I have been and I am still. LOL. Do we need adjectives? :giggle::giggle::giggle:

I made some changes to the last graphic I designed...



I thought the font was a bit too small, so of course I changed everything :whistle:

I like it all I do chest - tri - shoulders one day then back - bi- the next day, rest a day then hit it again. whats your fav. I hate cardio. :)
