When so, then Please Change the World into a World where all follow Christ und Living in peace.
We know Gods will through his word.
David stepped into Gods will.
He already had experience with the lion and the bear
He SAW Goliaths head comming off prophetically.
He combined the 2 and ran toward Goliath.
You guys fun from it because you dont have solid assurance.

To the original OP, feel free to believe what you want, but you might want to know that the Blab it and Grab it gospel has its roots in an occult practice or ideology known as "theosophy" and the New Thought movement. It's not just off centre, it's satanic.
Yes we all can see the exploits in the bible by Jesus, the patriarchs, and the first church as demonically fueled and executed.

Isn't that what the unpardonable sin entails?

Luke 4
23And he said to them, “Doubtless you will quote to me this proverb, ‘“Physician, heal yourself.” What we have heard you did at Capernaum, do here in your hometown as well.’” 24And he said, “Truly, I say to you, no prophet is acceptable in his hometown. 25But in truth, I tell you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heavens were shut up three years and six months, and a great famine came over all the land, 26and Elijah was sent to none of them but only to Zarephath, in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow. 27And there were many lepersa in Israel in the time of the prophet Elisha, and none of them was cleansed, but only Naaman the Syrian.” 28When they heard these things, all in the synagogue were filled with wrath.

****

God's miracles serve a purpose and are not granted to all people. He is not a genie for people to say a prayer/wish and expect Him to bend to their will.

God is King of Kings. He is in charge and Jesus told us just like not all widows were saved, not all people will be healed.

They said "Physician heal thyself. Do what you did in our hometown" and Jesus basically said NO. SO they wanted to stone Him.
So you can not find any?
Answer his question instead of hoping God does not still heal.
All back door prayers are filled with faith......faith God probably WON'T answer.
People are AFRAID to take a stand.
Alighn with the word. God's will to heal every single one.

Here is an easier one.
Show one example where those looking on Moses' brass serpent (a type of Christ) were NOT healed.

I actually heard and experienced God providing in miraculous ways.

All I know is that God has never forsaken me. He gives me food, shelter and purpose for each day. At this point in my life He has blessed me with the stewardship of a house, family and car among other things.

However, God has taught me that I don't own any of those things. They are on loan as we sorjourn here on Earth.

This world is not our home.

We are merely passing through. We are called to be a light unto the world, to love others and be ambassador for our Heavenly Father and King.

Seek first the Kingdom of God and all else will be added.

If people truly feel God's will for their lives then they need not worry about food, clothes or cars because God will provide.

We are to work for God's kingdom not material gain or possessions.
Prosperity is relative.
Some 3rd world pastor could scold any of us for dishwashers and microwaves, boats,tv's, or indoor plumbing.
Make you feel about an inch tall.
But the prosperity police is just a cleverly disguised religious rabbit trail.

Moderation is the issue,not prosperity.
Prosperity is solidly biblical.
EMPHASIS ON PROSPERITY is gross blatant error.

But a legalist paradise is wasting time on how much money and how extravagant some pastor lives.
Total waste of time

Well, if you believe this is one Thing, to deceive believers with a false Doctrine is a different thing.

the will of God is actually nothing to do with how we ask or what we want

the op had some questions and was not actually leaning towards WOF and made that clear as can be seen if someone actually has either been enjoined with this thread since the beginning or has taken the time to make sense out of it

WOF trenders joined in some pages back and I have blocked each of them in turn as they became aggressive with their responses and then hinted that anyone who does not follow their practices is out of the loop and God will never hear their prayers etc...blah blah blah and all the usual WOF doctrine theology

however the actual will of God, in general, is that we be conformed to the image of His Son.

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. (Romans 12:1–2)

here Paul states that we are transformed by the renewal of our mind...through scripture and agreeing with what it says...and be able to TEST in order to DISCERN what the good and acceptable and perfect will of God is...this works generally and personally

you cannot fathom what God's personal will is until you understand the above and that is where so many many believers go off track...they are deceived into believing they are going to have some special anointing or become famous or whatever...but notice the focus in those cases is on SELF and not God and once that idea has taken root, that becomes the life pursuit

PLEASE NOTE: as already stated I am not responding to nor getting involved with those who adhere to the WOF doctrine

this thread has been pretty much hijacked by WOFers with that false doctrine and I am pretty sure I have seen or read all they have to say already both in this forum and in real time

what He wants for us in order to be the very best 'servants' that we can, for all whom He puts before us...

'just salvation"???

It sounds like we may have differing ideas of what that word means because I would never use the adjective "just" as if it's a common thing easily dismissed.

To me salvation means adoption into God's family and that means more than anything this world has to offer.

Salvation and all that comes with it are not optional. Either you are or your not. Either your heart and life is changed or you lie to yourself.
In case you have not been following the discussion, If you are saved, but currently battling symptoms of disease, do you think that Jesus also paid for your healing?

If I want a car can I go to the dealership, place my hand on a car and say, I'm declaring that this car will be mine's RIGHT NOW!

The bible says:

there is power and life in the tongue.

If I tell the mountain to be cast in the sea, it will happen.

When the children of Israel were going through the wilderness, God came near their tents and heard them saying Moses took them in the wilderness to die. God said it will be done just as they have said. And only their children will see the promised land.

How do you guys feel on this matter?

If I could lay hands on a car and say you are mine in the name of jesus, I would be driving a 2019 Mercedes instead of a 2008 Nissan.

Now REALITY the WORD of G-D!!!! G-d NEVER said we make our own reality. When I am in G-d's will mountains are removed that I speak to.... I am not, nor have I ever known any one above Y-shua who said "Your will not mine be done"!

Okay by your post you have shown yourself unwilling or unable to have a rational discussion.

I gave you a verse but you reject it because of the hardness of your heart. I beseech you to pray and ask God what those verses really mean and not stick to manmade philosophy.

As for your other challenge we have this in the Bible:

2 Kings
In the third year of Hoshea son of Elah, king of Israel, Hezekiah the son of Ahaz, king of Judah, began to reign. He was twenty-five years old when he began to reign, and he reigned twenty-nine years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Abi the daughter of Zechariah. And he did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, according to all that David his father had done. He removed the high places and broke the pillars and cut down the Asherah. And he broke in pieces the bronze serpent that Moses had made, for until those days the people of Israel had made offerings to it (it was called Nehushtan).[1]

**** Do you advocate turning the name of Jesus into a modern day Nehushtan?

I believe these bodies are temporary tents destined for destruction. God will keep them functional as long as He Wills then will call us back home.

I believe what Jesus said when his disciples asked him why a man was born blind....people are not sick because of their sin or their parents sin, but so that God might be glorified.

The world looks at Christians who are like Lazarus... beggars destined to be princes and princesses of heaven....

Will you judge as the world does and call Lazarus pitiful?

Or will you see past the present reality and see His glorification with Christ?

The rich man was in hell without so much as a drop of water to drink.

Did Lazarus rejoice and was he glad of the rich man's suffering, thinking it pay back for the insults and slurs and lack of compassion for a beggar?

Or did he have compassion and seek Mercy for the rich man in hell?

I look at the world today and see many rich folks destined for hell who pity beggars destined for heaven.

If the focus is not on God and His will for our lives, then it's a waste of time.

I would rather talk about what is right and good, meditate upon God and His love and how we can share the Gospel with all people God has blessed me to meet, then sit upon a judgement seat and complain about what others are doing wrong.

I have a hard enough time trying to figure out how to live my life and do right by godly stewardship of all the blessings God has given me.

I don't have time to correct and chastens others unless God asks me to speak with them out of love. Definitely find it a waste of time to gossip and spread rumors about people not present to speak and whom I have never meet and often haven't even heard sermons from.

please allow me to just highlight a coupe of things you said here..

  • "when someone ADDS to a verse, clearly changing the meaning of it, that to me is perverting the word of God or the truth."
  • "He said, whatsoever YOU WILL, WANT, OR DESIRE. That is the will of God, for that is what is says, and that is exactly what it means."
  • "How can anyone put their confidence, trust, or faith in scripture if you pervert the truth by completely altering, not only what is written, but the meaning as well?"
  • "Joh 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you."

the bold / large font / underline is your own formatting.
but what if i bold / enlarge / underline something else in the same text?

  • "Joh 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you."

do you see what i see here?
did one of us pervert the meaning of the text?
Exactly...the highlight should be about us abiding in God...

Then we will desire God's will and He will grant us the desires of our heart.

However if a person's heart does not abide on God and His will, then the Bible calls the person double-minded and adulterer with the world

How many people are cheating on God and calling themselves holy and righteous?

Healing from physical diseases is a "nice bonus to have", but its not important so long as we have eternal life in heaven after we are "called back home"?

That is a common belief held by many Christians, aka "God could heal if he wants to, so I will pray for healing just in case he does, but if healing does not happen, its okay, I can still glorify God with my testimony until my life ends here on Earth and I will see him in heaven".

But if you were to meet other Christians who believe, "God always wants me healed. I will believe that by his stripes I was healed 2000 years ago, even though I cannot see it and feel it with my physical senses," will you be offended by them?

There is also a story regarding this discussion.

Years ago, before transatlantic flight was common, a man wanted to travel to the United States from Europe. The man worked hard, saved every extra penny he could, and finally had just enough money to purchase a ticket aboard a cruise ship. The trip at that time required about two or three weeks to cross the ocean. He went out and bought a suitcase and filled it full of cheese and crackers. That's all he could afford.Once on board, all the other passengers went to the large, ornate dining room to eat their gourmet meals. Meanwhile, the poor man would go over in the corner and eat his cheese and crackers.

This went on day after day. He could smell the delicious food being served in the dining room. He heard the other passengers speak of it in glowing terms as they rubbed their bellies and complained about how full they were, and how they would have to go on a diet after this trip. The poor traveler wanted to join the other guests in the dining room, but he had no extra money. Sometimes he'd lie awake at night, dreaming of the sumptuous meals the other guests described.

Toward the end of the trip, another man came up to him and said, "Sir, I can't help but notice that you are always over there eating those cheese and crackers at mealtimes. Why don't you come into the banquet hall and eat with us?"The traveler's face flushed with embarrassment. "Well, to tell you the truth, I had only enough money to buy the ticket. I don't have any extra money to purchase fancy meals."The other passenger raised his eyebrows in surprise. He shook his head and said, "Sir, don't you realize the meals are included in the price of the ticket? Your meals have already been paid for!"

When I first heard that story, I couldn't help but think of how many people are similar to that naive traveler. They are missing out on God's best because they don't realize that the good things in life have already been paid for. They may be on their way to heaven, but they don't know what has been included in the price of their ticket.

See you have read me wrong.

I pray to understand God's will my life no matter what the situation is. If he asks me to die upon the Cross for His sake, I ask for the courage and love to be like Jesus , the apostles, Paul, the prophets, etc and walk in His love even knowing that suffering awaits me.

My life is not about me and what I want, but a way to testify about God and how much he wants His children to turn from their wicked ways and follow him with their whole hearts.

Many are willing to claim blessings and good health and wealth.

How many are willing to suffer, be beaten, enslaved, be homeless and penniless for God's sake?

Wide is the road to hell and narrow is the way to heaven.

Do you follow Jesus and are willing to die upon a cross?

Or are you just an adulterer?
