God said to the Hebrew People, You are My Chosen. That meant for the other billions (like Noah 8 people live the rest die and go to hell) it's not rocket science here that God made some people to specifically go to hell and He did not choose them but let them be firewood for the ovens of Hell (theoretically).

If there were NO CLOUDS prior to Noah's flood and clouds after, it would had been a benefit to all life to have clouds. Your thinking is reversed on this matter. Where we find most Dinosaur bones are from Volcanic activity. This means Volcanic activity played a major role in the destruction of Dinosaurs, NOT WATER! And Volcanoes would spew poisonous gases so even NOAH would had died. Dinosaurs were on Earth WAY BEFORE ADAM!
Did Noah live near a volcano (that erupted during his lifetime)?

This timeline chart shows that it is indeed Scientifically possible for plants, trees, grass to have survived even in deeper waters for the length of Noah's Flood.

If we look at the fossil record and the sedimentary layers of the earth we see how catastrophic the flood was. The movement of the continents, The great oceanic ridge, alot of things,

We are told the fountains of the great deep burst open. And literally within a short period the waters came so fast it lifted the ark up. (you ever seen the damage a flash flood causes?)

it was not just a local rain event, It was the earth breaking up. and the end result being a massive flood that destroyed all life

Those plants you are saying survived. if they survived, then all life was not destroyed as God said it would. and this was just a small event, not a major event.

2 peter 3 shows how this thinking is rejected. and how in these days people whill declare all things are as they always have been, Neglecting the fact that the flood occured. destroying all things, ie, things were NOT all the same. So using science to project the age of the earth is not going to work.

We are basically discussing Mesopotamia as being the only place where humans existed until after Noah!
How do you know this? How do you know what the earth even looked like before the flood?

Jesus said (in John 12:32), "And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself."

Its called the "gap theory", and surprisingly it does have Biblical credibility. I encourage you to give it a chance even though it seems strange on the surface. Take a look at Isa 45:18, where it says "He is the God who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it formless and void". So It begs the question: How was is formless and void then in Genesis 1:2? If you carefully study the grammar of Genesis 1:2, It literally translates as "But the earth became formless and void".
In the Hebrew there, "But" is an adversative conjunction, denoting an opposite....and "became" is a transitive verb, denoting actionable change.
Once you notice this, another questions is begged: How?....The answer lies in the fall of Satan, perhaps the "profaning of his sanctuaries" (Ezk 28).
The gap theory would also suggest that the Earth we live on was the 2nd earth, or the re-creation of the 1st one.
Again, the intriguing verse is Isaiah 45:18: "He is the God who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it formless and void" (same Hebrew word (Tohu va Bohu)=formless and void/chaos/wasteland/uninhabitable, etc.
Thank you...I will

Ever been to the Grand Canyon? There is not much green in the high desert to begin with. We are discussing where Noah was located, you know, Mesopotamia where it is lush and like a forest!

Amen!
But God was different towards humans in the Old Testament. He order the Hebrews to kill many to complete extinction.

Maybe I can ask you, then...
Why would GOD, who only creates what is GOOD...create a sub par, initial group of beings purposely for, not only for physical destruction (ie. This first flood), but for spiritual destruction, as well..

Doesn´t matter...those who physically died in the OT, are able to have salvation as the letters of Peter clearly state, HE went by the SPIRIT and preached to those in captivity and took back the keys...

That place was emptied...GOD is not a respecter of persons, sir...CHRIST came at the fullness of time, and that generation who heard HIM and rejected HIM, are in worse shape then those who had died prior to HIS first coming....

Just as HE said, ¨the men of Ninevah will stand and condemn this generation..

Some type of Earthquake did have to happen and maybe the flood did it, but look at a world globe. Look at the America Continents and look at Africa and the Europe Continents. Clearly, if you remove the Atlantic Ocean and put the land masses together, they were once together as one big land mass.

Yes, some were so evil that their extinction was commanded to be carried out by God's people. Sometimes it is difficult to imagine how evil a people would have to be as a whole to warrant such a death sentence. Pre-flood, it is said that The LORD saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time.

Well, tell that to the people who God ordered to be completely wiped from the face of the Earth. There was some real compassion going on whether you accept it or not!

But Christ was all of what you listed plus He was a fire and brimstone preacher. He got into the faces of the hypocrites like the pharisees and scribes and had no issues calling them vipers and full of dead bones. So being Christ like is a multitude of things and much of it depends upon the circumstance at hand. imo!
No He wasn´t.
Only to those who had taken HIS FATHER´s HOUSE and used it as an assembly line for the souls of men, common men who looked to there supposed ¨ẗeachers¨ for their help in reconciling them to GOD...

I've learned God can make a donkey speak, so I am never amazed at what the possibilities are with God. It's a puzzle, the Word of God, and all throughout it are pieces that fit together. Sometimes when the pieces are together it makes sense, other times we must trust God because ultimately His ways and Thoughts are greater than ours.
The puzzle points to CHRIST...that is the revelation which one reading THE WORD of GOD should ultimately come to
