's failures and weaknesses to justify Trumps. This pattern is easily recognizable and is your go-to defense.

OJ Simpson: Okay, fine, I'll admit it! I killed Nicole and Ron. But hey... Hitler killed 6,000,000 Jews!
Judge Sirk: Good point!

I could argue Trump's substance and style go hand-in-hand.

It's Trump's style to contradict and flip-flop. Well, what is it that he's contradicting and flip flopping on? His substance...his political stance on issues... even the "manner" in which he expresses them.

not really. Just don't have capacity today to argue with the serial non sequitur musings of a post teenager.

Beating Trump up requires me to personally attack him. I try to stay clear of personal attacks (though I do falter from time-to-time) and much prefer sticking to the facts. No one needs to personally attack Trump when he's given us a plethora of material to attack him on substantive issues.

Okay, you are a fan of Bernie and which that is good. But Trump has some same views as Bernie. The both of them doesn't want this country to be run by corporate america and which corporate america is dishing out a lot of funds to discredit Trump as someone that inciting a riot at his conventions. But they doesn't look at others candidates rallies. And so if you are smart, you'll should be trying to get Ted Cruz from out of the race first, and then focus more on Trump before election day. Unless you are being paid to discredit Trump.

I voted for Trump and I tend to agree with you on most issues discussed in the forums, but I think you're quite off about Kim. She is most definitely not a non sequitur and is one of the few non-conservatives I can have a discussion with. I may not always agree with her, but she does bring real points that are difficult for me and my wife to refute.

I'm not a fan of Cruz, but he is my pick for who is left on the Republican party. I think he's more fit to be a Supreme Court Justice than he is a president in all honesty.

Plan A: Bernie for president
Plan B: Anybody but Hillary/Trump
Plan C: Anybody but Hillary

I don't want Cruz to drop out. That would almost certainly mean I'd have to vote for Trump when/if it's Trump vs Clinton. I may dislike Trump, but voting for Hillary will never happen for me.

As for the bold part of your post, I actually agree. The difference is, I know Bernie means what he says where as I have to hope Trump means what he says.

This race has left me puzzled. We don't have a decent candidate this time. We haven't really had a decent one for decades, but the downhill is even getting steeper now. The two candidates to the extreme left and to the extreme right are not good news for the country. The country needs consensus now, we're falling on hard times and a chief dragging one leg isn't going to be a political success. Unfortunately, there is no uniting candidate, and we're once again giving democracy a bad name.
