hahah lol yeah, thats funny. well MAYBE, they could have a separate forum, singles-for-marriage lol. hmm maybe we could just suggest another forum for them., ya know.

Like merryheart said...the Christian Pen Pal site is pretty much set up for people seeking others for marriage. I don't think we should have to deal with it here. That however, is just my opinion.

* Create another forum called The Bachelor & The Bachelorette
* Avoid using the words such, “Looking for a wife” or “Looking for a husband”
because you could create an uproar among a married couple;
A wife = a married woman
A husband = a married man
You’re not looking for either one.
* Make sure to clarify that you are looking for a single woman or a single man who has interest in a serious relationship.
* Few simple things that are important following your advertizement:
- A female (If you are a male)
- A male (If you are a female)
- Age (Above 22, if that’s what you want)
- A single man who loves coffee (Just kidding)
- A single woman who can cook (Any food, Ramen noodle won’t hurt ya)
- Etc, etc.
* Posting a personal advertizement would require you to pay at least $25 to this site-monthly.
The money will be used to run this site, and other things.

or/and sending us a symbolic wedding invitation card as a “Thank You” statement: That the race is over!

What I'm saying is simply because you have a problem with it, doesn't mean others see it the same way, and that's ok. If you have a problem with others doing it, then don't click the thread. Problem solved.

I appreciate your thoughts, I think we've done enough people bashing though. Personally, I'm curious as to what kind of hobbies people have because a Christian is a multi faceted person. Me myself, I enjoy several tv shows, such as The Office and Project Runway. I like the game of poker. I enjoy going to the beach and reading books as well as throwing parties and hosting them.
You must have failed to read the replies that came after my thread post...many people have agreed....they just hadn't gotten up the guts to throw the idea out there.

Do you think I care if people agree or disagree with me or not? I don't. I agree with luke15chick, lets move on. But, if you have a problem with it that's fine, but don't get Pharisaical by forcing your convictions on everyone else who really don't care. The majority of people who come here would care less whether or not someone posts looking for someone else, you just happen to be one of the very small percent that cares. Get over it.
