An Ohio woman was tased and arrested at her sons soccer game for not wearing a mask. Three were arrested in Idaho for singing psalms outside and not wearing masks. Both events were outside. it's being reported that the woman has asthma and told the officer so. They were in the bleachers socially distanced from others.
If that's true and she has medical documentation of it, then I hope she is able to sue the pants off them and win.


I just found out this morning that the mask mandate (mouth and nose covering) where I live which was suppose to end this weekend has been extended through the end of November Well, almost time to break out some pretty scarves, that'll be a nice change from mask. However, what I cannot piece together is the report that we have been under mask mandate since Aug 1, but somehow are now in the top 10 states with significant increase of the virus, so we have to extend the mandate.....
if we've been "protected" for almost 2 months then how is a "significant increase" possible??? Something isn't adding up......

What's really frustrating is the video clip I saw this morning about a mother being escorted off Southwest airlines in Chicago with her 2 YR OLD because he wasn't wearing a mask while having a snack and drink!!!! Illinois mask rules say for anyone OVER age 2 to wear one (note it is not worded "2 and older", SO does that mean a 2 year old has to wear one?) Either way, the mother even agrees that procedures should be in place BUT should be more realistic when it comes to the needs of very young children.

The woman has every right to not wear a mask but she does not have the right to trespass or resist arrest when she is trespassing (she was asked to leave multiple times).

is that had the tables been turned and it had been a white officer doing this to a black person that the town would be burning by now (even though the woman wasn't from that town) !!!!!!

AND if she indeed does suffer with asthma, they can not tell her she cannot enter the premises or be charged with trespassing due to a medical condition......

Also, this is about the woman trespassing. She was asked to leave because of the SCHOOL POLICY for face masks at school events. No one disputes that the woman has the right to not wear a mask, what is being disputed is that she wasn't arrested because she refused to wear a mask.

Fact: The woman was told to leave the premises.
Fact: The woman refused to leave the premises.
Fact: The woman was warned that she'd be charged with criminal trespassing if she refused to comply.
Fact: The woman still refused after a verbal warning and was then arrested for criminal trespassing.

You're hypothesizing an outcome and saying it's a "fact." That isn't how facts work. Having said that, I 100% agree that it would have gone viral to an exponential level than it is now. Nevertheless, it's a moot point and we become hypocrites when we tell the BLM movement to stop looking at skin color when we create hypothetical scenarios using skin color to make an irrelevant point. I think you're reading into the word "criminal" in "criminal trespassing" a little too much. The difference between "criminal trespassing" and "civil trespassing" is that you can arrest someone for "criminal trespassing" but not for "civil trespassing". Sometimes criminal trespassing is just simply an infraction, meaning it's less than a misdemeanor.

Maybe the term "criminal trespassing" isn't political correct to you and you feel they should call it something else. That's a completely different discussion altogether though. For the sake of this discussion, lets call "criminal trespassing" simply just "trespassing" so you aren't up in arms about it. It's 100% fact that when she was told to leave and by not complying she'd be "trespassing" then refusing to leave means she's guilty of trespassing and the law allows enforcement officers (the officer is a sworn law enforcement officer) to arrest people in such situations.

If you don't like the law, that's fine. Protest, write your congressmen, etc... but don't stand behind a false narrative that the woman was "arrested for not wearing a mask." I expect that from CNN or Fox News... not from fellow Christians.
