God has given mankind the choice of how mankind wants to live his life as they sojourn here on earth, but mankind's eternal deliverance is by God's sovereign grace, without the help of man.

God accomplishes his will, Dan 4:35. If God had his Son die for the whole world of mankind, then all of mankind would go to heaven. God only died for those that his Father gave him, John 6:39.

The devil can tempt you into losing your fellowship with God, but that does not void your eternal inheritance, and you can redeem your fellowship with God by repenting.

Okay, I understand you are saying.

Great Men have debated this question for years.

But I think it just boils down to how you explain the relationship between the two natures of Christ. I personally believe Christ was impeccable.

I also can understand how people might ask how could Christ truly sympathize with us in our temptation if he couldn't really sin. M R DeHann taught this

To be honest this is a question that I love sitting with a cup of coffee and talking about but when its all said and done.....

IM JUST GLAD HE HAD NO SIN!!!
GREAT IS THE MYSTERY OF GODLINESS
M R DeHann was wrong, Heb 4:15, Jesus was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

I have heard people say for years that Christians HAVE to sin everyday.

Do we not choose to give into temptation when we do?

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
1 Corinthians 10:13 KJV

If God provides a way of escape when we are tempted then we must make a choice to sin.

If we choose to sin, can we not also choose not to?
I wouldn't have used the words"Have to sin" I would say the born again person Will sin even If they didn't Intend to sin.

The born again person In the process of renewing the mind will sin less but they will Never be sinless In the flesh and anyone thinking they can not sin In their mind Is deceiving their own self.

Here on earth we are still In these bodies of flesh and In your mind If you have a bad thought then that's sin to GOD But since the reborn person has been Justified by GOD,the Issue now Is faith In the WORD of GOD not sin.

I guess you think John was wrong when he proclaimed about Jesus "behold, the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world"??

DID JESUS DIE FOR YOU?
ARE YOU HELL BOUND WITH THE HAMMER DOWN? How do you know?

For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
2 Corinthians 5:14‭-‬15 KJV

You quoted John 6:39 but left off verse 40
And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
40) And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 6:39-40

Why does the devil waste his time tempting christians if it does him no good?

The devil (who knows the bible) dosnt believe this garbage

The Apostle Paul didn't agree with you;

But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
1 Corinthians 9:27 KJV

Look up the word castaway ...
It means APOSTATE

If Judas could preach to us one more time im sure he would say "don't believe this lie"

I have never suggested that we are perfect and can't sin.....I am saying when I have sinned, it was a choice I made....I was tempted....God provided a way of escape but I chose to sin .....I did not HAVE TO I CHOSE TO.

Here on earth we are still In these bodies of flesh and In your mind If you have a bad thought then that's sin to GOD But since the reborn person has been Justified by GOD,the Issue now Is faith In the WORD of GOD not sin.
I would disagree that a bad thought alone is a sin....certainly a bad thought can become a sin. The old saying is "you can't stop a bird from flying around your head but you can stop it from making a nest"

If your pushing for once saved always saved Judas would disagree......the prodigal son would disagree etc...

How can we avoid sinning every day? You'd have to be unconscience to NOT sin.
When Jesus said that if we even THINK it we are guilty.

Just remember, you can't keep a bird from landing on your head, but you can keep it from building a nest.

the "temptation" is not the only cause of sin. Sin is also in our DNA, We must battle through in the sanctification process.

many Christian have issues with character. God is patient allowing the Holy Spirit and the word of God to be made known to you. The truth set you free. Many think it is only a temptation, however, if we only see the issue with a thing instead of what is in our hearts we can place the blame where it is not. The temptation will not be judged, you will. :) and so will I.

"If it were not possible to fall away, or if I have no responsibility in maintaining my own salvation, then why did Jesus warn us about it?"

And, if it could only happen to false believers, then why are there over 60 other passages, written to the elect and saints around the world, warning us to hold firmly to our faith so that we don't fall away?

If these do not apply to true born again believers, then why are they in the Bible that true born again believers are to read and obey?

The emphasis Is about a scenario,If you look at the word "If It were possible"What I'm saying Is It can't be possible for a person to be born of INCORRUPTIBLE seed and also lose their salvation because that would mean that the seed Was corruptible which would make the WORD of GOD untrue wouldn't It?

What Is flesh Is flesh and what Is Spirit Is Spirit. You are trying to equate your flesh mind with the part of you that GOD created new.

A person that has been born again Will seek to purify themselves even as they are pure anyways so then once the person has been Justified by GOD sin Is no longer the Issue.

You say it's not possible but the bible dosnt teach that at all.

Paul himself was concerned about becoming a reprobate

But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
1 Corinthians 9:27

Castaway-adokimos, reprobate

And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

HERE IS WHAT TOTALLY DESTROYS YOUR DOCTRINE

HERE IS SOMETHING I HAVE TO DO

If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;
Colossians 1:21‭-‬23 KJV

Thats because you will say that the bible Is right but me quoting the bible Is wrong.

So, You think the Incorruptible seed (which is the word of God) will become corruptible if a man backslids and turns away from God?

Can you please show me anywhere in 1 Peter 1:23 that even hints to the fact that my actions could cause the word of God to become incorruptible?

But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die. Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. Hear now, O house of Israel; Is not my way equal? are not your ways unequal?
Ezekiel 18:24‭-‬25 KJV

BESIDES, PAUL CERTAINLY DIDNT PREACH YOUR DOCTRINE

How do you explain the following?

Paul himself was concerned about becoming a reprobate

But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
1 Corinthians 9:27

The word "world" has different meanings in the context of the scriptures. The world in John 1:29 is the same world as John 3:16, 3:17, 6:33, 12:47, 1 Cor 4:9, 2 Cor 5:19, which, according to the Greek interpretation of Thayer's concordance means; any aggregate or general collection of particle of any sort. Used of believers only.

Does Romans 6:6 sound like Christ died for all mankind? Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, henceforth we should not serve sin. 7) for he that is dead is freed from sin. 8) Now if we be dead with Christ (his crucifiction) we believe that we shall also live with him. We know that all mankind will not live with him, therefore, we know that he did not die for the whole world of mankind, but only those that God gave him.

John 6:40, Who is it that sees the Son, and believes on him? Those that are his sheep, that hear his voice. John 10:27-28, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me, and I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
