I law of Love the gospel peace .Don't leave earth without it

Romans 2:12For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;

Where there is no law there is no trespass people perish . We have the perfect law .it quicken our soul giving us simply one His understanding. Without it (the law of faith) we cannot know him who has no form and therefore cannot seek after him

The Gosp((el)) is 100% about Yeshua, the Christ. So NO, you must understand who you are serving and the complete fullness of God. You need to know specifics like the Father - Son - Holy Spirit and how they work united as ONE GOD. You need to know the relationship between the Father and Yeshua, Yeshua and the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit and the Father.

Just by knowing the Gospel, opens up knowledge that can be connected throughout the Torah.

You definitely need the Gospel!!

Gospel yes.

Some religions say theres another way to heaven but they just lead to dead ends the only way is through Jesus.

Muslims do think there is a heaven but their heaven is...not the heaven Jesus proclaimed. Jesus tells the truth, I wouldnt trust what muhammed says.

We are saved by hearing the Gospel of Christ.

And the saints will rule on earth for 1000 years, and then the dead shall rise and be judged.

God is a fair God, and the Bible says creation testifies of God, and of His attributes, so the world is without excuse, which shows the 2 greatest laws love God, and love people, which is how a Christian is saved.

And their conscience bears witness of right and wrong.

All Old Testament, and New Testament saints are saved, and shall be with God before the dead are judged.

When they are judged those that heard the word of God, and confessed Christ, but were hypocritical will not be saved, those that heard the word of God, and Jesus, and rejected it will not be saved, and those that never heard the word of God, and Jesus, but did not abide by love God, and love people, will not be saved.

Those that never heard the word of God, and Jesus, or did not hear the word of God sufficiently, will be saved if they abided by love God, and love people, and if anything is amiss to ask God for forgiveness.

After the millennial reign of Christ many will be saved, but they cannot be with Jesus right now for they did not know, and cannot reign with Him in the millennial reign, but can be saved after the millennial reign is over, for God is a good God.

But Muslims do not display love like they should, and their God Allah a war monger, and they are a war monger, that do not show love, but believe they can fight for their religion, and was in to deceitfulness in the past.

Also Muslims have no excuse for they knew the word of God for the Jews, and knew about Jesus, right from the beginning of their religion, until this day, and they still reject.

Practically everybody today knows about the word of God, and Jesus, and Jesus said the Gospel must be preached in to all the world, and then comes the end, which China knows, Russia knows, all the nations know.

So a lot of people did not know about Jesus when He was on earth, but they know now, so Muslims have no excuse.

I have heard stories of Muslims in very for lack of a better word extremely Muslim areas, having Devine Revelations of Jesus, in visions and dreams, and converting to Christianity and escaping to places that they can learn about Jesus.

My quick answer is this, if ~not~ knowing who Jesus is in this life actually came with a guarantee of Heaven in the age to come, then I guess not knowing anything about Him would be the way to go ;)

There are a few problems with that thought, of course, and here are just a few of the ones that we find in the Bible.

John 14
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me".
John 17
3 This is eternal life, that they may ~KNOW~ You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
Acts 4
12 There is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.
Romans 2
12 All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.
13 For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God’s sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous.
14 Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law,
15 since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them.
16 This will take place on the day when God will judge men’s secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares.

It seems to me that at the Great White Throne, God will judge people on the basis of what they know and understand, even if that's nothing more than the law that He writes on each person's heart.

~Deut

Matthew 7
21 Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.
22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’
23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’

Can you get to heaven if you have not heard the Gospel?
Yes, if you die as a young child, or an infant, or a pre-born child, or if you are someone older than that who still has the mind of an infant.

We need to look to the Torah, the first five books of scripture, to get the essence of God. There it is explained that even if man is not told of God, God is plain to see in nature. Adam must have been given an explanation of God's plan of salvation and Cain and Abel show this to be true. The work of Abel's hands did not save, but Cain's sacrifice of innocent blood saved.

However within two generations man created his own false Gods as Nimrod did. After that it was always so that man, left on his own always listened to how he wanted God rather than accept the true God, and not a one of the nations was saved.

Hi Blik, I'm having trouble trying to figure out what you mean here (in both halves of your sentence, actually).

What was the "work" of Abel that did not save?

Why are you referring to Abel's murder as a "sacrifice"? Also, how did Abel's murder save anyone (and 'who' did his murder save)?

Thanks!

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (Romans 10:13-17)

Yes, and in the end all will be judged or justified by Christ Jesus, it goes on to say in Rom 2:14-16 (also posted right above, just worth repeating IMO.:D)

"14 For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law.15 They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them 16 on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus."

I do believe this was made pretty clear here.:D(y)

Yes this is how the gospel comes, this is how God brings us salvation. By the hearing of His word, and faith in that Word. This is truth we just can't "figure out" in the flesh. The things of the spirit are impossible to know in the fallen condition we are born to, we are born in and of the flesh, spiritually dead. As to be so lost and cut off from the things of the Spirit, that outside direct revelation from God we COULD NOT, and CANNOT know anything about Him. So outside of Gods goodness, His love for us, His grace, we could never know Him at all ever, praise His loving and merciful name, the name of Jesus.

This is why He had to set apart a people, this is the whole reason for the Jewish system of sacrifice, and the whole reason He talked to them at all. To give them a way to know that the Creator of "ALL THIS", was about to step into His creation, to fulfill all His laws and earn the wage of life, He came and literally condemned sin in the flesh, then laid down His perfect life as a sacrifice, as an acceptable offering to a Holy God, so that His perfect justice and mercy could meet so that we, us that have nothing but corruption in our hearts, us that deserve NOTHING from a perfect God who created everything good for us, only to be rejected by the ungrateful image bearers. So that we might be reconciled to Him and start to fulfill the purpose for which we were created.

I know this was a kind of long way to get to my point here, but this is the nature of why we have to be saved through the "word", a message, the gospel, it's not something we can learn in the flesh, or "figure out". This is why Jesus told Nicodemus that he must be born again to enter the kingdom of heaven, he must be reborn of the Spirit, our spirit being given life, given life and reconciled into His Spirit, as it was created to be, is what causes the "scales to fall away", heals your blindness to the things of the Spirit, and opens your eyes to see Him in truth and to start your walk with Him, to be used by Him to go point others still blind, the good news, and more than even that, but to love our brothers in His name. The name above all names, in Truth, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

This is the very nature of salvation, it has to come by hearing it because it's something the flesh is blind to, totally blind to, and it's ONLY by His power and grace that any of us are saved. As far as the topic goes though, all this truth does nothing to contradict or nullify what Paul says in chapter 2 about those that have never heard the good news, nor does it conflict in any way with our orders from Jesus to make disciples of ALL nations. While I have to say that a person may be "excused" on that day because the law was written on their hearts, I also have to point out it's still all going to happen through Jesus, and I am going to do my best to make sure that no one around me can say they haven't heard the news. :D:LOL::D

We are saved by the perfect law or the gospel, as it is written. The man who does not hear that law (Bible) will perish and as many that sinned in the letter of the law as those who have heard it shall be judged by it. .Without it as it is written their is no law and therefore no trespass

Romans 2:12For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;

And every one of those who has not heard the gospel will come up short and be condemned to eternal hell fire. Why? Not because they have not heard the gospel, but because they chose to sin.

For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God

I am not referring to Abel's murder at all, that is another subject entirely. I am referring to the blood sacrifice of Abel, and the grain sacrifice of Cain for the remission of their sin. I am referring to the sacrifice that they made for their salvation. We are told in scripture that always it was through innocent blood that salvation was given, that was God's plan for us as soon as Adam fell. For 4,000 years the sacrificial system that "shadowed" Christ was used and that was used by Abel. Cain used what he had produced with his hands and that was not accepted.

OK, so you reversed the brother's names in the sentence I mentioned in your post above, yes? IOW, it should have read:

The work of Cain's hands did not save, but Abel's sacrifice of innocent blood saved.

That makes sense.

Thanks!
