To thomas in post #34. I don't know what kind of tumor you have, benign or malignant, but oxygen helps the body recover from most things. I would have my sister on it if I knew of a way she could safely be oxygenated without a hefty price. That being said there is a website called drinking H2O2, which is hydrogen peroxide, that has a lot info on H2O2, and oddly enough, very little on actually drinking it. If anyone wants info on H2O2 I would suggest this site. Drink H2O2 Drinking Hydrogen Peroxide Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy

Pituitary tumors are generally benign. I think that the turmeric and coconut oil will be enough for this. I have not looked into oxygen therapy a lot. The word "safely" is key here. Oxygen can be harmful. I watched the video from Dr. Mercola about the discovery of ketogenic therapy and it was developed as a way to stop seizures in Navy divers that have exposure to excessive oxygen. We need anti-oxidants to control aging. I am wary about drinking H2O2.

Too much of a good thing can be as bad or worse than not enough. The amount of H2O2 in an 8 oz. glass of non-chlorinated water, according to the article, is miniscule. They recommend one to two drops. I've been using one to two teaspoons with no ill effects and it is amazing how it helps sore muscles and tiredness. I am using 3% food grade from Whole Foods with charcoal filtered water. Most articles say to use it two hours after eating and one hour before. This article says three hours after eating, but I haven't had any problems with two hours, yet.

There is a cure, but it may not be a worldly cure.
Romans 8:11
But IF the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you (allowed to live in us), He that raised up Jesus Christ from the dead shall also quicken (energize, make alive) your mortal body by His Spirit that lives in you. (see 2 Corinthians 3:17 – where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty, freedom!)

1 Peter 2:24
Jesus carried our sins in his own body on the cross, so that we, being dead to sin, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes you were healed.

Matthew 8:17

That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

Isaiah 53:4, 5
Jesus has carried our grief (pain, anxiety, calamity, disease, sickness), and carried our sorrows (anguish, affliction, feelings of pain, sadness and sorrow): yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted....but He was wounded (to wound, to break, be slain or killed) for our transgressions, He was bruised (crush, destroy, oppress, to collapse) for our iniquities: the punishment (violence, rebuke) of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed. (He took our wounds, so we could take his wholeness & health in every area of life)

Proverbs 4:20-23
Attend to My words; incline your ear unto My sayings....let them not depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart....for they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh....keep your heart with all diligence; for out of it flow the forces of life.

James 5:15
The prayer of faith shall save the sick (from being sick!)

Exodus 23:24-26

You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do their works: but you shall utterly overthrow them, and destroy their images.
And you shall serve Adonai your God, and He shall bless your food and drink; and I will take sickness away from the midst of you.
There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: and you will live out the full span of your lives.

I have had sis on 100mg of Resveratrol per day in two doses and for a month now I haven't seen a big change for the worse. Any change must be slow or non-existent. When I can get her to take them I am also giving her sage pills, which helped age related dementia patients gain back some ability to memorize things. I don't remember if the article said where the research took place and I know it didn't say how much to give a patient, so I am giving her the bottle's recommendation of two caps, twice daily. It's too early to tell about those and I am usually only able to get one dose in her. Sadly, although I know God can heal, I am never going to be certain that he will want to, and as far as I am concerned, If he wants suffering to occur, who am I to ask to change His course of action? He only wants the best for us and therefore what is occurring must be the best course for us.

There is no way to cure it but you can make the process being slower through brain training. Make quizzes with her, maybe some simple exercises, singing, dancing,... Make sure she got enough of her vitamins through fruit and stuff (especially E,D,K,A).
If she has a routine, keep it up . Ask her stuff that she can telll stories of the past, wishes etc..
I dont know how far she is so I can just say general things.. Mom Studied Alzheimer's & Dementia and all that. So if you need advice she may be able to help you too :) Im just pretty much recalling her studies lol

Thank you Demi, but the latest studies have determined that brain exercise doesn't help Alzheimer's patients. It does help patients with other dementias, though. I wish I could give her a good diet, but she won't eat anything that is the least bit spicy or acidic and won't eat anything that isn't sweet. I give her a lot of supplements to help offset that problem.
Thanks anyway. May God bless you and your family.

Thanks, Crustyone, for the update. That encourages me to try Resveratrol.

I just found out my MIL was on something called Aricept the last 10 years. But it is hard on the kidneys and liver, and she was not maintaining so her doctors took her off.

We went to see her a few weeks ago, and she was a vegetable. She could barely talk, could not read, and certainly did not know who we were. The next day my husband's sister visited, and she didn't even remember we had been there. She has just plunged terribly. But good she had such a slow progression of the disease while she was on it.

"Aricept (donepezil) improves the function of nerve cells in the brain. It works by preventing the breakdown of a chemical called acetylcholine (ah SEET il KOE leen). People with dementia usually have lower levels of this chemical, which is important for the processes of memory, thinking, and reasoning.

Aricept is used to treat mild to moderate dementiacaused by Alzheimer's disease.

Aricept is not a cure for Alzheimer's disease. This condition will progress over time, even in people who take donepezil."

it is my understanding turmeric may reverse early stage alzheimers, and the black pepper acts as stated
to increase it's effectiveness 2000%. It helped greatly in a case I know of personally.

And dissolve the turmeric in coconut oil with heat before cooling and adding the black pepper.

I don't know if I will spring for the DVD's in this article about an anti-aging seminar, but the information in them must be pretty amazing. The article itself is quite uplifting, considering that there are all of these ways of healing so many diseases. The site is: Everyone loves happy endings...

Here is an article, about how dementia is thought to affect more slim
people, than over weight people. Possible because overweight people are less
likely to be deficient in Vit D and E.

I found this interesting as over the last few years, I have seen various hospital
wards and care beds (in my experiences with my aunt) and I have thought that it
seemed the slim, sometimes almost seeming malnourished elderly people, were the ones
with dementia. I did wonder though if maybe people with dementia just weren't
looking after themselves properly.

There was one place especially (where my aunt went for 6 weeks to get over a broken
shoulder). Where several people had advanced dementia. They were all stick thin.
One lady was shockingly thin but maybe she just had a poor appetite due to the dementia.

If anything it may well show there is a nutritional element going on with Alzheimer's.
But having said that I think a person is more likely to get vascular dementia (caused by
strokes) if you are over weight and/or have diabeties.

Maybe the real answer, is to pay more attention to nutrition during ones life. it's possible for
over weight and under weight people to have nutritional deficiencies.

Thanks. Interesting thoughts. I think that the take-away motto is make sure you are adequately nourished.

What seemed to help my husband during his last 6 months of life with Alzheimers to be more focused was the aroma of pure frankincense oil. He seemed to crave it and we put it on a kleenex which he kept smelling all the time. Up the end, even though his nights were delusional and a little in the daytime, whenever someone came around, he always knew who they were and was able to keep up a conversation.

It didn't cure him - but since he seemed to crave it - I believed there was something in his system that needed that oil.

Eventually I looked up the uses for this oil, and found it to be one that was good for Alzheimers and other brain malfunctions. I guess his body knew. I read it is also good for Parkinsons which he had too.
