In Post 412 I said :What happens when a mother prays and prays for her baby to be healed, but the baby is not healed?[

Sudakar responded:

Are you saying Jesus lied in Mark 9:23? Faith is tested for a period but healing is certain

I responded:
No sir, I am saying what you said JESUS never said a christian would remain sick. So, if a child, a baby is born imperfect, than what should we think about this? Will you tell the mother it was because her faith in CHRIST to HEAL was NOT SUFFICIENT

I don't to, the comment you have made is as such. You have already been given much refute from the word of God. yet you do not want to accept it. What other response is needed? Again your comment is ridiculous and unbiblical and error.
Nonsense. There can no response be given to Jesus and His word in Mark 9:23.

It sure does...tempt GOD

IF CHRIST, when HE was taken into the wilderness would not do these things and FOREWARNED us not to, who are YOU to even suggest it on an open forum to people who are listening and THINKING you know what you are saying...

This, sir...this above comment, is VERY TELLING That you do not know what you profess to THINK you know

Please review Matthew 4
You are tempting God when you ask "Can you fly like a bird?"

Remember Jesus is God and made peter walk on water.

Are you inviting Jesus for a challenge? Remember, He made Peter walk on water! Don't rebel.
Then Jump from the Empire State building and claim to can fly. According Mark 9,23 you can do this.
If you cant fly, your faith was not great enough.

Nothing else is what you claim about physical healing.[/QUOTE]

You are scoffing and ridiculing Jesus who stated Mark 9:23. Are you a christian or Mormon/jw?

So what's your opinion on wolfwint who wrote?
"Then Jump from the Empire State building and claim to can fly. According Mark 9,23 you can do this".

Are you supporting his act of tempting God?

I am not tempting God. I show you only what you are doing with your claim with an other item.

Nonsense. What do you mean by "your claim"? Is Mark 9:23 my claim?
Its your Interpretation. That physical and mental healing is a question of faith.
Nowhere Mark 9:23 says, that mental and physical health is an matter of sufficient faith. This why I used the example that you will also able to fly if your faith is big enough.
Both are not true. Neither to fly, nor the claim that everybody will be healed from his physical ore mental sickness. (One day of course it will be so :) )

None requires healing after resurrection.

Jesus spoke of faith in the present era. He didn't say "One day it will be so".

You trust in your faith to health others. But Jesus says that one can be healed by his own faith.

Mark 9: :23 Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."

Peter desired to walk on the water and he walked by faith. When he doubted he sunk. Simple.

Better you attend a grammar school.

Not your speaking, but your grammar is miserable which is followed by your miserable interpretation of Mark9:23.

Your problem is the following:
John 12:38: "that the word of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke, "Lord, who has believed our report? To whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?"

12:39 For this cause they couldn't believe, for Isaiah said again,

12:40 "He has blinded their eyes and he hardened their heart, Lest they should see with their eyes, And perceive with their heart, And would turn, And I would heal them."

That is why you pray for other's healing but without faith in Christ's atonement. You don't have a messiah/mediator for your healing prayers.

I believe not in me. I believe in Jesus Christ, the living Son of God. Thats sufficient!

Takeing verses out of the context, make your claimes not correct.

Jesus stated Mark 9:23 in the context of faith in Him accomplishing healing.
But you don't teach Jesus as the mediator for healing. You make christians depend on you as their mediator to God.

Should I remember to remind mothers of children that are born less than perfect that they did not have enough faith....
There is another way to look at it.
From the perspective of the child .
Now the faith rests solely on the church.

Much prayer is unanswered.
So many children are sick, diseased and die.
The burden is squarely on the church.

I reject the centering on peoples offences of biblical dynamics.

Where do I start,if God prompts me to pray for a sick or retarded,or injured person?

If you know the starting place, then you are way ahead of about 90% of believers.

Most have not settled it that it is Gods will to heal.

When they START there (from ignorance that God wants all healed)...they see little to no results.

Then comes the blame game.
Where do we lay blame?

I blame myself.
The bible says "these signs shall follow them that believe..."

So,do I believe????

So many dud prayers.
So many non committed, dry, nominal believers.

When the equation changes,so do results.

Heaven; faith gets it done.

Believers ;"how dare you invoke the truth. I am offended by what the bible says."

You claim you believe now what do you believe? Do you believe what you like or do you believe all of scripture?

Ac 9:16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake.

Php 1:29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

1Pe 2:20 For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.

1Pe 3:14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;

1Pe 3:17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

The path we trod is not all roses and lollipops. Through suffering we are compelled to walk closer to Christ.

For the cause of Christ
