If they don't repeal 230 :cautious:

My understanding is that McConnell is trying to pass a trifecta bill which people cannot agree on and therefore won't be past. Little weasel.

The 2000.00, 230 and investigation into voting fraud. Trump asked him to do that and he agreed and the crazy pork bill got signed

You know Trump, fool me once shame on your, fool me twice shame on me. I really do not understand why he thinks these people ever stood behind him.
We better hope that Pence is behind him. I actually wish I were in Penses shoes. I would wreck the hopes and dreams of the election fraud fools in one fell swoop.

In all of this debacle the thing that shocks me the most is the insufferable cowardice of most of these sniveling political hacks. With refulgent shing and glorious exceptions of course. Arizona Pennsylvania Georgia are getting something accomplished.

Bloody snakes on a plane....

The real bad guys in all of this are the Governors, SoS and election boards. Corrupt feckless clueless idiots. And in my opinion guilty of willful dereliction of duty if not treason. Certainly an abandonment of their Constitutional oaths of office.

Census Bureau to miss deadline, jeopardizing Trump plan to exclude people in the country illegally from the count
Sounds like we have some saboteurs in the machinery...

Census Bureau to miss deadline, jeopardizing Trump plan to exclude people in the country illegally from the count (cnbc.com)
From the article:

"Trump’s presidential memorandum directing the Census Bureau to exclude people in the country illegally from numbers used for divvying up congressional seats among the states. An influential GOP adviser had advocated excluding them from the apportionment process in order to advantage Republicans and non-Hispanic whites."

Kind of weird that excluding illegal immigrants would even be slanted this way. Seems dishonest.

I'm willing to budge on the funding due to extenuating circumstances that can be legitimate but why in the U.S would having more illegal citizens give legal citizens more of a voice? Seems like an open door for abuse.

How does that not "disenfranchise" legal Hispanic emigrants? I mean, I understand that the emigration/citizenship rules probably need some relaxing in order to encourage emigration vs illegal immigration but having more representation because of broken laws doesn't make any sense. Leastways not without what is obviously going to be a lot of contention.

Saying to the rest of the country (and legal emigrants) that when you break the law you are rewarded with more power is somewhat absurd...Certainly not in a way that puts others that follow the law at a disadvantage unduly.

unless very strict criteria is present to allow an exception. This criteria should be agreed upon and should ONLY allow for narrow exceptions that don't allow for entirely breaking the law but managing its deficiencies regarding minorities/marginalization.

ex: law is already in the process of being changed and it is merely words on a page at that point (like obsolete laws: Ex: it being illegal to have a donkey in a bathtub after 7pm in AZ).

^There are extenuating circumstances to the letter of the law in my view (since the letter kills and can support corruption on the opposite end of the spectrum) but this is rare. So rare that I "could/should" probably leave it out but since these "exceptions" are brought forward as prime arguments from people seemingly using them to support reversal of general laws with only slim narrow exceptions as their reason for change it may be relevant. Like using something that affects 10 people in the country to pass legislation that is debatably inappropriate for hundreds of millions of people.

Alas, there is much to be said on the intricacies of exceptions or "gaps" in the brick and mortar of the law and it is a gargantuan task. Certainly I am NOT in favor of using these exceptions to subvert justice.

The paper trail generated by the ballot-marking devices used in in-person voting is output as a non-human-readable QR code, which makes a hand audit of those ballots impossible...contrary to state law. GA Code 21-2-300(a)(2).

https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/2019/title-21/chapter-2/article-8a/section-21-2-300/

Everything...absolutely everything about the 2020 Georgia federal election was a fraud or illegal.
Willfully, methodically and purposively done by the Governor and Secretary of State. Who are bought and paid for by Dominion voting systems.

You guys need to edit your posts so you are not quoting someone else saying my words :censored:
I have had that happen.

Something at cc or my phone .

It attributed quotes to someone else.

I think the solution may be logging out or clearing some tabs.
Then log back in.
Just a guess.

It happens when someone messes with the code, erasing part of the quote HTML. Once that happens, every time some else quotes that post without fixing the code, the problem transfers. It is easy enough to fix ;)

You mean the quote=magenta, post:1234567, member: 9876543 stuff? I've only messed around with the stuff where the words are and so far I don't think I've had any problems.

Or is it when someone starts typing something within a person's quote?

We have the scanning your phone thing here too if you want to sit down in a restaurant or cafe. If you cant scan phone you have to fill out some paperwork with personal details. It is on a clipboard for everybody to see.

Imagine if some psycho lines up behind you to fill in their details. They now have full view and access to your name, address and phone number. Wonder how many problems thats going to soon cause? Man cannot fix man's problems. It fixes one aspect but causes another.
Some people have been filling out their paperwork as Kermit the frog not wanting to leave their real details. No one has time to check it. I mean how many kermits can there be in the one restaurant? lol.
People can also photograph your details quickly on their phones and with crimes here skyrocketting, well it spells disaster to me.

Pretty sure the constitution says the electoral college votes and also that the judiciary decides disputes. You want to say that goes out the window and the vp decides.
VP Pence has (Two) sets of electors in the 7 battle ground States.

VP Pence can choose to open Republican Electors for President Trump, and not open the democratic electors, it's that simple

Trump wins!

It seems to most often happen when someone inadvertently erases the closing quote tag, which is ]

When someone quotes and types within the quote, that does not mess up the code, but it does mean
when you go to quote that person, there is nothing there LOL. That is easily fixed also with a copy/paste ;)
