Claiming people "hate" someone is a tactic that is used by people to shut down opposition to a view differing to the person attacking with this tactic.

It belies low self esteem about the position the attacker is trying to defend. Similar to calling someone a racist for saying ANYTHING negative about Islam.

I realize that there are some who have yet to fully embrace the one true Gospel unto Salvation. That God wrapped Himself in human flesh, in the form of Jesus Christ. He was born of a virgin woman, conceived by the Holy Spirit, suffered, was crucified, died, and God raised Him from the grave on the 3rd day, according to the Scriptures.

Confess Jesus as Lord, believe He rose from the dead and you WILL be saved. We CANNOT ADD ANYTHING to that Gospel for our Salvation. To do so is an insult to god.

Now there is PLENTY we should do after we are saved and filled by the Holy Spirit, but none of that has anything to do with our Salvation.

So some who have yet to have the Holy Spirit reveal the beauty and simplicity of this Gospel need for us to have patience and love even when they use tactics such as saying disagreement equates to hatred.

And believe Jesus died for our sins....

Just came back to this thread was learning about Calvinism.

Here in Mark 10:17-23 is Jesus speaking the law of Moses to the Jewish man asking Him "What must "I do" to inherit eternal life?"

The law of Moses is all about "doing".

Jesus said to "keep the commandments in the law of Moses." The guy said he had. Jesus then said - go and sell all that you have and follow Me. He went away sad.

He had actually broken the very 1st commandment as he had money as his true "god".

The law of Moses is all about "doing" in order to receive from God which is what all works-based/ works-righteousness belief systems are build off of.

The gospel of the grace of God in Christ is "Believe - it is finished."

Now when someone comes to you and says "What must I do to inherit eternal life?" Do you say "Keep the law of Moses?" No, we now know the true gospel is. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved".

Here is an example of rightly dividing the words of Jesus in context with the Old Covenant and the New Covenant we live in now and so we boldly preach the New Covenant of the grace of God for it is the word of His grace that builds us up and gives us our inheritance that is in Christ. Acts. 20:32.

the 10 commanments are absolutely valid, in the new testament, they arent the law of Moses they were written by Gods finger on the tablets and placed in the ark, you dont even get what the law is. its the book that moses wrote and then was placed beside the ark as a witness against the hebrews, the 10 commandments were ind=side the ark. paul also validates them in scripture, thats another Huge error you think the 1o commandments no longer apply....they do.

romans 13:9-10 "For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is BREIFLY COMPREHENDED in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the FULFILLING of the law."


the word Love summarizes the 10 commandments, if you love you dont kill, you dont lie, you dont steal, you dont commit adultery , you have only 1 God ect....


So then by your logic paul must have been a law teacher as well?? or maybe John was wrong also in 1 john ch 5 about Love and the commandments???


the Law is the book of the Law, it was removed from Christians because it testifies against sinners. the commandments do not there moral guide for Love so find a diffrent example because the 10 commandments are in the ark and valid still.....

Yes. My post about THE Gospel deals with the CURE for the penalty of the sins we commit, but you're right, I should have said the reason we need the Gospel in the 1st place.

The 10 commandments are definitely the Law of Moses. Paul told us that.

Well....unless "coveting got kicked out of the 10" - because it was caught "coveting".... ( just having some joyful fun - joy is a fruit of the kingdom of God in us! )

Depends on why they are banned. Some are temporary. Some are lifelong. Temp bann get their account reactivated..

iveactually never even recieved a warning incase anyone is interested in the truth, i requested my first account was removed because i found so much arguing here when a person quotes Jesus and actually believes it......so im sure ive been reported lol but no one has ever even warned me because i believe the operators of this site would never find believeing the gospels are the gospel to be offensive.

You are thinking of a different Jason as far as I know, though this one has come and gone under different user names, creating conflict and then becoming a guest and creating a new account, but he always gets found out because of what he teaches, and the way he talks to people... now I am not saying he necessarily tries to hide who he is, but it sure seems like it, coming and going under a few different user names over the last couple of years. I used to stick up for him when he was under attack from others, because he seemed like a nice guy, but then he started attacking me and repeatedly refused to call me by my name, referring to me as "you guys" as if I were someone who agreed with certain teachings that I do not... it was just one of his sly ways of slandering me and being completely disrespectful while he feigned innocence of any wrong doing.

man your right about that, no excuse but this has been an issue for close to a year or so. the gospel is not just the death and resurrection IF we believe Jesus words about HIS Gospel see look
