He is one of those who do not trust TEACHERS or PASTORS, so he does not go to CHURCH, and is deceived by his own thoughts.

He has wondered off the FIELD of Truthful Interpretation, and is in a ball park on the wrong side of town.

Hebrews 10:23-25 (HCSB)
23 Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
24 And let us be concerned about one another in order to promote love and good works,
25 not staying away from our ⌊worship⌋ meetings, as some habitually do, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day drawing near.
One has to ask the question concerning teachers and pastors and going to church.

I'm not sure he is deceived by his own thoughts.

His thoughts have to come from somewhere.
His thoughts are not his own thoughts. They come from somewhere.

Any beliver worth his salt will question and research anything they have been told in their Church, if they do not go to church where have they heard the gospel?

Why would they even read the Bible if they have not been to a church and as I said would they not research what the Bible is actually saying.

If they do not then they have no idea what the Bible is actually saying

I think he has averted it each time as well.
Off course he will becuase if the sins that he commits are not mentioned in the Bible then its not sin, and of course sins of ommision do not count.

I asked if they so, but not response.

But let's be honest, if there were not sin of commission but only sins of ommision would Jesus still have to died on the cross?

I asked that question as well.

No response either. Just an attack.

What do you think concerning my thoughts on sins of commission and omissions.

Let's throw in the mix.

Jesus said to look at a woman with lust is the same as committing adultery.
Yet Catholics make a distinction.

Venial or mortal.

I hate it when people excuse sins of omission because Jesus made it very very clear there is no excuse.

If we as his children have the Holy Spirit in us then there is not excuse because he leads us to do what he has asked us to do and we should no better.

I asked him the question concerning future sins and forgiveness.

I cannot recall a response.
bill, you should know by now that legalist/sinless perfectionists do NOT answer questions.

they are here to lecture, talk down to, and show us Biblically illiterate chumps how to be saved and be right with God.

no questions allowed.

I really think they have no idea what "sinlessness"
Is and I also think they are very delusional.

To be sinless is to be perfect in Love and perfect in Truth ... no one except Jesus can make that claim.

I know mate.

I just find it hard at times to give up hope.

The only hope is when they are seeking.

When not as you described above then I am no longer throwing pearls to pigs and shaking the dust of my feet.

But I do find it hard and seeking God to tell me, let it go.

So let me ask you this: Should someone truly repent and receive Lord Jesus Messiah, and subsequently bear fruit in good faith, then backslide into despair through say for example the attacks of Satan, the fruit bearing having also ceased, has God divorced this person leaving them condemned once again?

In this particular circumstance I suppose you could call it twice born and twice dead?
I will answer your question by way of looking at it through the Bible.

First of all the Bible teaches me I should not judge people because I am not God. So I cannot determine who will make it into heaven, but the Bible also teach me like I judge people on earth I will be judged one day.

Second point I want to make is when Israel was at the mountain they all said I do, thus repenting and accepting God as their Groom, just like we do. We are also the bride waiting for the Groom. Moses went up the mountain and the moment he returned he found Israel busy worshipping an idol. The ones that were not pure of heart was killed by God himself.

Also God gave Israel many chances to return and never turned His back on them, but eventually He gave them a bill of divorce… but they could repent and go back to Him.

God will not force Himself on anybody.

I will NEVER LEAVE THEE OR FORSAKE THEE <--no unless found!

I will lose NOTHING <-NO except found!

salvation is a GIFT <--THE GIFTS AND CALLING OF GOD ARE IRREVOCABLE <- God is so true to his promise of eternal life being gifted that even HIS CALL is irrevocable!

The bible is correct, you are not migo!
You are absolutely right, He will never leave us or forsake us… but we can leave Him and forsake Him. The problem is not God, we are the problem. Just like God never forsake Israel, they chose to divorce Him. God said Israel will not be plucked of His hand and He will never leave them or forsake them, but yet He gave them a bill of divorce. So either God was lying or He gave them over to their heart’s desire… just like He will do to us if we so choose.

Jesus told the parable of the ten virgins, being a picture of us (the bride/church). All ten were virgins and all ten were waiting for the Groom. It is easy to see that the 5 that were not ready did not make the trip. We can be part of the bride (thus being saved) and not make it because we were not ready…

I agree works will not save us but we have to be ready and waiting in anticipation for the Groom. If we are not ready we will be left behind.

So all cults in error should not forsake their assemblies as well?
More dismissal of sin in this post....church skippers that forsake assembling...

a. Count the blood of Christ a common, ordinary base thing

b. Trample under foot the Son of God

By your own words, deeds and actions you declare yourself in sin and against Christ!

Excuse me.

Everything must be “shoehorned” through scripture. The fact that you think I am trying to set some unique or new standard here speaks volumes and shows that you’re likely part of the blind OSAS crowd here.
He does not trample Jesus under his feet like you do, nor does he count the blood of Christ a common, ordinary base thing like you do....not looking good for you pal!

Blind OSAS crowd? Your bias (which seems to dictate your preconceived beliefs) is really showing and that speaks volumes.
Remember according to his Jim Jones-ism....only he has the truth and all churches are in error...exactly why he forsakes the Lord's assembly!

You have anger and emotional issues.

There’s no fruit of the Spirit in you.

You cast lies and deception like no other I’ve encountered. All based on a deception you haven’t bothered truly testing against pure scripture.

I’m still praying for you.
Hahah No JJ....actually you saying only You have the truth and all churches are in error is the fallacy being peddled by a man in sin, that dismisses his sin, forsakes the church, trampling Jesus and counting his blood a common base thing.....get right man....not looking good for you!

Just like the wicked Jews in Jeremiah’s day. They banned him to prison, a pit, and into hiding for rebuking them.

Funny though, it was the Babylonians who freed him.
Yesterday it was Elijah, today Jeremiah....go look up the word delusional...you are neither and both of them were faithful, you on the other hand....forsaking assembling, tramlping Jesus, counting his blood a common thing = in sin and by your own doctrine and rebellion missing the mark of biblical salvation

Well for one he does not believe all sins, past present and future are paid for at the cross... all future sins much be confessed and forgiven.

As well this leads to gaining the states of sinlessness which is what is required to be saved. I think this is it more or less.
His current state = in sin and against Christ......one cannot forsake assembling together and be right with God!

Just for the record.

I did not join this site and just starting posting topics and pushing Bible truth.

All that I have posted has been in response to discussion exchanges.

I’m not pushing anything. I just offer sound doctrine from the Bible to edify Christians.

The truth hurts sometimes.

The word of God is like hammer, breaking all false doctrines to pieces.

Get that hammer and start waling away at OSAS. It will break after the first strike!
Sound dogma you mean....anti-biblical dogma too boot!

Wrong......we cannot leave Christ to the point he will forsake us....numerous truths prove this point....

The Good shepherd will leave the 99 to find the one that has left

The Prodigal

If we become faithless HE ABIDES FAITHFUL because he cannot deny himself

God does not forsake, leave, cast off his children...even if they are rebellious....he may whip them, put them in the wilderness, cause them to wander and may even take thier life prematurely....

You are wrong in your view man!

By your own words, deeds and actions you declare yourself in sin and against Christ!
Again.

Should all participants in false, cultish-like, assemblies forsake those assemblies?

Here's an example: Baptists I know believe in OSAS. They are in error. I cannot associate with people accepting lies.

Another example: Pentecostals I know do not believe in OSAS; However, they allow women preachers and are out of control with the tongues. I cannot associate with people accepting lies and not walking decently and in order.

Another: Church of Chirst: Do not allow musical instruments...etc.

And I could go on.

There is so much false doctrine out there to drive one nuts!

Remember according to his Jim Jones-ism....only he has the truth and all churches are in error..
I am not the only person with a copy of the Bible.

Anyone not obeying scripture is in error.
