And there you go again..proving my point.. Actually, I DON'T hate what you share on here. I enjoy reading your posts, but what I DON'T like is the way they are conveyed.. that's all.. And that is something that we ALL could work on, right?

You ask if I'm content to stay as I am right now. My answer to that is NO. I'm not content at all with where I am right now. :/ I have MANY, MANY things to work on, to get myself back on the path with God. I've never denied that. Some people just move slower than others. And with a broken back, I'm moving more like a turtle, rather than a ladybug. LOL

I've had many people here tell me that I'm an inspiration to them, but ya know what? I don't feel like a very inspiring (or inspired) person. So I am always amazed and humbled when someone tells me that they read a post or testimony of mine, and it helped them. However, as inspiring as I may be, it's not of MY own accord. It's because of GOD.

I just share from my heart of how I feel about God.

I do not know what you are in your own walk with Christ. If you are confessing sin
about swearing, anger, lust, what am I meant to say? I have the same issues and
react in the same way. I have to deal with the same triggers but I do deal with it
differently.

I am not being superior or judgmental. Do you expect to stay as you are till the
day you die? I am always addressing things in my life and working on different
things. It is just what for me it means to walk with Christ.

Now if I was the only one who truly knew Christ I would be heart broken, on a
christian web site, it would be a denial of my faith in God himself.

I am sure you know Christ, and you have been a blessing to many, so I would
desire to encourage you in your walk. There is always more in Christ than we
can even imagine or think about

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us
Eph 3:20

I think people are finding it hard to accept things from a behavior that slanders some one - calls them names like heretic, satanic, disobedience to Jesus. haters of God's word and hater of those that say we are to walk righteously....and other such garbage.

Then in the next breath say "we are to walk righteously and with purity of heart."

Works are irrelevant, so if you got assaulted by a brother you would forgive
them and forget about it? Or if a sister became a prostitute, no problems, there
heart was in the right place.

You do not know the kingdom if you cannot uphold Gods will and call evil evil
acts. Lawlessness has always been the enemy of the kingdom, but maybe one
day you will see. I fear the hatred felt against people in their past will destroy their
souls, and they will not know it.

Have you ever had ADHD diagnosis or investigation done?
If you cannot focus that quickly you may have some underlying condition.

I spend most of my time reading scripture and getting a better understanding in my
heart of what God has to say to me. I will spend time working through issues in my
life, praying through people, and interactions which are troubling, where I want to see
blessing etc. It varies depending on the day.

I used to get distracted. It sometimes helped to work through the issues and put them
into perspective, rather than fight them. If I am stressed, some things come more easily
than others.

If we all acted like CHISTIANS ARE SUPPOSED TO ACT,
NO ONE would need any protecting...


Is this what you teach children?
That they don't have to give GOD back anything in return?
Maybe it'll make them feel like they could be promiscuous, or maybe try drugs, who knows what else these days.

Maybe they'll watch Harry Potter and learn all about withcraft.

You talk about me and what my actions say. Look in the mirror, honey and take a look at what YOUR actions say. Because you have laid it all out on different threads here for everyone to see. And if your actions were kind and gentle, then someone wouldn't have sent Magenta a picture of a wolf in sheep's clothing and referred to it as you. :/

smh - I have to admit, I do not like the constraints of language.

The cross is everything, in Christ we see healing, eternity reflected in History, victory
over sin, the eternal God made man, humbling Himself like no other being could that
we might taste eternity and His heart.

each of these words represent a different concept to Peter and you would have to go phrase by phrase to really get what he is saying.

I could probably give scriptures to help understand what he means but it would be better for him to do his own homework...

Fran, no one here is saying that we don't have to do works. Of course we do.

But those works are not what saves us. GOD saves us. I don't know why you refuse to believe this.

Of course Jesus works through us. The bible says, "For WITH God, nothing shall be impossible". It also says that WITHOUT God we are nothing and CAN DO nothing. That means we need Jesus' help every day, whether it's to get a tough chore done, or to get to a destination safely.

Either you believe Jesus or you don't. And if you don't then you are lost. And you've made it obvious you don't believe Him, because you have admitted to us that you do NOT believe that works don't save us, you do NOT believe in eternal salvation, and you do NOT believe that God inspired men to write the bible. These are things that you have told us, so I'm not just assuming here.

So what, if anything, DO you believe about Jesus?
