China is using oppressive (Social Scores) to stop democracy and freedom, cameras, facial recognition, and credit card monitoring are a few steps used in this oppression.

200+ million cameras monitor everything in China, crosswalks, busses, parks, housing complexes, shopping malls, and these are seen in all public places, using biometric facial recognition.

(Social Scoring) determines a person's freedom to travel and live in China, the true face of the communist dictatorship.

The YouTube clip below is a must see!

but they never really had democracy in the first place, so its not like they are going into OTHER countries and stopping them from operating and governing how they want, thats China for you. Hong Kong had two party system and they were never a democracy either being a former colony ceded to the British and originally part of China that was only leased out.

freedom well, nobody had freedom either.

Other countries have the same measures and restrict travel, nzers have restricted travel too because of coronavirus. most countries do have some form of video survelliance now. so its nothing new.
we had rankings for schools, determining how much funding was allocated. rich schools seemed to get more than poor schools. our tax system is laughable and people can make a buck out of property where peoples housing is at stake, leaving people homeless and destitute.
In UK they have an entrenched class system.
India has a caste system
america has always had a huge divide between rich and poor. corporations work their workers to the bone on minimum wage.

so everywhere has some kind of petty dictatorship wherever you look. and everywhere someones in power is oppressing someone else.

the thing is what are YOU going to do about it???

It appears you lean towards the communist model, as you show concern in class difference.

China has used this technology for oppression, a scary thought.

You go through extensive justification, there isn't any, just total domination of humans, in a oppressive dictatorship.

America is free, many have arrived at its shores and become wealthy, hard work, long hours and prosperity.

The opportunities seen in America, are not seen in Communist countries.

The recent developments in China, (Social Scores) facial recognition is scary and must be exposed!

The only reason that I would be paranoid of facial recognition was if I were on the run from the police. I am good. But if not. my be another good reason to wear a mask! lol...

Right now China is doing the same as was done to the Jews. The British are trying to bring attention to it. They have rounded people up, blindfolded them and put them on trains to "re-education" camps. So no, not like every other country. And if Trump gets in again he will hopefully pull American support from them and make them feel the pain.

Noticing class differences makes someone lean communist? Care to explain? I don't see how that necessarily follows...

The very foundation of communism's historical take overs, is/has been based upon class difference

I don't believe the word (Notice) was used but is your personal opinion and interjection.

We are very close to implementing this garbage here, and I suspect everywhere, very soon

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...cing-say-goodbye-freedom-hello-state-control/
If the democrats gain control, you bet they will further their commie plans, this being just another means of control.

American citizens are carrying around mobile phones that have cameras looking at the user, facial recognition, finger print recognition, microphones, GPS?

Hard to conceive the leftist commies aren't already using this info?

You can check Google apps, if you check permissions the user basically gives consent to the provider to have full control of the device?

It's my opinion they are following everything now, storing and analyzing the information to classify citizens?

Appears = potentially noticed. You interjected your own opinion and assumed that because lanolin notices class difference she necessarily is "concerned" and in such a way to lean communist. That's a leap dude.

Perhaps you are still willing to explain how simply noticing something pigeonholes them to lean communist. If I "notice" that people get profiled according to the color of their skin, am I now all of a sudden pro-antifa?

It could be merely an academic observation or it could be a closely held belief that someone is willing to fight for, how can you tell from one post?

It was a question to the poster, the only thing missing was my question mark?

Those that stress class difference in political arguments are screaming the cry's of a communist system and form of government, equality.

America is a capitalist society, with varying classes.

I have no further comment, the horse is dead.

That's too bad, was a great start to a thread. I encourage anyone posting on the internet to be open to little bit of critique on a conditional leap you made (as though it were unconditional) then hopefully you can learn to interact in a way with people who have varying perspectives because of where they live, what they see, and what they hear. I am usually inclined to speak up against error as I see it, I think we all should...obviously that produces a little bit of "angst" but surely it can be moved past as fellow believers?

~ I'm not a fan of spying and believe in privacy. On all sides of the political spectrum people have an over-reliance on technology that they have little control over. This power is in the hands of a group of people with diverse affiliations, opening a reasonable discussion on this is to be hoped for.

Do you believe in (Abortion), a woman's choice?

Do you believe Homosexuality is an acceptable lifestyle?

Do you believe practicing homosexuals should be allowed positions in the church?

Do you believe climate change is a world concern?

Price of (Tea) in China

The questions are asked to know a person's beliefs concerning world topics, simple?

Do you believe practicing homosexuals should be allowed positions in the church?

Do you believe climate change is a world concern?

communism and capitalism are just two halves of the same coin IMHO.

nothing to do with what we are really here for, Gods glory. Besides, as He is watching us, and already knows everything about us, why should we care if some govt is spying on us? Isnt our God bigger than any govt?
