What makes homosexuality so bad?

I can completely understand it. Someone gets traumatized by the opposite sex to the point the entire gender becomes repulsive in that sense. Not everyone has the ability to overcome that. Yes, they need the Lord just like we do. But as our world shows us, not a lot of people have that understanding.

Though it may be understandable, it's not permitted to stay in that state. I can share that by personal experience. If anyone has a right to be "jaded," I'm certainly a candidate. God has forbidden me from it and it's taken me a couple years y to let the stuff of my marriage go.

The things that my ex put my children and myself through and then all crap I had to overcome with the state and the things I've learned about the immoral things to watch out for with women in the legal world, I became very jaded. But the Lord delivered me from that. Looking at others is a lie against the truth and yourself.

I don't know where you got your info on men, but you either need to find some different women to keep with or stop dating bad boys. Learn to tell between legitimately hurt women and bitter self inflicted ones. Your survey of men is ridiculous, unless you are attracted to the bad boys. Which is a testimony to your own self image and naivete. Honestly, learn how to listen to people when they talk. People reveal themselves in normal conversation more than you realize. If you surrender your life to the Lord, He will give you discernment and if you listen you will save yourself a lot of grief and turmoil.

I could tell story after story of unshakeable Christians, not to mention all the stories in God's word of person after person. If that's not enough go research Fox's Book of Martyrs or the book Jesus Freaks. The unshakeable testimonials are everywhere locally and in the past. You need to find a new crowd.

In the natural order of things, I prefer a man's private parts, rather than a woman's, in me during sex. Let's face it, women cannot actually make love to another woman, like a man can. All they can do is fondle, lick and kiss. And women don't have wankers, so it's not the same experience with a woman as it is with a man. I prefer someone with private parts OPPOSITE to what I have.. lol

Actually, at the root of lesbianism, is a lack of connection with mom. Just like the root of homosexual males is lack of fatherhood connection.

Fantastic posts to put on the table. Growing up I met so many girls who were abused, it happens more with people you know than strangers you don't. As a result those girls were swayed by fear from the enemy to turn away from what God intended, because of their past. It was heart wrenching to see. The understanding of their experiences and subsequent state of mind you've shown is great to see. I pray that anyone who read this thread is able to come to a deeper understanding of their past, come to grips with it and give all their pain up to God.

Those my thoughts too. Especially coming from someone with a rape testimony, I thought it would've been one of the most empathising, obvious points of all. Some people go through horrible experiences and it's the first recourse they have, to turn away from what is natural and right because the enemy has swayed them by fear. I'm so glad you exercised this understanding and posted this. I pray that all those people in that path in life learn to give their life to the lord who can heal them in all ways they need.

Independent of trauma, primary attachment figure relationships have also been explored as a contributing factor too. Either way, I hope from all the constructive input you'll be to take some lessons away from this thread and be inspired to follow the Lord's ways.

I am civilly debating. The mod let me come back because they realized I was banned for someone just not liking me. The ban message said I was a homosexual with an agenda, I may e a lesbian but I have no agenda. I have been willing to listen but only if I may share my two cents.
