No! You are adding to the Holy writ. That is not our place!

If Paul meant the Sabbath, he would of had to say so due to the high regard for it to avoid any doubt. The Sabbath is not mention. To assert that is what he meant is to assume. To assume is to add what is not in the text.

Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
(Deu 4:2; Rev 22:18 KJV)

Alright we will try this route my friend.
COLOSSIANS 2:14-17 PART 1/2 THE REAL TRUTH
Many have been blinded by their hard hearts and stiff necks to what the Spirit saith in Colossians. Perhaps even those here advocating through the Spirit the import of the Decalogue from the Tables of stone to the fleshly tables of our hearts. And yes this import includes the Sabbath.

Do they even see it? The power of the Gospel as the Spirit put it forth in Colossians. A life without sin through the indwelling Christ!

Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:

For the expectation which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel; Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:

For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;

Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet (capable) to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness (sin), and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the expectation of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven;

Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the expectation of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

Beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ. As ye received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Divine bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting to the ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
(Deu 32:1-2; Col 1:5,6, 9-11, 12-14, 18-23, 25-29, 2:5-14)

In summary....He that have the ear hear the expectation which is laid up for you in heaven. The word of the truth of the gospel. Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit. Be filled with the knowledge of HIS will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. That we walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet (capable) to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness (sin), and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

If
ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the expectation of the gospel. For us, to fulfil the word of God. The mystery which is Christ in you, the expectation of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily. Beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith. The circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ.

Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass: For the LORD our GOD will circumcise our hearts and the hearts of our seed. For righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ (Anointed; GOD's commands and statutes written in the Book of the Law. In other words the Word; the Divine utterances) down from above:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ (Anointed; GOD's commands and statutes written in the Book of the Law. In other words the Word; the Divine utterances) again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word (the Divine utterances; Christ the Anointed; GOD's commands and statutes written in the Book of the Law.) is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: (that thou mayest do it) that is, the word of faith, which we preach.

That which is stated in Romans 10 was first prophesied in Deut. 30. It was GOD’s intention for us to receive Christ, that He work through us since the time of Moses if not before.
In regard to Col 2:14 it is the judgements in the Book of the Law that are against us and contrary to us. The statutes and commandments contained in the Book of the Law (Christ; the Word) were to be in our hearts. To be who we are! ) that is, the word of faith, which we preach. That is the GOSPEL!

The judgements which are not placed in our hearts per Deut 30:10-14; Rom 10:6-8.They are not mentioned. They were mandated in the Book of the Law because of our refusal to be circumcised by the circumcision made without hands; the circumcision of Christ in the putting off the body sin; the flesh. The circumcision GOD had intended for us since the beginning.
The text does not say that the handwriting to the ordinances was nailed to the cross. It says that the ones that are contrary to us and against us were.

Blotting out the handwriting to the ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross. (Col 2:14)

How can that which was placed in our hearts be contrary to us?

If we receive Christ, the Decalogue, HIS Commandments and Statutes contained in the Book of the Law IN our hearts we will not willfully transgress that to which we are. We are a New Creature in Christ Jesus; behold all things are new and of GOD. That is the GOSPEL.

No! You are adding to the Holy writ. That is not our place!

If Paul meant the Sabbath, he would of had to say so due to the high regard for it to avoid any doubt. The Sabbath is not mention. To assert that is what he meant is to assume. To assume is to add what is not in the text.

and you are assuming he did mean Sabbath, something he did not say. when you and others put gentiles under the law of Moses, you are adding to the Holy writ.

and also, I just finished reading the upper room discourse in John's Gospel, where Christ gave his last instructions to the Disciples before he was arrested. Sabbath keeping was not mentioned. using your logic, would not He would have mentioned it if He intended His followers to keep it?

friend, you think Paul condem people who esteemeth every day s like go to hell is your opinion, It doesn't people that esteemeth every day alike go to hell.

can you show me what a word Paul say at that verse that make you think people that esteemeth every day s like go to hell?
I never said you go to hell...did I ? but if you don't agree with GOD you will not be in His Kingdom....why would God want a rebel and disobedient person to be with Him for all eternity ? what good would you be to God if you are not willing to be obedient and made your own decisions ? that is not being like His Son who was obedient unto death Phil 2v8. Are we not to be 'conformed to HIS image ?
It's high time to make a start Jackson instead of contradicting God....time is getting short !

anyone who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ will not go to hell. anyone who trusts the law and Sabbath for salvation will. they do not save.

no one goes to the Father except through the Son. not through the Sabbath.

Perverting the Gospel by teaching that salvation is by "grace plus law, faith plus works" is not being obedient or conforming to His image and is not the way to heaven (Romans 10:1-4; 2 Corinthians 4:3,4; Galatians 1:6-9).

Now MMD,

Who said salvation is by Grace plus law? Please show us one post that says salvation is by Grace plus law. If you cannot then are you bearing false witness to hide your sins in darkness? It is true indeed that men love darkness rather then light before their deeds are evil.

The light shines in darkness; but the darkness does not understand. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. Light is come into the world, but men indeed loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

Every one that does evil hates the light, neither comes to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that does truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Who can know the Word of God when there is no Word? If you do not know the Word of God how can you know what the Gospel is? How can you walk on the narrow raod at night when your lamp has gone out?

It is given to the blind to have eyes to see and ears to hear and the lame to walk while those seeing see not. Those hearing hear not and those walking walk not. This is because spiritual things are spiritually discerned. They that be whole do not need the physician but those that are sick seek him. Many do not know the meaning.

There is nothing hidden that shall not be revealed come judgement day.

Do you know the scriptures MMD?

..............

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day.

In times of ignorance God winks at but now calls all men everywhere to repent (Acts 17:30-31).

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12).

If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has lead many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

We are not fooled by SDA propaganda which claims that SDA’s do not trust in the law for salvation or teach salvation by “grace plus law, faith plus works” then accuse believers of bearing false witness against them when we call them out on it. Here is an example below:

None of what you have said above is true at all. Funny here is me all this time thinking you are teaching another Gospel.

What is the other Gospel?

It is a Gospel that tries to separate God's Law (10 commandments) from the Cross. The counterfeit Gospel is out there. It is a Gospel that tries to separate God's 10 commandments from the plan of salvation.

God’s Law has always been part of the true Gospel of Christ. The counterfeit Gospel does not have it. God's forever Law (the 10 commandments) is the foundation of both the Old and the New Covenant and the very foundation and basis of the true Gospel of Christ.
Guilty as charged! Like I said before. Subtle mixture of law and grace which is a perversion of the Gospel (Galatians 1:6-9).

Surly you must know that when you choose another day than the one GOD has chosen that means you don't agree with Him.
See what Jesus says : Mat 7v21 Not every one that says to me Lord, Lord shall enter into the Kingdom of heaven; but he that does the Will of my Father which is in heaven.
So if you are not doing God's Will you are not going to heaven...so says Jesus !
Hope that answers your questions.

You do indeed break God's Commandments and teach others to do so. This is something Jesus never did. For this reason you are called least in God's Kingdom and will not see it unless you repent and BELIEVE and FOLLOW the Gospel....

Matthew 5
17, Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets:
I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18, For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19, WHOSOEVER THEREFORE SHALL BREAK ONE OF THE LEAST OF THESE COMMANDMENTS AND SHALL TEACH OTHERS TO DO SO SHALL BE CALLED LEAST IN THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.

You indeed do not KNOW what what the Gospel is and teach ANOTHER Gospel my friend. You teach against the LAW and the prophets. How can you KNOW what the Gospel is if you do away with God's LAW? How can you KNOW what SIN is if the LAW gives a KNOWLEDGE of what SIN is?

If you have NO LAW then you have NO KNOWLEDGE of SIN. If you have no KNOWLEDGE of SIN then you have no need of a SAVIOUR. If you have no need of a SAVIOR then you have NO SALVATION. If you have NO SALVATION then you are LOST and still in your SINS.

We are only SAVED by GRACE through FAITH and that not of ourselves: it is the gift of God and Not of works, lest any man should boast

However, IF YOUR FAITH does not have the FRUIT of OBEDIENCE then you are still in your SINS because you have rejected the GIFT of God's dear son and your tree will be cast down and thrown into the FIRE (James 2:18, 20, 26; Matthew 7:12-23; Romans 6:23; Hebrews 10:26-27)

SIN will keep all who practice it out of God's KINGDOM.

Only God's Word is true my friend and we are to BELIEVE and LIVE by EVERY WORD of God because it is the Word of God that IS THE GOSPEL. The Word of God is Jesus (Saviour) who you do not BELIEVE. UNBELIEVERS have no part in the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

One in the same indeed! Do SDA's claim that the SDA church is NOT a denomination or do they try to deny they are a SDA?

Also, check out what his website says about the mark of the beast - https://www.beastsmark.com/markofthebeast

Then check out - Bible Truth Versus Adventist Truth - Mark of the Beast
This is why you do not KNOW him who calls you. You seek God and point all to the Word of websites instead of the Word of God for your truth and follow another Gospel.

If the blind shall lead the blind when the road is dark and narrow will then not both fall into a ditch?

Only God's Word is true my friend and it is the Word of God that we are to BELIEVE and FOLLOW because it is the Word of God that is the GOSPEL and it is in the GOSPEL that we find Jesus our Savior, not through the Word of website that follow the teachings and traditions of men.

We should not point people to the teachings of men over the Word of God. For me, he must increase and I must decrease.

I only point all to the Word of God because it is there we find the one who loves us that we may love him.

I know him and am known by him. All that he shows me I see and must show to all because I am blind. He tells me it is those that see that do not see. These are they that have once known him or do not know him. Who am I that he should choose me out of the world? I am no one but he is all.

If I did not believe him I would not know him. What can I do without him? He is love and because of him, now I love. I follow him now because I love him who first loved me. I do not judge you but His Word will judge us because they are there for all to see.

All are welcome to see and hear God's Word, however many are called but few are chosen. How sad how sad. Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils but His Word is promises to deliver us and it is here we must find safety.

We ought to obey God rather than man. God is love and he that dwells in love dwells in God.

He is calling all who have ears to hear and eyes to see. These are they that are blind and deaf. In times of ignorance God winks at and he is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

It is hard to kick against the pricks. Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

Only the mirror shows the way so the blind can see. Those that say they see are really the blind ones and if the blind shall lead the blind both shall fall into a ditch.

Those that have looked into the mirror however see they are blind so they walk by faith and not by sight. They see the one who loves all and follow him. Only by love can God fulfill his Law in the blind because they walk by faith and see him who loves all. The mirror shows the way.

If your lamp has gone out how will you find your way when the road is narrow in the night? Seek you the Lord while he may be found, call upon him while he is near, tomorrow may be too late. We only have today.

If you hear his voice harden not your hearts for he is full of mercy, truth and love to those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW him who calls them in LOVE to LOVE.
