Went to a friend's church at her invitation
Spent the afternoon doing some extra work
Did my grocery shopping
And now I've got the Hamilton soundtrack queued up on Spotify in time for a serious HIIT workout on the stationary bike, ready to sweat and shake off some negative feelings/energy

Got halfway to church this morning then found out service was canceled! So I went to the park and read some Bible chapters
