Yeast. It's a good thing. It makes bread rise, turns grape juice into wine, and is essential in the production of beer. And in our bodies, yeast -- specifically the yeast Candida albicans -- helps us maintain a healthy personal ecosystem. However, when our immune systems are stressed, Candida albicans can grow out of control. When that happens, the yeast becomes so plentiful that infections can result in the mouth, throat, intestines, and genitourinary tract.

yeast grows uncontrollably in space....leads to yeast infections of the mouth stomach and intestines

this led me to research other things and made me think of this verse in particular....
Isaiah 50:3
I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.

so does this mean "heaven" is SPACE? and these two angels were from and returning to SPACE??

now not only does this mean they ate food.....that means they were physical in nature. ( i will expand momentarily)
they must have had mouths...stomachs...intestines......and NO WHERE in that story does it mention them changing form like from physical to spirit or vice versa ....which led me to something else.
why unleavened bread? bread WITHOUT yeast?
You are absolutely right - they do have physical bodies. Just like Jesus, before He ascended, He proved His new body was physical by letting others touch Him. We will too. It will be a spirit-based physicality, not like the material-based physicality we live in now. But it will be physical.

The yeast thing, I'm not up on that at the moment but I'm sure there are some here who can fill us both in on that. Has something to do with purity I believe.

tyvm...this is the same conclusions I came to as well......however this leads to other questions
like this.....

Isaiah 33:17
Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.

what is the "LAND very FAR OFF"?

Matthew 24:30
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

what would make a CROSS appear in the SKY?

which led me to this one....malachi 4:2
2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

a sun with wings. which made me think of this in particular....because our sun does NOT have wings....https://phys.org/news/2017-06-evidence-stars-born-pairs.html

so...if all stars are born in pairs...and our sun hosts a planet that supports life....could it be possible that our suns twin ALSO does?

which led me to these

Psalm 84:11
For the Lord God is a sun and shield
Job 22:14
Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.
Psalm 19:6
His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

if "circuit" = orbit

then do these sound like the description of a celestial body?

Compare your Isaiah 33:17 with...

Zechariah 10:9 [bsb] -

"Though I sow them among the nations, they will remember Me in distant lands; they and their children will live and return."

This (using the same word: H4801), from a slightly different perspective. [see also Ezek37:12-14,20-23]

Welcome, and see you in the BD forum, if you start your thread there. :)

Just fyI IMB, this is the kind of reaction to expect from a lot of folks here.
Pardon my guiding him to places that are more active and will garner more traffic and interaction. Next time I'll be more like you and talk crap while leaving people in stagnant and less active areas of the site then feign that I'm somehow the hero for doing so.

hello....i am new here.
first i want to mention that have EXTREME difficulty with finding people who want to discuss this with me
and even fewer that can understand a different perspective.
so before i begin i want to mention
I have read and re read the bible 12 times working on 13...I have read nearly all of the lost books too...including Jasher, Enoch, Adam, and many others.
I have read Sumerian works like the Atra Hasis and Enuma Elish.

I have had many strange encounters....but I am hesitant to go any further for fear of offending anyone.

If you would like to hear my story and discuss some alternative viewpoints please respond.
the fact that you are calling your viewpoints "alternative" and "different" speaks volumes.

Christians often disagree about doctrine, but in apologetics, we always start out believing that we are 100% correct and in line with truth.
