can you tell that to like half the people I know? Most people somehow got the idea adults shouldn't drink it
(I don't care though, I'm too addicted not to )
Oh well, I am trying to getting back to drinking some more milk now and then. When I was younger, I was a lot more addicted to milk than to water. I used to drinking a lot more milk earlier, now it has become more rarely. Except when it starts getting more warmer outside, then I tend to love sometimes drinking cold milk. You don't drink much milk either?
Haha... I can understand with warm milk making one feeling more sleepy, not so much with cold. But hey, we are all different. I remember I used to feel more sleepy in the evening if I drank tea and vanilla coffee, it is probably very weird for many people. But still, drinking something warm in the evening makes a person more lazy I think.
Ah, ok... Oh well, nothing wrong with that. Proves that not what all the proffesionals claims to know about humans, is something to beleive in. As in drinking a lot of coffee will make you always more awake, etc.... It might work for some people, whilst for some others it might not.
Medical studies into the consumption of coffee have shown that drinking too much caffeine can actually reduce and weaken mental performance. Medical studies have revealed that moderate to heavy drinkers of coffee have higher incidents of anxiety and depression. Studies have also found that an addiction to caffeine can reduce your memory capacity.
Caffeine has been found to inhibit the release of adrenalin in the body which affects are alertness. The greater consumption of caffeine makes it less sensitive to its own buzz therefore you need to drink greater quantities to get the same level of buzz. Over time this can lead to lethargy, tiredness and even depression.
