Tea Party was a rejection of Obama, not Bush.

Trump won because he showed lots of guts and because he tore up his opposition. Remember that Jeb Bush started out way ahead, then Cruz took the lead. But he overcame them both with his strong arm tactics. But what makes it all even more ironic is how Trump was always viewed as a lib until now (see my earlier post with all those quotes from right wingers).

How interesting that up to just a couple of years ago he was a lib but is now champion of the right. What a turn around!
You clearly don't know what your talking about ..All Tea Party candidates run against establishment republicans ..and Cruz and Trump both was considered outsiders ..anti establishment

I post on four websites with only one being lib. The rest are right wing. All act as if Bush was the closest thing to the long awaited Messiah. And, like so many here, they absolutely h@te it when it is proven that he was a dismal failure.

Besides, my best pal is a right winger. He knows better than to try to debate me in politics. ;)
They are an awful sample group, then. But you can believe whatever you like based on internet forums.

As I have shown a number of times on this forum, my knowledge of politics is vastly superior to yours.

Yet another example:

Largest Tea Party Group In America Endorses Ted Cruz -

Senator Ted Cruz has earned the endorsement of the largest Tea Party group in America. The Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund announced today they are backing the senator from Texas for

President.“We seek a candidate who shares our values: personal freedom, economic freedom, and a debt-free future,” said Chairman Jenny Beth Martin in a press release. “I am proud to announce our endorsement for president of the United States: Senator Ted Cruz!”
There were a number of steps for each candidate to be considered for the endorsement. Candidates filled out a questionnaire, were interviewed, underwent vetting by opposition research, and finally Tea Party Patriots held an endorsement primary in which voters were allowed to voice their preference for the endorsement.
The press release contained quotes from various Tea Party leaders across the country

Contrary to your mythic beliefs, the Tea Party ENDORSED Cruz.

What point do you think your making? You started off by railing against Bush ..I made the point that Trump and the Tea party was both a rejection of Bush and the establishment in large part... now you post this? what do you think that proves to the point I made? I know why people don't want to try and reason with you..because you don't use reason or logic in any point you make.

Donald Trump's said out of his own mouth that the economy usually does better under Democratic Leadership and that he thinks Hillary Clinton would make a good president. Trump is a con artist and an opportunist. He's in this for his own personal gain. No thanks Donald Trump, America is already great....
Oh and I forgot to mention that he's a childish buffoon with narcissistic personality disorder

just a reminder that it was you who wrote that the Tea Party was so much against Cruz and the like - the fact is they endorsed him as my link proves

Perhaps you've yet to notice that Donald Trump isn't your typical status-quo "Republican" ? Matter of fact, he doesn't resemble either party ... but willingly and openly has exposed their corruption and flaws, much to the chagrin of lying and crooked Hillary. Isn't the caption below a terrible thing for Obama to have said about his "dear friend" ?

I think if you cant see the difference between a absolutely corrupt politician like Hillary and Bill and a outsider like Trump who don't use PC speech..you are watching too much of the liberal MSM. The only hope Hillary has is to make Trump seem as bad as she is and the media knows that and is doing everything they can to give you that impression. ...Trump is a good man, everyone that has worked with him and around him testifies to that... Hillary is completely corrupt ...that is as evident as the sun in the sky.

Out of the two evils he'd probably be the evil I'd want to win. Although I don't want either one of them to win, I know that's unrealistic. So I guess he's the lesser of two evils.

We get who we get and I won't throw a fit.

Do you understand what would happen if Hillary appoints the next 2 or 3 SCOTUS justices? Do you understand the constitution would no longer mean what the words actually say?

Why are you flipping out? Calm down, like I have control over who wins this election. I don't have mind control.

I agree but,

Donald doesn't tell us how he plans to do the things he says he will do and his supporters don't even care, they will defend the Indefensible sacrificing any respect that someone may have had for their ability to reason like a mature adult, and when they perceive that can't reason without looking bad, they just deflect.
