I find It disheartening when I think that so many people In USA would be In favor of rounding up undocumented people with families and dividing the children from their parents even If they have been here for years not breaking the law.

You mean "illegals" ... and the fact is that if we stop giving welfare benefits and actually enforce the work laws...they will leave on their own ..and maybe try to come to our country "legally"... like millions of others have done and are waiting to do.
no big surprise Hillary supporters have no regard for the rule of law.
But what about having mercy on the ones that have been here for a long time,don't you think we should have mercy for the sake of the kids?

Immediately deport all the illegals who are shown to be prone to crime, regardless of how long they have been here. Most illegals who have been here 6 years or less also need to go. Illegals who have been here for 7 years or longer who have had children born here should be vetted and their eligibility should be determined on a case by case basis. Some will stay, some will have to go. Illegals here 7 years or longer with no children, depending on their contributions to society. keep the top one third, the best of them, the rest have to go. Show preference to the sick, the younger, and the disabled, and intact families.
Immediately halt all illegals coming into this country. No more of that. Set a quota for legal immigrants, that takes into account first and foremost our security. Our next priority should that people attempting to come here are vetted according to possible contributions they may potentially make, and their personal situations; why they want to come here.
The argument that Mexicans will do jobs Americans won't is nonsense. The government just needs to stop coddling that segment of society and if they do your head will spin at how fast millions of people dive into the job market. Many of them suddenly willing to take laborer jobs.
The government still does not seem to understand a growling stomach and the raw elements are fantastic motivational forces.

How about they make their own country a place they want to live. Mercy has nothing to do with it. Deporting people who entered the country illegally is not a punishment.

Sounds very reasonable and the republicans we have been voting in office for about 30 years have promised and lied to us time and again...one big reason Trump won the nomination ...
I would add one more condition ... that immigration be based on jobs available ...The Obama economy has made just a few thousand jobs and yet we are bringing in millions of working age people ..looking for work...its insane and the poorer working class are the ones who suffer.
The only reason the left wants illegals to stay is because it's potential future votes for Democrats. Thats it. Democrats could care less about these people otherwise. The Democrat party of today is the same as it was in 1860. They found they couldn't enslave blacks anymore, so they found a way to enslave the middle class. The found a way to keep blacks under their thumb and get their votes too, and they will do the same with central american immigrants.

How about mercy for the Americans that have kids and need work that these illegals are taking... Mercy for Americans first ... and these people will have to obey our immigration laws..its that simple . If we cut-out welfare etc for illegals , most of them will leave anyway ...no one will have to round them up.
