Ok people lets stop the arguing over HOW we are Saved. I think most if not all accept it is by Grace we are saved.
We receive that Grace by Faith.
Fatih also is a gift from God.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for , but not yet seen
Faith come from hearing and hearing by the word of God.
So the question is not How we are saved. but surely , "How do Know we are Saved?", is it simply by feelings, or is there a new creation and a new beginning?
The bible says they shall be known by their fruits. Perhaps there in lies the issue. those without the fruit of the spirit , perhaps do not have the spirit, therefore are not a new creation and perhaps were never saved. I think this is what the question should be

"we will but not in sinful flesh" (gb9) . Wow. Jesus, in fallen human nature, born of the spirit kept Gods law perfectly. He is our example of what a born again, Spirit filled life is. Consider the almost ridiculous emphasis in the following verse : Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he (Jesus) ALSO, HIMSELF, LIKEWISE took part of the SAME.... (Hebrews 2:14). The seed of Abraham...The seed of David, etc. Seems like the bible is trying to have us understand something. Can you imagine if Jesus came as a man without veiling His divinity..Satan would be rolling on the floor laughing and mocking Christ out loud " so this divine life here is your proof that a human being you created can be faithful to the constitution of heaven!!!!! LOL"
