Interesting. If this is silly and a joke, why are people getting upset and posting like it
is life and death, and these people over here are sooooo blind etc.

After pages of this back and forth about nothing, why the big distraction or is it because
there is not much to answer over the church is the spiritual Israel.

Christ is the fulfillment of the atoning sacrifice, therefore there is no other way than through
Christ. In Christ you can still follow some of the tradition and festivals, but not circumcision, or
animal sacrifices, or anything related to the temple as it is no more and no more relevant.

Or are people dualists in salvation terms, so you can be jew and justified, and christian and justified.
In Jesus's words if you followed God you would accept Him, because He is the word of God, ie.
judaism is now dead. I suspect various contributors cannot bring themselves to declare this though
they actually believe it.

Nope,has not learned a thing and is leading young people off the cliff with her. So sad. You'd think she'd be more mature at her age. She needs prayer for an attitude change.I feel sorry for her and the false doctrine that has her bound.

thats what happened before. non of the rest are back, One was real bad..

be careful She got me so mad I almost got banned myself. Then later, I had to leave or I would have got banned..

This is the covenant : I will forgive their iniquities, and remember their sins no more

that's what happens when you make that distinction that isn't there.

From this you can see that:

1. Unbelieving Jews are not the heirs of Abraham. So today´s Jews did not inherit any state of Israel and will not inherit anything else.

2. The promise about the land/world was not given to Jews (the people of the Law) only, but to us all.
We, who are in Christ, are the true heirs of Abraham, Jew, Chinese, Czech or American.

I apologize for not answering sooner. These scriptures were written to assure both Jewish and gentile believers that God sent Jesus for all of mankind. Remembering only Israel had access to His presence before the Cross.

The worlds salvation is like a blip in time, or a interval in a movie that's playing. Sorry folks for the interruption but the movie is about to begin playing again. When all the Gentiles advertisements have finished, the big feature will play out to the end!

Can a dualist be a believer? If you think salvation comes through the Jews and through
the Christ, how can you hold with "I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to
the Father except through me"

And if Israel do not point to Christ where is their spiritual legitimacy.

It strikes me some claim to follow Christ, but their loyalty is to oppose righteousness and
purity, and anyone who does not acknowledge their version of escatology, which includes
Israel rising from the dead, as if it is the true nation that God blessed. This is so odd also
from a group who believe legalism is the ultimate sin, and the real representatives of this
Israel are actually blessed by God.

Hi Plainguy, Who is Jesus saying woe to? Is it the 5000 he miraculously fed, or the other time he did the same with 4000? Jesus was constantly among crowds, preaching the kingdom of God. If you'll look closer, He's speaking of the Scribes and Pharisees. The religious leaders who took God's word and lived opposite of it. They were hypocrites making a show on the outside, but inside they were full of dead men's bones. And the reason the responsibility of all those deaths were dumped on that generation of religious leaders is because they now how God in the flesh walking among them and they still rejected their God and still continued to murder the prophets sent to them.

I cannot judge Luther,only God can. But his total hatred of the Jews presents a problem for him making heaven. We will have to see how the Lord judged him in the end.
