I would like to say this. While black lives matters as an organization is not the solution. There is a real problem which does need solved. Adam and Eve show that it is not as simple as just saying the past does not matter. We do inherit problems from previous generations which we do have a responsibility to do our part to fix. It is not enough to say that it was Adam and Eve and not me. I do think it is not paranoia on the part of black people to think that if the root has not been fully dealt with , then just under the surface is the potential for history to repeat.
The Bible teaches that at least sometimes , a current generation has a responsibility to fix some wrong that was done in a previous generation.
2Sa 21:1 Then there was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David enquired of the LORD. And the LORD answered, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he slew the Gibeonites.
Take as an example , public school funding. Having schools funded by local property taxes ensures inequality in educational opportunity. Look up the stats. Some public schools get triple the funding of public schools in poorer neighborhoods. A good place to start would be for all public schools to get equal resources and support. Through indirect means such as segregation into poorer neighborhoods , there is a systemic inequality. In some cases , students in lower funded schools have to share an outdated textbook while those in an upscale school have a computer at every desk. I am not speaking of personal extras , I am speaking of public schools funded by tax dollars. The poorer schools cannot attract the better quality teachers and the difference in quality of education is stark.
This is systemic inequality and by extension it impacts those in certain people groups in a disproportionate manner. Multiply this by a dozen issues and you have some legitimate grievances. I favor justice for all and that justice for all does include some major changes.
According to the Declaration of Independence , there are certain rights given by the creator. A Government by the people and for the people has a responsibility to protect these rights. Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness are three examples of these rights. Are all American's rights receiving equal protection ? My opinion is that there is room for improvement. Equal access to an equal education is a good place to begin.

I have no problem admitting that I can be very blunt at times, and unfortunately snowflakes can take offense. If you can’t handle that I’ll not respond to you again.
In case you haven’t noticed, I’m not the only one finding your posts problematic, to say the least. You really should contemplate what you’re saying to people you disagree with. You ain’t exactly no saint yourself, even though you like to portray yourself as one.
It seems to me that it really does not matter what someone thinks about someone else's statue. The whole premise is off. The premise that everyone has to approve of someone else's statue and if they disapprove , that they have the right to tear it down. That is just plain ridiculous.
There are lots of statues that I do not like for various reasons. I think the real question here is how someone not approving of someone else's statue is treated with any respect at all. My response is , " so what ? " . Some one disagrees with another person's statute. They can have whatever opinion they choose. Where it crosses the line is when it is inciting criminal behavior or violating someone else's property.
The common sense view point is if I don't like statues of Jesus then don't get one. I can even try to convince others to see it that way. But at the end of the day , each person gets to choose for themselves. That is called freedom. Not respecting others property is pretty straight forward. Even a four year old gets taught that lesson. If and when people with strong opinions who are adults decide to cross the line into criminal behavior , they should be arrested. My prediction is that after a bunch of ten year prison sentences are handed out the crowds will quickly thin. Going to prison will take the fun out of it for most and sober them up in their thinking.
Enforcing the law fairly on the basis of whomsoever commits a crime regardless of their skin color or their excuse is perfect fairness.

He can’t speak for himself?
No. Voting is the process for lawful change of government. The officials supporting the terrorists (not to mention the terrorists themselves) are engaging in a process for the unlawful change of government (i.e. revolution). This is treason, and all such traitors should be given a fair trial for such crimes. Obviously, if found guilty, the appropriate penalty should apply.

For the record, since it appears assertions will be made, I am not against black people. Skin color is no issue with me, behavior is. So, if a person who is of dark pigmentation leads droves of others of mostly the same skin pigmentation to do evil, then I have a problem with them. I am speaking of BLM.
Antifa is mostly made up, from what I can tell, people of lighter skin pigmentation. They as fools lead droves of other persons who for the most part have lighter skin pigmentation. I have a problem with them just as much as I do with BLM.
For a biblical perspective on my position, consider Proverbs 1:11-19. It describes the behavior of these people perfectly, and what our attitude toward it as converted people should be. Yet some on here are going all in with them. God condemns this. God condemns your behavior as well, since you approve of it, you too are complicit.
But racists cannot hear the latter point, all they can see is my first point abut those with darker pigmentation, and they cannot see it is a dislike for them due to behavior because all they can see is skin color.
