I like the part where God said he winked at sin....and until the law came by Moses on the mount for 40 days in the wilderness.....many speculate about such things.......Amen to the faith....It pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.....!
"He came unto his own, and his own received him not." John1:11

But now today people reject the finished work of Jesus of Nazareth and go back to keeping the Mosaic Law. They want their Law Keeping, plus Jesus, and He will say on that day...."who are you, I never knew you." History repeating itself.

John 14:21, “He who possesses My commands and guards them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and manifest Myself to him.”

Mat 22:37-40, "Yahshua said to him: You must love YHWH your Father with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. (Deut 6:5) This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. (Lev 19:18) On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

People will not be told to depart for Keeping GOD's Commandments through Faith in Jesus... that is the New Covenant. If your Jesus does not instruct you to Keep the Commandments of GOD then you should be concerned. For the Messiah gave a New Testament where GOD's Law is taught and instructed us in Justice, Mercy and Faith... taught us the Royal Law of Loving GOD and each other...

Don't reach for a verse for nothing teaches against this.. no it is affirmed throughout yet many believe not and wrestle with Scripture just as Peter stated.

If you knew Heavenly Father you would know how far from the Truth your belief is that those told to depart are those that Keep His Law through Faith in His Son's Testament is.

The saints Keep the Commandments of GOD and have the Faith of Jesus. No surprise because He teaches us to through His Testament.. yet unbelief keeps the Truth afar..

The men who scoff and mock believing they have the Truth will be those in for a big disappointment.. yet there is hope if they seek the Truth and Believe. For GOD is able to pierce and give a New heart even to the most stubborn.

Mat 7:21-23, "Not everyone who says to Me; Teacher! Teacher! Will enter into the Kingdom of YHWH, but only he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day; Teacher! Teacher! Have we not prophesied in Your Name, and cast out demons in Your Name, and in Your Name performed many wonderful works? But then I will declare to them; I never knew you. Get away from Me, you who practice iniquity."

iniquity” is word # G0458 - anomia {an-om-ee'-ah} from G0459, Greek Word Study (Transliteration-Pronunciation Etymology & Grammar)
1) the condition of without law, 1a) because ignorant of it, 1b) because of violating it, 2) contempt and violation of law, iniquity, wickedness

Mat 24:12, "And because iniquity will abound, the love of the many will grow cold."

Revelation 12:17, “And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to fight with the remnant of her seed, those guarding the commands of Yah and possessing the witness of יהושע Messiah."

Revelation 14:12, “Here is the endurance of the set-apart ones, here are those guarding the commands of Yah and the belief of יהושע.

No one is saying we are to sweep the Law out the door, But grace and works do not mix, and the Law was a works based covenant. Sissy. However, I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!"[Galatians 2:21] We do not keep the Law as the OT ppl did. If we kept the Law, we'd have to be circumcised again. :eek:

The Christ kept the Law perfectly, and that has been imputed to us. Now God sees us as if we have kept the Law perfectly. We have been imputed the righteousness of God, as one mockingly called in 'Jesus Spray'. :eek:

How can you say;

...grace and works do not mix...
This goes directly against Scripture:

I could not edit the above post, so I copied and pasted and edited it here. It's a slight variation from my initial response.

It seems to me that some poeple only quote Paul and ignore much of, if not all of what Yahshua/Jesus said.

2 Peter/Kepha 3:15-17, "and reckon the patience of our Master as deliverance, as also our beloved brother Paul/Sha’ul wrote to you, according to the wisdom given to him, as also in all his letters, speaking in them concerning these matters, in which some are hard to understand, which those who are untaught and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do also the other Scriptures. You, then, beloved ones, being forewarned, watch, lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the delusion of the lawless, but grow in the favor and knowledge of our Master and Savior יהושע Messiah. To Him be the esteem both now and to a day that abides. Amĕn.”

This goes directly against Scripture:

James 2:22, "Do you see that the belief was working with his works, and by the works the belief was perfected?"
The Law was a works based covenant. They had to keep it to remain in that covenant. The grace covenant, we are kept by God's power.[1 Peter 1:5]

Also, James is talking about faith w/o works being dead. But that does not mean we are justified that way. Works are an outflowing of our faith, not the cause of it.

Faith was also required in the times of Abraham and Moses...and we know none are righteous that they can enter on their own merits. Yet you said "faith and works don't mix' "now you say works are the outflowing of faith" which is it?

Well this is what Yahshua/Jesus says in the final Revelation to mankind;
