I got lost in English class .I wish I did pay more attention you are much better at writtiing, sister .
I have been found without a righteousness of myself therfore saved by an imputed work of God who does work in the believer to both will and do His good pleasure. Will you be found with a righteousness of your own self like the man in Mathew 7 or one performed by a work of Christ's faith through the labor of God's love alone?
My (comments highlighted purple.)
Phi 3:9 And be found in him, "not having mine own righteousness", which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of (coming from)Christ, the righteousness which is of (coming from) God by faith......(that works in us)
What if some believe not (no faith)? Will there no faith make the faith of God work as a labor of His love without effect?
Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.For what if some did not believe?(no faith) shall their unbelief (no faith) make the "faith of God" without effect?(to effect is to work) God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged. Rom 3:2
If I could add it seems to be what sister Magenta was sharing when she shared a verse from Romans 3.
No one is righteous of their own self like the man in Mathew 7. All who live in a body of sin, a body of death continue to sin and continual to fall short of the glory of God all the days of their lives not receiving the promise.
Well. Someone noticed!
And let me tell you something,
I could do much better than this,
but I like to downplay how I could really write.
It makes Others uncomfortable to read the English I'm capable of.
It's rather intimidating.
I didn't read the rest of your post.
It's too long and it looks too serious.
Instead of belittling me back when, you should have posted stuff like this that we could have discussed.
I really do know the N.T. REALLY well.
Too little, to late.
But thanks for the effort.
