You know it's really sad when someone of the opposite sex shows kindness and people that see it believe they want something from you, but that's what this world is coming to unfortunately. As far as him wanting something I don't think so....we were having an office Christmas lunch at the Olive Garden:eek:
At the same time, it's nice not to be misunderstood when someone cracks a little joke.

But then, if there was no humor, the world would be an unhappy place. If the joke isn't intended to hurt anyone, it isn't intended to hurt anyone.
I understand what you are saying and I agree with you 100%,its just that people can't see your thoughts and Intentions, only GOD knows the thoughts and Intents of the heart.:)

Our president elect and his associates:

and then, there's this:

Trump New York co-chair makes racist 'gorilla' remark about Michelle Obama

  • Carl Paladino: ‘I’d like her to return to being a male let loose in Zimbabwe’ ... [He hopes] “[Barack] Obama catches mad cow disease after being caught having relations with a Her[e]ford,” he said.

... In response, Governor Andrew Cuomo condemned what he said were Paladino’s “racist, ugly, reprehensible remarks about the president and first lady”.

More Liberal Fake News?

Peacenik,

Please check your sources on bogus nonsense, so we don't have to do it for you.

Please do your homework.
Please check sources before you post.
It wastes a lot of our time to have to track down your bogus sources, just to find out they're fake news.

1. There is no link to a first hand source verifying he ever said this.

2. The link you posted goes to the Guardian, where it CLAIMS he said this stuff in a DIFFERENT PAPER, and then it NEVER GIVES A LINK to that other article... making the whole thing look like it's PROBABLY FALSE.

SO:
A. We need some real evidence that Paladino ever actually said this stuff
B. We'd have to then look at the context, and see if it was intended to be racist.
C. SO FAR... there is NO EVIDENCE he even said it.

He is the source of fake news that's why I pay him no mind.

As most of you know I went from undecided, but slightly leaning left until Hillary said in the debate she supported 9th month abortions. That was the limit for me.

However, I am still uneasy about Trump, I hope he proves me wrong. I have some left wing, left coast friends who are democrats! Well, a few from other states, too. I did unfollow them before he got elected. I went back to follow them, and they were such sore losers, I decided to leave them be!

Being sad the day after your candidate loses is one thing. But, signing petitions months later and saying Hillary won the popular vote, after the vote and the electoral college had voted is beyond belief!

I did the exact same thing. I didn't realize that those friends of mine could be this melodramatic in their "woe-is-me" until after this election. Some of my Facebook friends are shockingly immature.

Thankfully my friends and family are mostly 3rd party and Trump voters. One or two that voted for Hillary let it go pretty well.

Now what's annoying is the gloating. All the stupid memes not only celebrating his win but also basically saying that he and his family are the saviors of this country. which I obviously disagree. I understand celebrating the win but implying that he somehow make this year's Christmas better and things like that, 1)it's rediculous and 2) it's annoying. Clearly, they are not just into his election win, they want to put him on a giant golden pedistal and announce every tweet he makes.

Annoying gloating. Every time i turn around there's some Hillary support whining on social media, or accusations of racism. Or speaking of how Trump should be murdered. And all of those that voted for him. That is if they aren't protesting or rioting over the fact that more people disagreed with them, that is when they aren't accusing the election of being rigged or hacked. But those darn annoying "gloating" with memes.
Which, by the way, for every 'gloating' meme i see there are literally at least 20 attacking statements or memes, but sure. I see your point.

When Trump won, I didn't gloat a bit. But that has changed drastically what with all the bellyaching, crying, and phony accusations the Dims keep on coming up with each time their latest blame-game whimpering tantrum fit falls to pieces.

I truly am beginning to become very disgusted with the whole pitiful sack of whining, sniveling, crybabies.

Oh Utah, I didn't know you needed a binky supply. were you never weaned? ;)
Just teasing.
But seriously, if Hillary had won wouldn't you be just as annoyed by all the "Hillary will make everything wonderful and enslave the white man" memes? or how about: Hillary is putting the happy back in Happy Holidays.
It's things like that. Just let it go and move on. It isn't the president or president elect that makes America great it's the people. Seriously, we had 8 yrs of Obama and America is still great REGARDLESS of the stupid coming from his administration. And no thanks to him for sure.
My point is thus: Move on from the election, EVERYONE, and stop making your candidate out to be Jesus (unless your candidate was Jesus, which I guess could get a pass).

SO WHAT? It's over until the next election! Trump won, no one else and those same phrases repeated over and over again are NOT SOLVING ANYTHING.
Using "well Hillary would have been worse" as an excuse to constantly gloat and put Trump on a pedistal is the same as someone using "not my president" or "love trumps hate" as an excuse for them to whine and pitch a fit.
JUST. PLAIN. STOP. And actually come up with solutions to whatever problem you find important or just enjoy whatever peace you may feel.
