Another question about how this group works. How many threads does one have to post before we no longer have to wait for approval before it is seen by the peeps?

I will not argue the fact that both the Hebrew and Greek can be consulted, studied and or utilized to gain a better knowledge of the scriptures.....and too be frank....the only people I know that have an issue with going to the Hebrew and Greek are King Jimmites that worship a translated/transliterated version over the God of the version....God killed both languages and both are available for study...

Oh well...........maybi I kan talc n kintegarten spich so tey kan unterstan it hahhahahhahha

I've posted three OP's and with each one I've had to wait upwards of an hour before they were approved. I'm probably still under some kind of probation.

I know spelling and punctuation are vital parts of being understood, examples:

a) I work like like heck. is ambiguous, no specicific meaning

b) I work, like heck. means you don't work, very hard or much

c) I work like heck! You work your tail off.

Depends on who's on duty and what they're doing. They have other things to do like watch for spammers, trolls, read reports, answer phones etc. It's a small operation.

Yea, I'm sure that everyone has a check-mark when they first join that indicates a need to be moderated . . . and at some point that check-mark is removed.

Maybe they only do it periodically and not everyone has to be watched closely at first.

He's talking about when you start a brand new thread. They read it first to make sure you are not being anti Christian or sell more than an idea like who wants to but tickets on an all Christian cruise to Cabo? Stuff like that. Good I say or CC would be filled with commercials and weirdos, asking for donations, etc.

Tell a 3 yr old theyre sinning!
Three-year-olds do not sin . . . ever! A child can not sin until it knows that what it is doing is wrong. If a child in this state dies, they go immediately to heaven. They are not 'saved' as we would understand salvation, but they are SAFE.

Consider Paul's testimony . . .

"For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died" (Romans 7:9).

The contrast is between saving faith and a mere belief that God is real....the devils know he is real yet they do not have the saving faith afforded men....there is a vast difference betwix the two......
Yes, in James 2:19, we see that the demons believe "mental assent" that "there is one God" but they do not “believe/entrust their spiritual well being to Christ; have faith/reliance upon Christ for salvation.” In other words, they do not believe on the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 16:31) and are not saved. Their trust and reliance is in Satan, as demonstrated by their rebellion in heaven and continuous evil works.

I'll only go so far with that, children lie quite often but and know it's wrong. We let them get away with it because we love them, like God loves us. I and most, think there's an age of accountability but there is no consensus on what that age is. That's all I can say.

I have a story about that.

I grew up Roman Catholic and the nuns taught us in school that that age was 8.

Well, I was totally bummed out on September 17, 1961 because I knew that that was my very last day of getting away with stuff from God.

But think about that . . . if I knew that at 7 then that 'age of accountability' is earlier than 8 . . . maybe even as early as 4 in a Christian home.

btw, I hope that my responses to you are not being taken as argumentative . . . I'm just commenting. I notice that besides the members that are on the site at any given time - there are also (at this moment) 381 guests. A lot of eyes are reading our threads . . . how many of them have yet to find Christ? So I try to interject wherever I can.

ALL new threads have to be approved. That's the limit. All threads can be seen as soon as they're posted, but I believe that no one can post on them until they've been approved. I'm not sure about that, though..

No one can even see them until they are approved. It really bites to post a new thread and it goes to page 2 before it ever gets approved - so I bumps it.
