Redeem means “to purchase.” With His death on the Cross, Christ paid the price to release us from the bondage of sin.
Which every unbeliever is a slave to.
Gods purpose is not only to save us from hell but to free us from sin so we can produce good works that glorify him.
We are given the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus.
Romans 3:22-23
even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
We see that God is righteous and yes we seek to be righteous just as he is.
But in doing so it's because we want to be like him, produce good works that glorify him.
We should never ever do good works in order to add to what we have through faith.
If we try to do so then to God it's nothing more than filthy rags.
We can't attain his righteousness by our works but only by faith.
Yes let's be zealous of seeking righteousness but not to be self righteous but to glorify God.
Now if you deny this scripture you deny this question you deny the truth... and the truth is not in you..
If however you accept that one can press the self desruction button and deny truth for what it is,, then you will be free of this bad doctrins of the people who share with you the lords work are not the enemy,,,

Those people are not saved.
The vast majority of professing Christian's believe in a salvation that does not save. Your very own words illustrate this.
The salvation you believe in leaves people as porn addicts, adulterers and still divorcing.
Jesus clearly taught that sin proceeds from a defiled heart and here you are advocating a salvation that leaves one defiled. What a mockery of the Gospel and a testimony of unbelief.
That is a useless dogmatic superstition of a religion.
Look at the many words of Grace Guy. All rhetoric with no substance.
The elephant in the living room is an utter denial of a real salvation from sin. An utter denial of purity of heart. An utter denial of a redemption from all iniquity.
You don't believe God actually saves people from sin itself.
Brcause you advocate ongoing evil in the salvation experience means that all salvation to you is a cloak for wickedness.
It is such a foolish and absurd religion you are advocating. It has zero power and makes zeto sense. All it does is give people comfort in their filthiness.
It's not a denial that He gives us purity of heart to say we still have some struggles. We grow in grace, we grow in faith, we constantly improve. He gives us more light as we are able to bear it.

Being in fellowship with brothers is amazing to me,, why would i feel like ive recieved christ for being gratefull for this....
Beside mag we both know that i have been asked this several times all ready.. to which i gave the same answer..
I dont get why you have to ask when you dont like any of my posts no more,, and you dont seem to want to answer my questions,, just yours.
I f i have offended you im sorry,,, but all i speak is the truth of God..i hope you have christ and if you like we can share each others beliefs..
Now that said is going to heaven a reward a promise that if you keep the faith you will go there..now if you believe this then you have truth in you..
If you not believe that then there is there is no truth in you..

I am sorry for all those people on the family forum, apparently according to Skinski7 (aka God) your not saved.
The fact that you have placed your faith in Jesus but still struggle with the flesh it is apparently not good enough.
Oh well never mind you tried your best but it wasn't good enough.
Jesus's death on the cross wasn't sufficient for you.
Lets be honest it wasn't his compassion and deep love for that nailed him to the cross, when he rose again and went back to heaven to intercede for you with God he is not saying to God, "This is your child whom I'm died for, they have placed their faith me and truly want to be like me, but you know I've been their and succeeded, not for me but for your child"

I don't often get angry but you my friend have just made my blood boil. I am so angry I would want to place the burdens and crap that you have placed upon genuine struggling people who have sought help and comfort here.

REMEMBER THAT GOD LOVES YOU AS MUCH AS HE LOVES JESUS. HE KNOWS YOUR HEART AND THAT IS WHAT HE WILL JUDGE YOU ON. FURTHERMORE HE PROMISES TO WORK GOOD IN YOU AND YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES TO CONFORM YOU TO THE IMAGE OF CHRIST.
IF THAT IS YOUR HEART THEN GOD WILL DO IT.

This post is falser than a $4 bill. Good works don't save you, nor do they get you into heaven. Do Mormons need praying for? Definitely. But if someone denies that fact, it does NOT make them an unbeliever.. Only GOD decides that..

Sorry to burst your bubble, but even Christians sin. YES THEY DO AND THAT INCLUDES YOU. We ARE only human, after all. We ALL slip up and sin, many on a daily basis. It's because satan tries to tell us it's ok to smoke that cigarette, it's ok to snort that coke, it's okay to play with yourself, it doesn't hurt anything. But it's all a lie. It IS sinful and it IS harmful. Ask anyone here, Sirk, Utah, Magenta, whoever, if they still sin at times, and I guarantee their answers would be YES. I know that I sin on a regular basis. And it's NOT because we aren't really saved that we sin. If we never sinned again after we're saved, we'd be immortals in a mortal, evil fallen world.. Eve and Adam were immortal until sin entered their world, and if WE as immortals in a mortal world, had to live around sin in this world, we'd definitely be tempted to sin. We sin because we are dirty rotten humans living in a corrupted world.
We are not perfect. We will NEVER be perfect, nor will we ever be sinless. You cannot honestly tell me that you don't slip up and swear at times, or have a bad thought toward someone, or whatever the case may be. If you try saying that you don't, you are a bald-faced liar, who is no better than anyone else here. You are just a dirty sinner, Skins, as are we all.
God knows we aren't perfect, He knows we slip up and fall off His path. Isn't that what Jesus died for? To save us FROM OUR SINS. Past, present, and future sins. If we are perfect and sinless after being saved, then what need is there for repentance of sins? God says, repent your sins and be saved. Not get saved, be sinless, and forego repentance even if you do happen to sin anyway.. We will all continue to sin until we depart this earthly life.. and that includes you.
