I'm fully aware of the court in 1973

It's a liberal v conservative issue, prior to President Trump, court appointments have sorta been on a whim

The appointments now are vetted by the Federalist Society, and their list is provided, staunch conservatives

You look at Chief Justice John Roberts,a Bush Appointment, what a disappointment hes been in the past year.

Yes it seems to be a "people thing" rather than a "party thing" even G.H.W. Bush supported it at first but then later was against it.

No ignorance whatsoever, hate speech laws are commie driven

Canada excluded Christian orgs from the summer works program because they openly opposed abortion

Hate speech and the works program just to mention 2 examples is 100% a commie platform, and yes Trudeau the dictator is a evil person that supports enforcement of that mentioned.

To think if you posted in public, Roman's 1 regarding homosexuality, you could be put in prison on hate speech?

100% a commie dictatorship,China wouldn't jail a person for the same, and that's a fact!

ok

one excuse after the other. anything but saying it was wrong to call Canada a communist county

Canada is not a communist country. and you would do well to have a health system as Canada has. we also have very little identity theft because we have the smarts not to use our personal id number for everything from breath mints to buying a home

Canada does not have the big city crime the US is now famous for. Canada has not had the summer of love, but if it were attempted, it would be put down the way you deal with a rabid animal

Canada does not have to worry about having your vote stolen because we require proof of who you are and we do not let illegals vote nor do we encourage them, but we also do not have open borders

Canada does not force election fraud upon other countries, which is something the US cannot truthfully say they have never done
(what goes around I guess)

Canada has never been on the wrong side of a world war, but check the record of your own country

Canada has never ripped itself apart into warring factions, but has, actually, settled things in a democratic way...even when Quebec held 2 referendums to separate from Canada, voting settled the matter...not guns and violence

and when once upon a time there was violence in the streets of Quebec, Prime Minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau stopped it. he didn't sit back and mumble about provincial rights. unlike the US, we understand that while there are differences from province to province, a country will tear itself apart unless the good of the entire country is taken into consideration, rather than 'state's rights' that rip apart the fabric of unity and in reality results in myriad factions and differences...emphasizes them rather than bring people together

but hey...you would not know about that or the thousands of other things that make Canadians proud to be Canadian

sure we have some laws I disagree with and I am not alone, but we do not threaten to riot and burn down the livelihoods of other Canadians and thumb our noses at the law and we do not defund police or shoot them in the street

but hey, all of that is becoming an American tradition, so do hold on to that

hate speech? you have had to listen to nothing but hate speech the last 4 years against your President. or do you call that freedom of speech?

you keep bringing up abortion. YOUR Supreme court decided in favor of it. so talk to them

as far as church goes, YOUR states are locking them up and using covid for an excuse. I noticed the liquor stores are open though

you know, some of you think God is in complete control of the chaos you call the 'united' states, but as the other half likes to argue, you have FREE choice. somebody chose wrong. it wasn't Canadians

it was spoiled brat Americans who have too much and the current obese pandemic here will attest to that. it's your churches that have become places of presenting a false God who winks at sin and is ok with adultery because marriage is not all that easy. and all about the money. Christians are supposed to be rich I keep hearing on American TV

listen....I respect the US. I am married to an American and we do have differences but we knew that going into it. however, an attitude such as you display, is called INTOLERANCE and you wear it as well as any other intolerant American

I do not hate the US and I know Canada has enacted some anti-God laws in the last 20 years or so, but what I also know, is that Canadians, by and large, are not as acrimonious to each other as it seems Americans have become.

so listen, you do not actually address what I posted anyway, but keep trying to give shock value to speech laws in Canada while half of your country disallows the free speech of the other half to the point of shutting down the universities to anyone from the right half even though that is the half that actually founded most of them, so in that regard, I find I am not talking to a reasonable person

maybe do a little reflection on your own state of affairs before dismissing the rest of the world

iggy land ( as someone else is fond of saying) might just be best because of my low tolerance for ignorant rancor

I will make one more post addressed to you that concerns the way beyond dumb remark regarding China

look up the re-education camps in China

maybe you can find all the people who go missing for saying something the communist leaders in China disagree with?

you must have your head so far into your own opinion, that you have missed what is really going on in and with, China

well there is the camps, and also the takeover of smaller countries that dispute China ownership, but that is just a minor inconvenience for the steam rolling power of an actual communist country

big news flash: the US is not at an advantage here, but if ignoring the facts helps you sleep at night, who am I

It turns out in Maricopa County, Arizona that Dominion Voting Systems employees were operating like state voting officials.

Of course the Dominion reps were present to help with the fraud, external hard drives controlled by Dominion, that were used in the voting process, really?

This fraud is beyond belief, complete Banana Republic, Criminal!

Arizona Independant

Whistleblower Describes Potential Vulnerabilities With Maricopa County’s Voting System
November 25, 2020 Terri Jo Neff

One example put forth was the routine step of backing-up the main tabulation computer after early voting began in October. The back-up, the whistleblower says, appeared to be done by a Dominion representative with external hard drives which were obtained from an unsecured area in the MCTEC.

That was a glaring security breach, the whistleblower said, which any computer user would know to avoid because the hard drive could have contained malware that would be difficult to detect. And then once the data was copied to the hard drive, there was no apparent chain of custody process utilized by Dominion personnel to preserve the integrity of the data.

Crime and social decay in Canadian cities is accelerating at alarming rate. City cores are vast homeless encampments nowadays. It's like that in Montréal it's like that in Ottawa. Crime in the cities in the western provinces is absolutely crazy. Myself and my wife for looking at spending time in Tofino B.C.........Until I checked out the crime statistics. You would think a little town like that would not have high crime but nope........ it looked bad.

Economically and socially Canada is going down the tubes very rapidly. Which set the stage for communism to take root. Justin Trudeau has made many statements many times that make me believe that he is very inclined toward communism. The fact of which the Conservative party rubs in his face daily.

Check out conservative MP Pierre Poilievre on YouTube. He accuses the PM of being a communist sympathizer all the time.

Suppression of free speech with hate speech laws isnt entertainment, it's a sad fact in Canada

Add to that religious discrimination not allowing Christian orgs to participate in the summer jobs programs, specifically because they oppose abortion

That's pure evil, cant see it any other way, and Yes That's Going On In Canada, Sad, Not Entertaining.

but no worries. big head will put a haha face on your posts if they are snarking at me

you both like an audience

you will spout off at anyone it seems, even those on the same side. makes you dangerous
It appears to me your on Trudeaus side, expose the truth on the state of affairs in Canada, and now I'm the bad guy

Trudeau is a commie globalist,if the shoe fits wear it, dont deny the fact

Hate speech laws, jail time up to 2 years in prison, if you speak out and oppose the Leftist agenda, homosexuity, abortion, immigration issues are examples

“Baggies of USBs” – PA Witness Gives Explosive Testimony: I Personally Observed USB Cards Being Uploaded to Voting Machines – Now ’47 USB Cards are Missing, Nowhere to be Found’ (VIDEO)

An unimpeachable witness, stellar testimony.....
This is better than most of us would have imagined.
I cant take no more of this, to think this happened in America, makes you wonder how long it's been going on?

California has been using Dominion/Smartmatic I believe since 2009 maybe earlier?

Wow!

The witness introduced himself: “My name is Gregory Strenstrom, I am from Delaware county, former Commanding Officer in the Navy, veteran of foreign wars, CEO of my own private company, a data scientist & forensic computer scientist & an expert in security and fraud.”

After Biden’s uplifting Thanksgiving message, the number of suicides in the U.S. will probably increase. Instead of talking about the things we all have to be thankful for it was about how many people have died due to the virus and how many will probably die before the end of the year. I never thought I would hear a holiday message from a leader, or soon to be leader, of a free nation with so much gloom and doom. Someone needs to fire a couple speech writers. I know he’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer but that was really sad. Hang on people we have 4 years of this idiot.

You must demand arrests for these criminal activities. Trump is going to have to purge the FBI and transform it from the protection racket they are running now to a legitimate law enforcement agency. Hunter Biden should've already been arrested by now. At the very minimum the IRS should be charging Joe Biden for tax fraud. Biden can be charged for treason at a later date.

Though it may be very disruptive Trump must arrest these people under military law. Prudence indicates that this should happen after Trump wins the election via jurus prudence. Then let the fusillade begin. It's time to take the gloves off and gut out the the vast criminal enterprises in the deep state.
I also believe barr, sessions, and Durham are in need of purging alongside wray and other top fbi crooks.

Soon To Be Leader?

More like soon to be prisoner!

It appears you arent keeping up with developments on democratic voter fraud

Pennsylvania 1.8 million mail ballots sent out, 2.5 million received and counted?

A 600,000+ vote dump for Biden in the early morning hours, after sending all Republican canvassers home, only 3,200 votes for Trump during this time?

Michigan counties, some have 200%-400% votes cast, over actual registered voters, Detroit and Wayne County being a hotbed for fraud

It's going to be a Trump Victory in the midst of this criminal democratic fraud

it seems to be a global problem

Trudeau is a one worlder and I have never said otherwise.

let's take the pandemic into account though. people have gone a little koo koo over it up there

I voted for the conservatives last time I voted...when Trudeau swept in. he is not fit to be a prime minister, but that is the world we live in now. Biden didn't win the election but that does not mean justice will be done

Canada is not a communist country though. Trudeau is not a communist and sure the conservatives will say whatever...that's politics and it is worse here

I'm not sure why the reason for my posts is taken as some denial for the injustice and anti-god sentiments of either this country or Canada

I have relatives up there and they are honestly not reporting what you are saying

maybe homelessness has increased...because of people not working, but this country has a much bigger problem and I would not be talking about it if absolutely had not expressed his disdain for all things not American

the entire globe is experiencing big problems where they had not before. hello pandemic?

  • Police-reported crime in Canada, as measured by the Crime Severity Index (CSI), increased 5% from 75.6 in 2018 to 79.5 in 2019, but the index was 9% lower in 2019 than a decade earlier in 2009. The CSI measures the volume and severity of police-reported crime in Canada, and it has a base index value of 100 for 2006.
  • All measures of the CSI – the overall CSI, the Violent CSI and the Non-violent CSI – increased for the fifth consecutive year. The change in the overall CSI in 2019 was the result of increases in police-reported rates of numerous offences, both violent and non-violent, most notably fraud (+8%) and child pornography (+46%), as well as uttering threats (+20%), mischief (+8%), sexual assault (level 1) (+7%), and shoplifting of $5,000 or under (+11%). A 1% decline in the rate of breaking and entering, among other offences, partially mitigated the impact of these increases on the CSI. An increase in importation or exportation under the Cannabis Act was partially mitigated by a concomitant decrease in trafficking, production, importation or exportation of cannabis (CDSA).
  • There were over 2.2 million police-reported Criminal Code incidents (excluding traffic) reported by police in 2019, about 164,700 more incidents than in 2018. At 5,874 incidents per 100,000 population, the police-reported crime rate—which measures the volume of crime—increased 7% in 2019. This rate, however, was still 9% lower than a decade earlier in 2009.
  • In 2019, the overall volume and severity of violent crime, as measured by the Violent Crime Severity Index (VCSI), was 89.7, a 7% increase from 2018, but 5% lower than in 2009. The overall volume and severity of non-violent crime—as measured by the Non-violent CSI (NVCSI)—increased 4% in 2019, but was 11% lower than in 2009.
  • In 2019, police reported 678 homicides, 20 more than the previous year. The national homicide rate increased 2% from 1.78 homicides per 100,000 population in 2018, to 1.80 homicides per 100,000 population in 2019. The number of firearm-related (+10) and gang-related (+6) homicides increased in 2019.
  • In 2019, police reported 174 Indigenous victims of homicide, an increase from 141 in 2018. This represents a rate approximately six and a half times higher than the rate for non-Indigenous homicide victims (8.82 homicides per 100,000 compared to 1.34 per 100,000).
  • The rates of violent and non-violent offences specific to firearms increased for the fifth consecutive year in 2019. The number of violent offences specific to firearms increased by 642 (from 2,861 in 2018 to 3,503 in 2019), a 21% rate increase, with increases across all three violent firearm violations: discharging a firearm with intent (+28% increase in rate, +341 incidents), pointing of a firearm (+17%, +223 incidents), and using a firearm in the commission of an indictable offence (+14%, +78 incidents). Additionally, the rate of non-violent weapons violations increased 11% to 50 incidents per 100,000 population. The vast majority (91%) of these violations were related to possession of weapons and weapons possession contrary to an order.

and lots more here

these are police reported statistics and not personal observations

even allowing for disproportionate populations, the US is way ahead
