No. Why do you suppose that?
How about you respond to the content of what I wrote about faith being gift in scripture in other passages ... in which case your accusation was presumptive not really knowing what I believe.

Since when does the creation resist the Creator?

Isaiah 29: 16
You turn things around!
Shall the potter be considered as equal with the clay,
That what is made would say to its maker, “He did not make me”;
Or what is formed say to him who formed it, “He has no understanding”?

Romans 9:21-22
Or does not the potter have a right over the clay, to make from the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for common use? ]What if God, although willing to demonstrate His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction?
Again. Your taking a fatalistic view of Romans 9 and interject it here
No one is trying to overrule god anyway God drew me and called me to believe. Me having faith in him does not overrule him

So the Spirit is speaking, we are commanded to hear what He is saying, and those who do not have ears to hear CANNOT HEAR HIM.

So if a person don’t have ears to hear, you cannot hear, but the blame is not God’s, it is wholly that person’s fault.

Jesus said “why can’t you understand what I’m saying, even because YOU CANNOT HEAR MY WORD. John 8:43

Sounds like INABILITY. But not a physical or mental inability. It is a spiritual/moral inability cause by love of sin.

“ HOW CAN YOU BELIEVE when you seek glory from one another and do not seek the glory that comes from God. John 5:44

It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle

Who then can be saved then

With man this is IMPOSSIBLE, but with God all things are possible.

Do you see the inability. But it’s not because God made them unable. Their sin enslaved them, and those chains must be broken

Jesus broke the chains of inability at the cross. Now whosoever will may come, but it’s through the CALL whereby the SPIRIT and the Bride say WHOSOEVER WILL MAY COME. Rev. 22:17

It has been granted unto us to believe

This is not Calvinism. It is the Gospel preached by Jesus, Foretold by the prophets and expounded further by the apostles.
I would add religion as another inability. The Pharisees loved religion and their righteousness thus in their view jesus was a false Messiah. And they were blinded to who he really was

I do not disagree...but I think irresistible grace is the weak point.. not supported in scripture.

For those who advance God "Selects" some deny this requires Grace to be irresistible....yet I do not see how?
Select and predestine are two different words Let’s make sure we know the difference

The Calvinist view of election>>> meaning God selects by means of irresistible grace is false.
One does not work without the other.
Yep. And the person you again are talking to agrees with you. Smh

And it all starts with the T which even most Arminians agree upon . Thats why if you attack the T the heat will come from both of these positions.
Yet the people you are discussing in here come from neither position
hence the silliness and misguided way the conversation keeps going

There is a place where faith is a gift in scripture and it is stated very clearly... and your assumptions reveals even more about you?

Have you been here before under another moniker?

Just to be clear. I am not a Calvinist. A true Calvinist would not agree with most of my posts. I have gotten into many disagreements with Calvinists.

Yes, and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth. John 16:13
Yes the holy spirit wrought word of God . Truth as written. Jesus repeatedly said " as it is written ' . So should we . The Holy Spirit always points to Jesus not himself also .
