One can only hope.. We need more "word" and less "he said/she said" or personal opinions.

although I am sure you don't mean cherry picked, twisted, and strung together to deny the true gospel and create a false paradigm of condemnation, attribution of sin and judgement if you disagree with the diatribe
It does not matter. When darkness comes when no man can work it will be made manifest those who knew HIM from those who didn't. And it doesn't matter even now because HE knows all our works and the "hidden" agenda of our heart and our mind is not hidden from HIM
I would prefer him not to condemn anyone and refer to Romans 10 as being sufficient

Perfect love is perfect love. And it does not offend. You have wanted validation from your brothers and sisters that they are doing the works that you want to see and know. And they because they will not exalt themselves or boast about what they are doing you have assumed within yourself that they these grace preachers are somehow taking the very GIFT of GOD as a free license to sin.
They don't do that
And because nothing has changed there will still be those who creep in to spy on our freedom in CHRIST and charge wrongdoing to those whom they haven't even seen their sons
Just assumed of them that because they will not exalt their works they have sinned and are not following the LORD who has washed them by HIS BLOOD

Let us discuss the parable of the workers in the vineyard
And with that parable let us also discuss Ezekiel 34.

Why did Paul say he no longer judges himself but this does not make him innocent?
Of course if HE convicts us of sin we are to repent but if ones conscience is clear, who are you to lay a charge to one who is not guilty ?

Not to mention what CHRIST said to His DISCIPLES when they wanted to rain fire down on that Samaritan village who did not accept CHRIST

You mentioned his laughing, he is laughing at their lies not condemning them by his laughter.
You should have referred him to Romans 10 if you think he missed something in the chapter
You need to know of whose SPIRIT you are of
And the only requirement ((((((when you see your brother or sister sin)))))))) is to tell your brother or sister their sin and pray that they be restored.
Did you also know that mercy covers over a multitude of sins?
Not only the one to whom you show mercy to but our own hidden sons as well
