if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you.

You posted this is my own opinion.

1 john 1v 8

If we claim we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and not living in the truth.

If we say we have no sin (before we become a new creature)we deceive
ourselves and the truth is not in us.

Which part of this not the truth...point it out to me.

For both He who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all from one Father;
for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren

Yes, I believe sin is an ever present temptation we must combat. I also believe a man that says he has no sin deceives himself. God can forgive us but our sins remain in memory to humble us and remind us we are not perfect and that God has liberated us from them.
