Show one scripture where “Christ” said being born again baptized by water is not a must to see the kingdom heaven?

Let’s read scripture again:
John 3:3 Iesus answered, and said vnto him, Uerily, verily I say vnto thee, except a man be borne againe, he cannot see the kingdome of God.
John 3:5 Iesus answered, Uerily, verily I say vnto thee, except a man be borne of water and of the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdome of God.

Both believing and baptism shall be saved:
Mark 16:16 He that beleeueth and is baptized, shalbe saued, but he that beleeueth not, shall be damned.

Christ said it is done by Water and the spirit.

By water how?
By Baptism as He showed!
Straightway out of the water!
Matthew 3:16 And Iesus, when hee was baptized, went vp straightway out of the water: and loe, the heauens were opened vnto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a doue, and lighting vpon him.

After baptism we recieve the gift of the Holy Spirit! Also called the Comforter
by Christ!
The new age religion......Slanters..... pick and choose what scripture they wish to apply on any topic of the Bible.

Shameful.

Christ said what we must do!
And Showed us by doing it!

Your choice will be your answer when He asks everyone individually did you do what I said and showed you what you must do to get into the kingdom.

Um Christ did not get baptised to be saved.

And when it was asked what must I do.

He said BELIEVE IN THE NAME OF ThE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON

He did not add, and be Baptized.

In john3, in john 4 and John 6, Jesus tells us exactly what to do.. ASK IN FAITH

No Better than the old age religion which thinks it can Get to God by their own righteousness.. Modern day pharisees who think they are ok because of who they are and what they do. Not based on what Christ did.

Baptism in water is the act of being born again.

John 3:7 Marueile not that I saide vnto thee, Ye must be borne againe.

Matthew 3:16 And Iesus, when hee was baptized, went vp straightway out of the water: and loe, the heauens were opened vnto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a doue, and lighting vpon him.

Christ said we must do it.
I did it and followed His words.
There should be no disagreements.

Baptism is not mentioned in John 3.

Your adding to the word of God.

Jesus told nicodemous how to be born again.

10 Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? 11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man [b]who is in heaven. 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up,15 that whoever believes in Him should [c]not perish but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God

Notice

1. No mention of baptism in the how to be born again passage,
2. No mention of baptism at all in who is condemned and not condemned.

For something so important Jesus sure did forget when he left that word out

Amen! If water baptism was absolutely required for salvation, then Jesus would have mentioned it in the following verses. (3:15,16,18; 5:24; 6:29,40,47; 11:25,26). What is the ONE requirement that Jesus mentions 9 different times in each of these complete statements? BELIEVES. *What happened to baptism? *Hermeneutics.

John 3:18 - He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who (is not water baptized? - NO) does not believe is condemned already, because he has not (been water baptized? - NO) because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

If water baptism was absolutely required for salvation, then God would not make so many statements in which He promises eternal life/salvation to those who simply BELIEVE.. (Luke 8:12; John 1:12; 3:15,16,18,36; 5:24; 6:29,40,47; 11:25,26; 20:31; Acts 10:43; 13:39; 16:31; Romans 1:16; 3:22-28; 4:5-6; 10:4; 1 Corinthians 1:21; 1 John 5:13 etc..)

No

Everyone is born of water when they are born of flesh. Jesus is telling him that birth is not enough. You have to be born of water and spirit.

Again, If baptism was that important Jesus woudl have said believe AND BE BAPTIZED

Fact is, only the baptism of the spirit can save you, Your trying to replace the baptism of God wiht the baptism of man, Thats blasphemy of the worse kind man..

By Water Baptism Our Flesh and Spirit gets born again:
John 3:6 That which is borne of the flesh, is flesh, and that which is borne of the spirit, is spirit.

We came out of water the first time from the womb so now we must get back into the water again by baptism the 2nd time to be born again and made new as the scripture hath said. A new creature!
Easy to understand.

Then why did not Christ tell Nicodemus plainly that He was metaphorically speaking?
Because Nicodemus knew the metaphors from the Old Testament teaching on the New Birth.

Whatever dude.

You ron your own.

Continue to live in this world where your WORKS OF Righteousness saves you.

My bible says it is NOT by works of righteousness which I have done, but by his mercy he saved me by the WASHING (baptism) and RENEWAL (new birth) of the Holy Spririt

Water baptism IS a work of righteousness.. So continue to think your saved by your works.. but you have been shown how it is error.

Christ was baptized
The 12 Disciples were baptized
Thousands were baptized in that time
As an example to follow Christ is a requirement for all mankind who wants to see the kingdom of heaven.

Yep. And I was baptized.

I also obey Gods other commands, like pray, Give, Go to church, Love, etc etc.

Yet non of those commands saved me,, any more than my water baptism saved me, It is just one of the MANY works of righteousness which I have done, and continue to do.

Garee,

The Holy Spirit explained this with such simplicity that a child can understand it and see the connection.

Many people I explain this to all respond the same with gladness because they see that connection. Especially mothers!

Christ said:

John 3:7 Marueile not that I saide vnto thee, Ye must be borne againe.

Was Christ baptized in water by John?

Matthew 3:16 And Iesus, when hee was baptized, went vp straightway out of the water: and loe, the heauens were opened vnto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a doue, and lighting vpon him.

We’re the disciples baptized in water?

John 4:1 When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Iesus made and baptized moe disciples then John

Did the disciples baptize many in water?

Acts 2:41 ¶ Then they that gladly receiued his word, were baptized: and the same day there were added vnto them about three thousand soules.

Garee, Are you denying being born again by water baptism in that Christ said must be done?

Also where in scripture does Christ call Himself the Holy Spirit as you put in parentheses?

Scriptures will confirm the truth and also destroy lies!

I love learning and teaching the truth of scripture. People can’t make it mean what they want it to mean.

2 Peter 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture is of any priuate Interpretation:

Blessings!
what’s your thoughts about one of the men on the crucifixes who Jesus spoke too, do you think he was baptized

Baptism, Born again, how are they connected?
Baptism of the Holy spirit is directly connected to being born again.

Water baptism is a lovely physical cerimony to profess to the world what God has done for us spiritually.
Remember Christ said must be born of water and the spirit!
John 3:5 Iesus answered, Uerily, verily I say vnto thee, except a man be borne of water and of the spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdome of God.

So when was the first time we were born of water? It wasn’t at birth it was before birth.

Mothers should know this answer. Waiting for replies : )
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

(Jesus chose to use birth as an earthly example to help the lost Nicodemus who believed in works and didn't understand spiritual things to explain something spiritual to him)

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

(again Nicodemus is unable to understand this spiritual lesson even with an earthly example of birth so he uses his earthly reasoning to question Jesus)

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

(still speaking of brith and trying to relate the two.... born of water = anatomical fluid (born of flesh) and born of the Spirit = when God makes His children new (when we are born again))

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

(again further explaining the two births.... born of flesh = born of water / born of Spirit = God)

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

nothing about baptism here

Jesus clearly demonstrates His point though, and it has nothing to do with water baptism
