Dear Joanie,
Your prayers are urgently needed for Israel now!

Today, you have been hearing that Israeli soldiers are clashing with Palestinian “protestors” at the Gaza border.

These are not protests! Hamas has orchestrated these riots and camouflaged them as peaceful demonstrations. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Shots have been fired from Gaza and terrorists have been trying to breach Israel’s border in an effort to provoke Israel to action.

Hamas sent 250 buses, filled with civilian women and children to the border, and intentionally placed them in danger. Once again exploiting the innocents.

This is a prime example of how the PA chooses to spend their aid dollars. Money meant to help Palestinian civilians is instead being used to put them in harm’s way.

We have every reason to believe that this is to last until May 15th, in yet another attempt to delegitimize Israel as it celebrates its 70th year.

Meanwhile, the U.N. has called an emergency meeting tonight to address the situation as the Arab world is slamming Israel for defending itself and its borders! It is not by accident that this meeting is taking place not only on Shabbat, but also Passover, which means that Israel is unable to be present to defend itself. Accordingly, as Christians we must stand in the gap.

What can you do? As a defender of Israel you must first pray for the peace and protection of the nation and its people, from both terrorists and the U.N. Security Council.

Second, now that you are armed with the truth, you are responsible to disseminate the truth! Watch and share the following video message on your Facebook and other social media platforms immediately.

The time has come, the time is now! For Zion’s sake WE WILL NOT KEEP SILENT.

Pastor John Hagee
Founder & Chairman

I am a member of CUFI UK. The Lord put Israel on my heart many years ago. It's good to have found an organised voice and be in agreement in prayer with other Christians. There is no distance in prayer!

The Israeli Army has been firing live ammunition into these
protestors - 15 dead, and a couple of hundred wounded.

Anywhere else this would be called out as "war crimes" and
deliberately targeting civilians.
Israel's Army need to learn how to deal better in protecting the
security fences without shooting dead civilians.

^ You shouldn't be so quick to believe the very biased and agenda-driven mainstream media over matter relating to Israel.

Hi Lucy, I agree., there is no distance in prayer. I don't agree with a lot of Christians but that is not going to stop me from praying with them. God uses willing people., not perfect people. And we must be thankful for that every day of our lives because it shows how much Jesus has done for us. We are worthy IN Christ and we are heard because of Jesus. Not because we deserve it. :)

I certainly don't
I always listen, watch and read multiple sources
But I am not blind to the truth of what the re-establishment of Judah
as a Jewish state in Palestine means
conflict; violence; war; dispossession; resentment;
all for a purpose - a blessing and a cursing
Isaac versus Ishmael

But Israel the state and the Jews are not innocent
they are belligerent and are quick to make war
they are condescending and even though most are
atheistic still consider themselves as God's chosen people
and thus often treat other non-Jews (including Christians) with
much disdain and hatred.

Waggles., you are free to your opinions and beliefs about Israel and for sure there are many other Christians who agree with you. But there are also many Christians like me who do not agree with you. And that is not a problem for Jesus. He can handle it. You nor I or Israel for that matter are perfect. Yet God loves us and pours grace out on us anyway every day. That is what grace is. Undeserved love and favor because of Jesus.

This is kinda weird seeing as how Jews kinda despise Christians. They aren't even allowed to right plus signs in schools over their because they resemble crosses. They are instead only allowed to draw a horizontal line with a vertical that meets it, not goes through it.

The IDF are waxing Christians? How so? Like in what context do you mean? Are they running up into churches and gunning up the place?

NO
but the move to declare Israel as a specifically JEWISH state/nation
for Jews creates a political apartheid system whereby Arab Israelis
and Palestinians who are Christian are becoming second-class citizens
with lesser rights and land dispossession.

Israel under Netanyahu and the Likud coalition is for Jews.
Israel also has a real racist problem with her Ethiopian Jews.
The Promised Land is only for some.

Since the Jews aren’t Christians (although there are messianic Christian Jews),
maybe the troubles that are going on are God’s way of trying to get their
attention and cry out to Jesus.

Maybe this is the only way the Jews will turn to Jesus in the last days.

Whatever happened it’s certainly all part of biblical prophecy and it’s all
known to God.

Maybe we should be praying for salvation to come to the Jews instead of
praying for peace and for them to carry on in ignorance of the reality of
who Jesus is.

incidentally the Palestinians need salvation too!

Spot on Miri

the Jews are favoured because of promises made to Abraham,
Isaac and Jacob: not because they are the chosen people.
That has gone to the gentiles and specifically the Spirit-filled church.
Everything has been taken away from them and brought to nothing.
There is no more Levitical priesthood, nor temple, nor animal sacrifices

But Jerusalem will be the eye of the storm, the trembling cup,
the means by which the Jews will finally on that last day see the one
who was pierced; and know that the one they have always denied is
their Lord and God and Messiah.

Not sure where you get that info from.
For the Lord will not cast off His people, Nor will He forsake His inheritance.

Not sure if that is what is being said in that verse.

“Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to [all the surrounding peoples],
when they lay siege against Judah and Jerusalem.

3And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people:
all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though
all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.

4In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment,
and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah,
and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.

5And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem
shall be my strength in the Lord of hosts their God.

6In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood,
and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about,
on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place,
even in Jerusalem.

7The Lord also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David
and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.

8In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble
among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God,
as the angel of the Lord before them.

9And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy
all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning.

If I do not remember you, Let my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth
— If I do not exalt Jerusalem Above my chief joy.

It’s not antisemitism to say both the Jews and Palestinians need Jesus.

The Jews were a blessed nation by the way, they were chosen by God to bring
forth Jesus and bring salvation to the world.

But for the most part they have not recognised their own saviour and the Jewish
nation is as much in spiritual darkness as any other nation - what a tragedy.

For the Jews who did turn to Christ, they became Christians and blessed are they
as they have a rich blessed heritage to learn and live by.

But let’s not pretend that all Jews are saved, the unsaved Jews are in just as dark
a place as the unsaved Palestinians.
