How do YOU know that image is not the mother of Jesus? Have you met her?
I would think we should show grace by speaking the truth in love it would seem to serve the gospel better rather than supporting idol worship in some sense or other which it seems you are..

I would add if we would use an image to put a face on Christ, the Holy Spirit to use when trying to commune with Christ in order to keep him separate from other gods which some call patron saints. We would be guilty of idol worship. It’s not having an image, its when people use them to put a face on lying spirits where the second commandment is shown to have been ignored.
God is not a man as us He has no form there is no need of making one up . We look to commune with our Father in heaven as the one manner we can commune with God.

So I would say have a picture of what a person thinks the Son of man might of looked like but do not use it to put a face on to help assure we have the proper spirit. We walk by faith, the unseen eternal. Not after any form .

There is no grace coming from Christ in the Catholic religion .There is no finished work and is why purgatory and at one time Limbo was needed to finish the eternal work of suffering . This does despite to the grace of God and would be considered the kind of heresy that can be judged.
They have no freedom coming from Christ alone. They have another authority other than the word of God alone; it makes the word of God without effect and therefore no way to rightly divide....God's word
