Repentance... acknowledgement of your sin, turn away from your own work at trying to perfect yourself through the law or any other means, turn to Christ Alone who has power to change you.
i 100% agree, i could not walk as i do without the Strength and Power of Jesus Christ living in me. i can't make myself perfect, but Jesus can.

A. Context proves that one is only removed based upon rejecting Christ....

So...your view makes God a liar..

Ecclesiastes 3 states clearly that WHATSOEVER God does it is eternal, nothing added or taken away from it....

So...your view would have this verse say....

Whatsoever that God does is eternal EXCEPT SALVATION which can be lost because the grace of God that outruns your sin is not as good as you make it out to be God....

Bark up another tree....the bible is clear...a name is only blotted out when one dies in their sins because the blood of Christ has not been applied by faith......

ALSO...your view means the following...

Eternal is temporary
Everlasting is temporary
Save to the uttermost does not mean uttermost

You serve a weak god with a small g.....My God saves eternally and the only heresy being spread is the loss of salvation farce!
Didn't answer the question, did you?

More working for salvation...blah blah blah

Your works are marred by your own sin and sin nature....as bad as a menstrual rag....MANY will say to me....HAVE WE NOT DONE MANY WONDERFUL WORKS IN YOUR NAME.....<---this will be you bragging on your working for salvation lie.....!

Why is it, if you plainly say (FAITH and Works) go together, this generation immediately accuses Works for Salvation?

Have i said anywhere at all. Works is enough? No, i have not. Clearly and plainly, i make it a point to say it takes BOTH, not one without the other. Yet you are judging me as works for my Salvation. Have you not read what i have been writing, or just read parts of it and jump to conclusions?

i have never, nor will i ever teach Works for Salvation. Tell me. Do you think it is Godly to bare false witness against a brother or sister in the Lord? If then you accuse me of believing or teaching Works for salvation, which i have done nowhere at all, nor do i believe that, who is telling you that is what i believe or teach?

Getting Saved and Being Saved are two different things.

A person gets Saved and they are written in the Book of Life.

But just because a person Got Saved, written in the Book of Life does not mean they will not be blotted out of the Book of Life.

Now, you believe you are Saved by Grace through Faith, and your name is written in the Book of Life, is that not correct? Yes, who would say otherwise, right?

Now pay attention to the Word of God and what it says.

1Jn_2:9 He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.

1Jn_2:11 But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

1Jn_3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

1Jn_4:20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

Tell me, if a person is SAVED and hates his brother, are these verses then made void, and that person is still SAVED and have eternal life in him/her?

People, wake up from your sleeping. If what you believe contradicts even one verse in Scriptures then what you believe is WRONG

So go ahead and believe the few verses all the while ignoring all the rest to justify your own belief. Go ahead and believe :

Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

And totally ignore all other verses which plainly teach WHO is Saved and who is NOT SAVED. It is only when a person believes every verse before they can grasp the TRUTH.

i will tell you what this generation is like unto.

A Farmer has 10 daughters, all are of age to get married. The Farmer makes known throughout the whole land that whoever marries his daughter will inherit his entire farm, and he had much land. Now each one of his daughters had a different virtue. One was happy, One was honest, One was loving, One was pretty, One was kind, One was patient, and so forth. Many men came to try to marry one of his daughters to inherit all the land. All the men would meet all 10 and decide which one they would ask the Farmer to marry. When it was time to talk to the Farmer, they would say, i love "------" because she is so pretty. The Farmer would say "What of the others?" the man would say, well i don't like "----------" or "--------" for this reason or that. The Farmer would reject that man. The next man would come up and say "I really love 4 of your daughters" If I were to pick, I would pick "-------" The Farmer would reject that man also. Many came seeking the inheritance but only one got it. This man said to the Farmer "I love them all, and can't decide which one to marry" This man inherited EVERYTHING.

Those who pick and choose which verses they will love and believe, ignoring others verses will be rejected by the Son of God, Again if there is one verse that contradicts what you believe, your belief is WRONG. It is only when all verses agree with your belief, that you may have touched the TRUTH. But as long as you believe a doctrine that contradicts a verse in Scriptures, you will be devoid of the TRUTH, because you choose to believe a false doctrine.

^i^

††† In His Holy and Precious Name, Jesus Christ †††

DiscipleDave
So, your belief is wrong. Will you change your belief to line up with scripture? Doubtful, since your belief never lined up with scripture to begin with.

Ephesians 2:8-9
[FONT=&quot]8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Romans 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

I didn't believe OSAS first and then find a bunch of verses to agree with that. I read the bible and prayed and asked for wisdom. That is how I learned that Salvation is not revoked.

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

I will NEVER leave you nor forsake you. How does that fit in with your losing salvation philosophy? Maybe you need to go and try to understand all your verses...[/FONT]

The only ones who deny the truth of everyone being written in and only removed based upon a rejection of Christ seems to be the working for salvation crowd.....they will find out soon enough that salvation is eternal and based upon faith and the work of Christ...albeit too late for them though!
Can you answer me a question? If my Salvation is eternal and based upon Faith and the work of Jesus Christ my Savior and Lord and Master, and i hate someone, do i still have Eternal Salvation?

Scriptures teach if you have Faith you have Eternal Salvation
Scriptures teach if you hate someone you do not have Eternal Salvation

So then according to you which Scripture is True and which one is false?
Which Scripture do you believe and which one do you reject?

Joh_3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. (FAITH)

1Jn_3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

So which do you teach to believe and which verse do you teach to ignore? Both are by the Apostle John, But which one do you believe and hold on to, and which one do you void out?

Jesus Our Savior and Lord plainly said "If you Love Me, you will do what I say" Many, and i say MANY claim to Love Him and do NO do what He says, Many, and i say MANY call Him LORD, yet do not do what He commands them to do, which is LOVE ONE ANOTHER.

Woe to this wicked and perverse generation which will not escape His wrath. For His wrath is coming upon the disobedient children of God, His wrath is NOT coming because of the disobedient children of the devil, the unbelievers. It is coming because this generation professes with their mouths the Love they have for Jesus, but willingly choose to obey His enemy, then make excuses for their sinning based on false doctrines that contradict the very Word of God, and still think they are righteous, just, holy. There will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth.

i don't say all this to try to upset anyone, i say all this to try to warn all of you, Don't hearken to what i, DiscipleDave says, but Hearken to those things which i testify comes from Him. If then He tells me a thing, and then i tell you that thing, that thing did not come from me, but from Him who told me. Can anyone find any guile in my lips? Can anyone convince me of saying something contrary to any Scriptures.

Scriptures plainly teach to try the spirits. How then do you do that? Through the Word of God is how. if a spirit comes to you and tells you something that is contrary to the Word of God that spirit is evil, and you should not hearken to it. But what says this generation? This generation does not try the spirits via the Word of God, this generation tries the spirit based on their own belief of what they deem is the TRUTH. ignorant they are, not using the Word of God as their source to try the spirit, no they try them based on their own doctrines.

If what i say contradicts any Scriptures then show the Scriptures, and i will be deemed false? No this generation would rather do the UNGODLY thing and deem me false, NOT because what i say is contrary to Scriptures, but is contrary to what they believe is the TRUTH. Blind teaching others to be blind as well, we know the outcome of that situation.

People go to the Word of God and search them out to see if what i say is True or not True.

Here is something you can do, Read the entire NT believing that Faith is enough. Then reread the entire NT believing that Works is enough. Then reread the entire NT again, believing that Faith and Works go hand in hand. i assure you with no doubts whatsoever, if you do that, you will see the TRUTH, there are many verses which contradict Faith is enough, there are many verses which contradict Works is enough, ONLY Faith and Works together that there is not one solitary verse that contradicts that Truth. NOT ONE.

Verses even plainly teach Faith and Works go hand in hand, is rejected by this generation which cannot see the TRUTH.

1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. :23 And this is his commandment, That we should 1) believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ (FAITH), and 2) love one another (WORKS), as he gave us commandment. :24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

Do you receive of Jesus whatsoever you ask? Maybe your not because you are not complying with BOTH Faith and Works. Believing and obeying Jesus when He said "Love One Another" Maybe you are not getting what you ask for in prayer because you are failing to KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS.

Everybody's name is written in the book of life. Those blotted out have rejected Christ and substituted their righteousness for the perfect righteousness that only Christ is able to provide for us.

2Co 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

They are not interested in what scripture says. I proved that in my last thread. I gave 4 or 5 scripture verses to back up what I said, but no one could give me even one verse to counter the truth I presented. No even one verse. No one even tried. And so, with absolutely nothing to back up their anti-WOF dogma, refusing to even look at the scriptural evidence, and so they countered with slanderous remarks and of course, the usual testimonial failures of how so and so tried that junk and died. But never used scripture,... at all.
I tested the spirits, and know them by their fruit.

Joh 8:47 He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

Paul is the one famous for talking about being led by the Spirit, esp. Romans 8:14.
He sure was, and he was led by the Spirit when he penned those verses in my post #390 above and these verses:

Romans 3:20 (ESV)
[SUP]20 [/SUP] For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.

Romans 3:28 (ESV)
[SUP]28 [/SUP] For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law.

Galatians 3:2-3 (ESV)
[SUP]2 [/SUP] Let me ask you only this: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law or by hearing with faith?
[SUP]3 [/SUP] Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?

Galatians 2:16 (HCSB)

[SUP]16 [/SUP] know that no one is justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ. And we have believed in Christ Jesus so that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, because by the works of the law no human being will be justified.

Romans 5:15 (ESV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP] But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.

Romans 5:17-19 (ESV)
[SUP]17 [/SUP] For if, because of one man’s trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.
[SUP]18 [/SUP] Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men.
[SUP]19 [/SUP] For as by the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous.

And conveniently not reference the verses which teach it is not enough. Answer me this question. If i Truly believe in Jesus Christ and hate me brother, am i still SAVED? Answer?
If other verses teach that believing in Jesus is not enough then the multiple verses that I quoted in post #385 are a lie. God forbid! Truly believe in Jesus and hate my brother is an oxymoron (1 John 2:9-11; 3:10).

Are you suggesting that anyone who 100% believes CAN'T fail to obey Jesus?
Those who truly believe in Jesus/trust in Him as the all-sufficient means of their salvation are not 100% obedient 100% of the time, but children of God practice righteousness and not sin, unlike children of the devil (1 John 3:7-10).

Please explain this, it makes no since to me. A person must Believe (Faith) and obey Jesus (Works, Love One Another) Scriptures even talk about people who have Faith but no works, they believe in Jesus but fail to Love One Another.
If someone claims to have faith but they have no resulting evidential works to back up their claim, then they have an empty profession of faith/dead faith and not genuine faith. 1 John 4:7 - Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.

So this statement said in equation form is this: Faith - works = dead. That is exactly what you are saying in the above statement, which is exactly the TRUTH. Faith without works is dead.
Faith without resulting evidential works is dead, yet we are still saved through faith, not works. Faith is the root and works are the fruit. No fruit at all demonstrates there is no root.

Absolutely True. Likewise what is True, is Saving Faith is dead in Christ if there is no good works. Faith-works=dead
As long as you understand that we are not saved by works.

This is a man's belief and not based on any Scriptures at all. It is easier for you to believe they are the unsaved and not proclaimed believers, because if the goats were believers then many would be convicted because of the amount of failing to Love One Another that is in their life. But i will tell you the TRUTH, the Goats are professed Christians, and Scriptures concurs with that.
In regards to these many people in Matthew 7:22, Jesus said "I NEVER knew you" which means they were NEVER saved (and what did Jesus say in John 17:3? This is not man's belief. There is your Scripture). Notice that Jesus also referred to them as "workers of iniquity," which obviously means they were merely "professed" Christians. Just because someone believes "mental assent" in the existence and historical facts about Christ (even the demons believe that) does not make them a genuine saved believer (Acts 5:14; Acts 16:31) which means they are unbelievers. We are either one or the other (John 3:18). There is no middle ground. Also, genuine believers love one another.

Jesus separating the goats from the sheep is Judgement Day correct? Are you aware of Scriptures which teach the ungodly will not stand in the judgment? (Psalms 1:5) There is no need to judge the unbelievers, because they are Judged already, they are unbelievers. Judgement Day is NOT to judge the unsaved, it is to Judge all those who profess to know Jesus Christ. The Great White Throne Judgement will judge satan, demons, and the unsaved.
Believers will stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ and will receive rewards and loss of rewards (1 Corinthians 3:11-15). Unbelievers will be judged at the Great White Throne Judgment. Some will receive more severe judgment than others (Matthew 23:14).

1Co_12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

Is that verse True or False? Jesus Himself said the goats called Him "Lord" Why would unbelievers call Jesus "Lord" they do not believe He is the Lord and would never call Him "Lord"
There is divine influence or direct operation of the Holy Spirit in the heart of a person when genuinely confessing that Jesus is Lord. This confession is not just a simple acknowledgment that Jesus is the Lord (even the demons believe that), but is a deep personal conviction, without reservation, that Jesus is that person's Lord and Savior. Just simply calling Jesus Lord and believing that He is the Lord (just as the demons do) does not make someone a genuine believer. Jesus said not everyone who says to me Lord, Lord.

Tell me, do unbelievers say "When did we not feed you, Lord"?
Do unbelievers say "When did we not cloth you , Lord"?

You do error believing the lie that the goats in this parable is concerning the unbelievers. Here is a FACT. Unbelievers don't call Jesus "Lord" The goats in that parable called Him "Lord" and they were genuinely confused as to when they did not feed Jesus, clothe Jesus, they thought they were Christian enough, they thought believing He was the "Lord" was enough.
You seem to be mixed up about what a genuine believer truly is.

And here is the Zinger, to all those who believing that believing is enough, the parable itself plainly teaches IT IS NOT ENOUGH. The Goats called Jesus "LORD" So of a Truth, they believed He was the Lord. IT was NOT enough. This is also confirmed other places in Scriptures too,
Mere "mental assent" belief is not enough (James 2:19), but belief/trust/reliance in Christ as the all-sufficient means of our salvation (saving belief) is enough (Acts 16:31). Do you understand the difference?

Luk 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

And what does He say? Love One Another. How do you Love One Another? feed the hungry, cloth the naked, give to the poor, help people, give to charities, do good to people, be kind to people, visit the sick, the elderly, those in prison. Everything the GOATS did NOT do.
Which demonstrates what about the goats? UNBELIEVERS.

there will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth, when Jesus ask typical Christians of the last days generation, you did not feed me, cloth me, help me. And all your mouth work calling Him Lord, Lord is not going to help. Those who Believe in Jesus will obey Jesus, those who obey Jesus, will Love One Another. its that simple.
Nobody is denying that genuine believers will obey Jesus and love one another, but this does not mean sinless, perfect obedience 100% of the time.

And now you judge me, as judging you? Tell me when did i ever call YOU a goat?
You said, and I quote: "So you go a head and keep telling yourself that believing is enough, that you are sealed forever because you believe, that you are covered, and if you don't have works, i assure you with no doubts whatsoever you will be deemed a goat, and separated from those who not only believe, but have works to back that belief up. You goats have been warned."

i don't call anyone any names at all, that is ungodly and there is no love it it at all. i would not call you or anyone a goat, i speak in general, and attack no one in particular. please reread what i have said, i have never called you or anyone at all, a goat.
That's not what it sounded like to me, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt.

So are you now calling me a goat? i thought you said goats were the unbelievers? Do you think i am an unbeliever or do you concur that a person can be a deceived goat and still be a a believer?
I said - "You are not qualified to judge me as a goat and you had better be careful that you are not a deceived goat in sheep's clothing, like these many people in Matthew 7:22 who trust in their works for salvation." That's not calling you a goat.

Anyone who trusts in their works for Salvation will weep and gnash their teeth when they are rejected from Heaven.
Anyone who trusts in their faith for Salvation will also weep and gnash their teeth when they are rejected from Heaven.
The sheep who are accepted by the Savior, have Faith AND works.
Works salvation is no salvation at all. Empty profession of faith is no salvation at all. Works are a manifestation of genuine faith and no works at all demonstrate no genuine faith, yet we are still saved through faith, not works.

If a person is Truly Saved and has Jesus living in them, they WILL have works. Because Love lives inside of them.
Many claim to be Saved and have Jesus in them, but their lack of works PROVES that He does not live in them.
Anyone who does good works to be Saved, will not enter into Heaven.
Amen! :)

Faith = Salvation (WRONG)
Works = Salvation (WRONG)
Faith + Works = Salvation (TRUE, and is confirmed by Scriptures)

Genuine faith = salvation which results in evidential works (Ephesians 2:5-10). We don't want to put the cart before the horse.

It’s when the books(plural) are opened they must coincide which each other, as in balancing the books.

The book of life records every person that was given a temporal spirit as part of the Human race . Flesh gives birth to flesh, His Spirit give birth to our temporal spirit.

The Lambs of God slain from the foundation of the world, in that book of life are the names of all that have be given a new spirit that could never die.

When he comes on the last day the second resurrection all of those not found in the lambs book of life will be removed from the book that list all born into this world. Then the two will match. The unbeliever will not be found in either book.

Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

People, wake up from your sleeping.
If what you believe contradicts even one verse in Scriptures then what you believe is WRONG
Yes, isn't there a verse somewhere, "Arise to righteousness!".
Which simply means, "Start being righteous!"

We are made righteous in Jesus when we first believed,
BUT we must maintain that righteousness, i.e. that right standing with God.
There are 10 NT verses that teach this.

Habitual sinners are NOT living in righteousness!

Revelation 3:5 (NASB)
[SUP]5 [/SUP] 'He who overcomes will thus be clothed in white garments; and I will not erase his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.
I've shown you countless times already
who Jesus considers to be an overcomer!

So, this is for those who haven't seen it ...

Revelation 3:
21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne,
as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

Jesus overcame sin, the Devil, the world, etc.

Awake to righteousness and sin not. It's a calling to see who you are in Christ and that seeing yourself - the new creation in Christ which has been created in righteousness and holiness.

This "righteousness " will manifest outwardly in doing righteous deeds -
but we need the "horse" in front first.

The "horse
" being Christ's righteousness in us because of our being in Christ in our inner man..our new creation in Christ.

Awake to who you are in Christ!..Awake to righteousness and sin not..when you see who you are in Him in your new man...you will then manifest outwardly who you already are now in Christ.

The word "awake" means " to sober up, to become who you are, to come to your senses".

It is the Holy Spirit that transforms us as we behold the goodness ( glory ) of Christ as in a mirror. We participate in this with the Holy Spirit but we need the Spirit of Grace empowering us first. We are totally dependent on Him for His life and grace. 2 Cor. 3:17-18

2 Corinthians 3:17-18 (NASB)
[SUP]17 [/SUP] Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

[SUP]18 [/SUP] But we all, with unveiled face
, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

When you see who you are in Christ because of His finished work...you become outwardly in behavior what you are truly like in your new inner man where Christ dwells and His life gets manifested in love towards others in this hurt and dying world.

This all occurs by grace through faith in what our Lord has done for us. As we have received Christ - that is how we are to walk in Him.

Who overcomes?

Jesus did not sin, He obeyed his father in every area every moment he walked the earth.

Are you at his level?

Yes...we overcome by believing in what Christ has already done for us by grace through faith. This is a call to believe in Christ. This comes from what He has done as we rely on His life and grace - not in our own works. This preaching of Christ is a stumbling block to all works-based religions such as how the Jews relied on their "keeping of the Law of Moses".

How do we overcome? John gives us the answer:

“You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.” (1 Jn 4:4)

Overcoming is not about jumping through hoops and satisfying the expectations of men. It’s about depending on The Overcomer who lives in you.

“For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.” (1 Jn 5:4-5)

Are you born of God? Do you believe Jesus is the Son of God? If yes, then the Overcomer lives in you and you can’t help but be an overcomer.

That’s why Jesus told the disciples to be encouraged during times of tribulation; because he – not they – had overcome the world and because they would carry his overcoming Spirit within them.

We are called to fight the good fight of faith! Believe in what Christ has done and His life will be manifested in every circumstance of our life while on this earth.

Those here who insist on trusting in grace-only OSAS ...
really need to explain the 100+ NT verses which teach against it.

If they cannot reconcile ALL of the NT verses, they are trusting in fool's gold.

People who know Christ - trust in Him and what He has said. He is not a liar. All works-based religions stumble at the preaching of Christ alone because they have "to do something" to earn their salvation and keep it.

Works-based salvationists see the warning scriptures and try to apply them as in people losing their salvation as in going to heaven.

We all have to decide whether the Lord Jesus Christ is a liar or is He really God who said " God is not a man that He should lie".

The Holy Spirit is with us forever Jesus said.

John 14:16-17 (NASB)
[SUP]16 [/SUP]"I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever;

[SUP]17 [/SUP]that is the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you.

Ephesians 1:13 (NASB)
[SUP]13 [/SUP] In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise,

The Spirit of truth is with us
forever!

2 John 1:2 (NASB)
[SUP]2 [/SUP] for the sake of
the truth which abides in us and will be with us forever:

Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will be with us and in us forever. John 14:16-17.
Our Lord is NOT a liar.

John says we are safe in the Lord as He keeps us. Isn't that exciting to know that?

We can trust Him to finish that which He has started. Jesus is not a liar and all the promises of God are "Yes and Amen" in Christ.

Now, is the One who saved you and with His blood bought eternal redemption a liar? I say NO...a thousand times NO!

Hebrews 9:12 (NASB)
[SUP]12 [/SUP] and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all,
having obtained eternal redemption.

We have the forgiveness of sins because of His blood - not because of our own self-efforts in saving ourselves. That is the gospel message. Acts 10: 43

Trust in the Lord. He is faithful!
