As far as homemade cookies go... it's hard to say, because people make different kinds of cookies differently. I'll have to think about that one...
Store-bought is a bit easier to answer: I've always been very fond of regular Oreos, raspberry-dark chocolate milano thins, and those raspberry jam Knox shortbread cookies.

Why is it, when i just had to read a reply from someone, then i see a thread like this, i cannot resist answering? I would answer as most have done here but suddenly i emember a not so common cookie we used to buy. Twas a bit hard but meant to be dunked, but good memories of ginger snaps. At home liked some russian tea cakes i think they called it.
