They attacked the judge, as you can see early on in this topic, as a means to hold another trial, even though the video which is the evidence shows self defense. The video shows the judge really was very poorly maligned all based on lies and that his ruling is not so outlandish.

In my opinion it was unconstitutional. A trial by jury should occur as that is our law system. A judge wasn't designed to be both judge and jury in cases like this. A judge can give their opinion based on law and evidence but ultimately it is the jury to decide. I took criminal justice for 3 years. This case is a mess.

The video clearly shows self defense, Arbery attacks the men, tries to take their gun, and loses his life because of his assault. That is why it was ruled as clear cut self defense.

I'm not 100% sure about Georgia but according to what I just read on Google, in most States, if a property does not have a sign that says no trespassing and a property owner declines to press charges, then no crime has been committed.

A crime might have been committed to your knowledge, either way it sure shows the white men weren't hunting him and had a reasonable suspicion at least enough to ask a question. Ultimately though indeed this is only support, the real meat is that assault is a crime, and Arbery committed assault and they had to defend themselves.

Incorrect, it is not illegal to own a gun nor to ask a question. They weren't holding him at gunpoint, he is the one that rushes them and attacks them. If you assault someone with a gun and they shoot you, that's your fault.

Calling him names doesn't mean anything, they could have called him everything and it wouldn't matter. It's not illegal to talk, especially in a public place like the road. I find you to be the subjective one rather. Objectively he assaults the men, that is a crime, and his attack is so savage it necessitated self defense. Hurting the feelings of the wicked isn't a crime.

This young man looks like a very pleasant young man to me, with no ill intent toward anyone, I think this is a clear cut case of good ole boys from Georgia taking the law into their own hands, if I was a young black man and white men in a pickup truck with shotguns was chasing me, I would most def. try to get away from them and if that failed I would try to fight my way out, and it looks like that is just what he did. I believe he is innocent, and the perpetraters are evil people, with malicious intent.
