[FONT="]Where do people find the time (the hours and hours) to learn alllll about topics they hate?? What drives people on youtube to spend more hours and hours making disparaging videos about all the people they don't like and those people and things they disagree with? If I spend time rehearsing and remembering the things in life I disagree with., that I'm not uplifted by, I'm soon very depressed and empty.
The reason I focus and NEED to focus on Jesus love is because His love is what lifts me up out of this sinful and fallen hopeless world that has no ability to do anything steadfast or lasting. Only what we learn and do for Christ will last and benefit and feed us., so it's always time well spent.
I can focus (dwell) on Jesus and His love.,and the Bible says he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, will abide IN THE Shadow of the Almighty. If I were to focus 'dwell' on the limitations of human beings (including myself) I would not be in that secret place of the Most High. I would be easy pickins for the enemy., I'd be defeated and good for nothing. I want to abide in the shadow of the Almighty., not in the shadow of negative words.,gossip and slander where the world dwells.
We humans have our limits and failures in life. When the GOOD NEWS IS: God so LOVED the world that HE GAVE His only begotten SON., that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life., why are Christians soaking in something else???? To what end?????

Derren Brown is an illusionist/mentalist. Not exactly the best source to get your information from.
I've actually met Todd White and he's a super nice guy. And I've seen many miracles. God actually is the same today as He was 2000 yrs ago. Jesus also said we would do the same things, He did. Some believe Him and others don't.

I myself have been to Bill Johnson's church and spent a month there last year. I can say that the Spirit of the Lord is there in those services. The love of the Lord is everywhere in that atmosphere.
I have looked into Bill Johnson's eyes and saw the love of Christ gleaming out. He is the real deal even if heretic-hunters don't agree with some things.
My brother was there in one of those services where this gold dust showed up and it did happen. It may not go along with our experiences. and what we "think" the Lord should be doing. This only happened a few times and it is well documented. It has not happened for a few years now but it was real.
I would caution you greatly to take with a gallon of salt what these self-proclaimed heretic hunters are saying. They are usually against anything that is of the miraculous from God.

As I said...I was there for a month but I never heard anything about this mantle thing. I don't believe in any "mantles" to tell you the truth. We don't get other people's "mantles" as they did in the OT.
We have Christ now and He has set us in the body as He desires and we all have the "anointing " we need to do what we are to do - we don't get someone else's "mantle".
I too don't follow nor agree with any ministry 100% no matter who they are.

It wasn't cool when I was there..it was 117 degrees for about one week of the month. 98 was cool to us then...lol

The atmosphere there is one of peace and love. They have a specific purpose in the body of Christ as do other people that gather in His name.

Well, I do not need to listen or read any heretic hunters, in this day and age I can hear their twists and turns with my own ears right from their own websites.
I thank God for those heretic hunters though, as you like to call them, because many of them contend for the truth and they expose error.
While yes I do take many with great caution, I also know that false teaching is also abounding from the legalistic to the those who abuse the doctrine of grace and God's love.
Well my bible tells me the (doxa) glory of God is not glitter, and those who encounter it in Scripture, fall to their faces in fear. Secondly, Jesus Christ came and walked earth as the glory of God, I do need not signs and wonders, I have the real deal already!!!
I refuse to give glitter clouds, feathers, or church drunkenness as something from God...... it is chaos.
Should we then consider that Bethel’s ministry of “Grave Sucking” or their new “Prophecy of the Tattoo” ministry, dead-raising team, healing rooms, post-tribulationalism, or the fact that their youth frolic through tunnels of fire in orgie induced euphoria as part of God's instruction to us as believers?
Really is this what the apostles did? Did they go to the graves of the prophets and suck up their energy?
I haven't mentioned his false doctrine of Jesus emptying himself of divinity and became divine while on earth or some such nonsense. This is all available directly from Johnson as well.
To grow to true depths in God’s grace one should not need an emotional pulpit show, why does one need glitter dumped on them and to leave church feeling inebriated. They can easily receive that Monday-Friday.
We should attend church to “grow in the knowledge of their Lord and Savior and to know Him and His sufferings, knowing that these light and temporary troubles are storing up for them a glory that outweighs them all.” (2 Cor 4:17)
I will pray for you, there are many veils today not just the legal ones.
